Brevory's Standard is a white and yellow shield with a two headed red dragon covering the center. The king-reagent bears a two headed dragon figure on his headband. Besides those two identifiers, the Campaign Setting does not give much else. At least that is from a cursory look.

Zel should now be complete.

@Sault
Is it possible for a cleric to have a tattoo as a holy symbol? I'm drawing my character on Photoshop and I am putting a tattoo on his palm. I thought that it would be cool. If not, it can just be a tattoo.

Yeah that is as far as I got. I just figure with the "Game of Thrones"esque house mottos they might also have made standards, and sigils. It was just a question considering it would be relevant to appearance for any one picking the noble born trait.

Hail scion of house Medvyed! The bear endures!

House Medvyed:

The easternmost house, Medvyed claims lands nestled against the Icerime peaks and the Gronzi Forest, and rules them from the fortress of Stoneclimb in the lower peaks. They are a hardy folk, raisers of mountain goats and sheep, hunters in the Gronzi Forest, and cultivators of what good land can be found on the edges of their harsh territory. The Medvyeds and their people hearken back to the “Old Ways” of worshiping nature in its myriad forms. Isolated forest and mountain shrines to Old Deadeye (and, it is rumored, Lamashtu) are more common than temples of Abadar or
Gorum. Lord Gurev Medvyed (NG) loves to hunt, ride, and feast with his men, and dotes on his wife and children. House Medvyed’s crest is a black bear, rampant against a red field, with a spread of black antlers above the bear’s head. Its motto is “Endurance Overcomes All.”

If anyone else would like information on the noble houses of Brevoy, just ask. While house colors aren't specifically spelled out, it can be guessed by the heraldry.

Wow got a pretty big list. If I hated my free time a little more I would entertain two games.

Also I apologize for being so lax on posting I had real life stuff going on and it interfered. Never again though I have barred my doors and put out hits on my friends and family.

@Tholozzan:
I remember somewhere words on that exact subject I will look for them and if you find them first let me know.

@Quince:
You may need to look at the Paizo campaign settings books for that stuff.

Wow thanks Salereon. That is exactly what I was hoping for.

That is quite a list. Sorry I haven't been super active in the last day or two. We've got a good three-way tie in going on and could always use a fourth. If anyone is interested check out my alias, which contains the full three story write-in. Don't worry if it doesn't seem like there's space for you, it just means that I need to create space, which is the beauty of role playing! That being said, if you had idea for how your character could be written into our story that would be very helpful, but it's not necessary. I can check out your character and his/her current back story and write an appropriate story line to tie in, I kind of enjoy that part. So PM me if you're interested.

With 20 that is a small army, in the middle ages. Sault only will pick 8 so I am bowwing out, sence I can't get goolge doc to work for me.

Given the number of applicants that you have and the interest many have expressed in weaving a compelling narrative into their backstory, I think I will respectfully withdraw Liam McAllister from the list of applicants. I hope those of you who are chosen have an awesome time with the game!

@Tholozzan There is a trait that gives you a birthmark that acts as your holy symbol, maybe the DM can will accept that as an indication something similar is possible.

I'll look it up thanks. I would still have to use hand slot for symbol. I guess it would eliminate a move action though, so I'm expecting a no go.

Thank you Salereon Graviil, that description helps me alot.

EDIT: @Quince: So any chance we know each other?

An army of kingmakers, sounds awesome. I've always wondered what it would be like if several parties (of pc's) were sent to different areas.

Dark Archive

Does anyone else out there have an interest in running Kingmaker? It seems like we've got a whole heap of great characters and groups of characters in here. Maybe someone can collaborate with Sault and we can get two games out of this.

@Thol: If you take the birthmark trait you can use that as your holy symbol.

Sovereign Court

@Sault, I think you missed me in the list! I can't understand why, there's so few applicants ;)

Come Lem. Let us seek out glory and some wine on our way to lift some more pie!

Sczarni

Well I'm certainly looking forward towards championing house Myved!

Fizzwiddle will be seeking to create his own house!

Also I dont suppose anyone has some artwork of a fat gnome with big hair?

Also searching for images of Fat Gnome on the internet turned up some not happy pictures for me.

Fantastic! Thank you.

Indeed, my dear Fizzy, and I call dibs on the first pie. Lem gives a jaunty salute. On their way, he remarks Would you believe that the gurus discourage halfling culinary culture? They seem to think that any meals beyond three are 'decadent.'

Updated backstory to include Salereon.
Four way tie in now.

So hey der Garren whats dis mission all bout

Gah! Always wanted to be adopted by halflings myself. The sheer volume of pasty...

Fizzy licks his lips, and hauls himself out of his chair.

Am I the only one that can no longer see my avatar picture for Fizzy?

I see it.

Nerandeth I imagine that we could have know each other before my father moved us south. Perhaps when you got the clue from your father's journal you sent word and I am looking forward to meeting an old friend when you make it south. Alternatively you have made it south and we are not hanging out. You will notice pretty quick that Quince is an even worse business man than his father cause he is scant broke. Even his saddle has been recently stolen. ;)

Sitting in his carriage, reading his father’s journal, a thought occurs to Nerandeth. Didn't Quince move south and take over his father's lumber business? Maybe I should look in my old friend. He then began to reminisce of the days they spent in the woods.

Garren walked slowly towards the city of Restov beside his horse. As he walked along he patted Goat on the side and said, wondering, Well, here we go. Think we're ready for this? It's tough to tell if he's speaking to the horse or one of his traveling companions.

A hawk screams in the sky above and dives to snatch a fieldmouse. The leather of the saddlebags creaks and whines as the old horse trods along, setting the pace for the group.

When are selections being made on this one?

Fingers crossed fellow explorers :)

Dark Archive

At this point I've run out of fingers to cross. Best of luck to everyone. There are some really great characters cooking in here and they look to be played by some awesome players as well.

Yes, I'm impressed with all the creativity! It inspires me in the characters I make. Good luck all!

Indeed. May whoever wins have a grand time.

Well folk it seems that time is near. When everyone bites their nails and break the F5 key on their keyboard.

To everyone who applied thank you and to those of you who backed out you will be missed.

I will have my list out no later than Friday but it may be sooner.

HA! That's a pretty catchy song. Good one, dude. :)

Sczarni

We bastards are used to being picked last and having to make our own way, be patient and have some fortitude men!

I quiver with anticipation.

the anticipation...........must remember to breathe :)

Good Luck all, may the gods smile upon thee.

Perhaps I can talk with Sault, get the maps he is using and create another Kingmaker Campaign. The main issue for me right now is the maps. Any help would be appreciated.

I still hope to get in though. 'Crossing fingers, toes, arms, legs, eyes, t's, ....'

Best of luck folks! Been doing some world traveling but I suspect by the time I land next time the choices will be up!

Agreed. Kirren. The only thing keeping me out of the DM seat is my thin knowledge of maps and technology.

I wish I would have seen this sooner than after the cut off date.

Sovereign Court

So anxious for the decision :)
