At the moment Oleg has about 600 gp of equipment at his disposal.

Within a week he should have more to sell. Each week increases by 100 gp of equipment at his disposal. Special orders can be made.

The group could made an excursion to Restov, though according to your charter you still need to make a detailed map of the Stolen Lands, which will require lots of exploring.

That's right. And this is where the adventure starts to take up some time! GM, could you brief us on the details of exploring hexes in Kingmaker? It takes a certain amount of travel time between them, and a certain amount of time to "fully explore" the hex and thus get an XP reward for doing so.

At the moment, you are the only Gestalt, Fizzy. But if I can get Tomas to his benefactor, I should be able to get another one of us that way.

Once the value of the goods has been divvied up, Tomas goes to Oleg and opens the conversation, "Good sir, I am in need of an enchanted weapon. I would greatly appreciate if, as you trade off our goods, you could order me a magically imbued Aldori Dueling Sword. My share should be just enough to cover it, leaving a little over for your troubles."


I too need an enchant to weapon.. And i just need to visit the gold mine or the sycamore tree to go gestalt.. The tree is closer.. And ill chip my extra gold, a few hundred, towards a wand of cure light.. Or 2 lol

so we have a healing portion of 1165

so that leaves 415 if we get one wand.

I am not quite to my witch levels yet I dont think. But I could make a bunch of level 1 potions for us, since I have not chosen my witch spells yet we could get some good level 1's and 2's

That is what I suggest. That way everyone can have a CLW pot on hand in case of emergency

other good options are Identify, MAge Armor, Reduce or Enlarge person maybe levitate


The wand of cure light or lesser vigor... same price.
---cure light 1d8+1 good for in fight, lesser vigor fast healing 1 for 11 rounds. Which would you like, or perhaps a wand of each, each with 25 charges?

Klaus did you want something or do you want just components to make magical items?

Oleg tells you, "Also understand it could take somewhere between a week to 3 weeks to get these items found and bought or made, unless you want something acquired for you."

Level four will come in due time.

Fizzy you should come up with your witch spells and put them in your character sheet.

I run mage armor different than most people, if you don't have a magical enhancement it works with your armor. If your armor was a +1 then you would only get a +3 bonus when using mage armor also.


If we're going to Rostov then we can just get our weapons enchanted there.. Only takes a day for a wizard to do it..

Definitely supportive of getting a CLW wand.

Klaus' proposal, to make a long story short, is to set Oleg on liquidating all of our goods into cold hard cash and bringing back the things we want (and yes, Klaus needs the reagents or he can't do any crafting!) That will take some time, so he will send off two letters: one, regarding the death of the young nobleman that I already wrote, and two, a status report on the death of the Stag Lord.

In the meantime, we get to work on exploration. First we head towards Tomas' uncle's place, then we go to the tree or the gold mine (Klaus prefers the gold mine because he wants to prospect it for use as an actual gold mine), then we just go to hexes and explore them.

The level 4 one I would get is traded out for a familiar that is one level higher.


A witch's familiar begins play storing all of the 0-level witch spells plus three 1st-level spells of the witch's choice. The witch also selects a number of additional 1st-level spells equal to her Intelligence modifier to store in her familiar. At each new witch level, she adds two new spells of any spell level or levels that she can cast (based on her new witch level) to her familiar. A witch can also add additional spells to her familiar through a special ritual (see sidebar).

Well Fizzy you are going to need to track down a cauldron, but you could probably get one from Svetlanna. Your Fuzz knows how and can teach you the process unitl you pick it up.


Only costs 25 gp to brew a CL 1, 1st level potion.. 2nd level ones cost 150 to make.. As long as the potions base cost 250 or less to make you can brew it in 2 hours, meaning up to a CL 5 1st level potions.. So you could brew up to 4 1st level potions a day, each up to 5th caster level.. you 2nd and higher potions are only 1/day..

Is there anyway i can salvage the poison from the darts and apply it to crossbow bolts instead?

What is the DC's of the poisons btw?


Check out the beastieries for the DCs based on the damage done.

You would have to take poison from two darts to cover a bolt. Also there is a chance that you would poison yourself in the process. 25%.


There are nospiders or scorpions that have that type of posion.. Both normally do str damage not dex.. Large Scorp posion is a DC 17 for 1d2 str damage.. Medium Spider is the same except DC 14.. For the damage done i would imagine the dc would be higher for 1d4 and 1d3 poison.. Also the frequency are alot diff.. The spider is only 2 rounds, the scorp is 6.. What would you like me to do?

Regardless he wont be attempting to remove the poison.. Thats to much risk, so he'll just keep the 2 bottles and toss the darts..


Keep the frequency, dex damage instead of str damage, the scorpion poison DC will be for a medium and the spider poison DC will be for a medium spider.

Sorry guys I was away for a couple days, I see there has been no movement. Just not for sure what to post about?


Well we're stuck waiting on Tomas to return to us.. It seems we have set up camp and Fizzy is doing his normal song and dance..

The charter was made on 24th day of Calistril, (February). I don't know how many days that is has been, but we will be keeping track now. I am going to say it has been 15 days. So it is now, the 11th of Pharast, (March). Unless someone want to go back an be more accurate, feel free.

The next day the 12 of Pharast, do you wish to explore the Hex to the East?
