Everyone advances, and while Aemon strikes a kobold down with his scimitar Larissa charges past.

Bearing no weapon, the kobold tries to strike her with its torch but the weapon is awkward for a small creature to swing and the timing is too far off to hit the swift elven woman.
Larissa leaps into the air and grabs the tails of her purple cloak, turning around she attempts to wrench the cloth from Larissa's grasp.
Leader Strength(Athletics) Check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
But as she lets go of the ladder the combined weight is too much and she falls to Larissa's feet cursing up a storm.

The woman steps away from Larissa calming picking up her halberd. Larissa grips her sword but is unable to bring herself to strike the leader, the enchantment is preventing an act of violence. You can only watch as the woman begins to climb the ladder once more.
The few remaining kobolds follow the lead, moving carefully to begin their climb up the granary. They used the "Disengage" action.
I found out the old wooden grain storage buildings are not called silos but are granaries. This building is large and square and held above the ground by pillars to prevent bugs from getting into it. The ladder reaches a small window at the top (about 40ft off the ground) where you can dump the grain.
The leader is 20ft off the ground on the ladder, and the kobolds are in a line behind her with their torches.
Larissa is standing at the bottom of the ladder and can easily reach the bottom Kobold from the ground, Aemon is 10ft from the ladder, Conner is 30ft away, and Amber is 80ft away.

Wait, so she used half her movement to stand up from prone, used her action to cast a spell, then still had enough movement to half-speed-move up the ladder 25ft? So her move speed is 100ft? Or did I misunderstand something?

I'm not sure if I get an action this round; was the spell during the leader's turn an ongoing thing, or just something long enough to keep me from getting an AoO as she left?

Larissa lopes up the ladder effortlessly avoiding the Kobolds and even the Leader, and get in place on the ladder just above the cultist leader who curses as you scramble past her.
Aemon cuts down the kobold at the bottom of the ladder, as Conner shatters the supports tying the wooden ladder to the building. It would be easy to pull the whole ladder free from the building, but the weight of the four people still hanging on means it would take additional effort.
Amber nearly catches up to the rest.
The kobolds drop down to try and attack Conner.

One kobold lands hard but stands holding the torch, while the other lands on its head with a loud crunch. It remains motionless.
The leader sees this and drops from the ladder pushing to land a distance away. Larissa sees a chance to strike...

but once more is unable to make her arm strike at the cultist.

You hear her audibly grunt as she lands, but she stands and shouts, The plan's not going to work, retreat to camp! She then casts a spell, her palm lighting up before she touches her chest and her wounds are visibly healed.

From the reeds behind the granary six cultists stand up and open fire on Conner, Aemon, and Amber with their shortbows.

The arrows mostly hit the granary, but two arrows find their mark striking Conner and Amber hard... and one stray arrow catches the kobold in the back of its head while it stands with its torch.
With the cultists is another man in purple robes he shouts, Retreat, Lady Mondath! We will meet you at camp!

Larissa catches everyone by surprise bringing the entire ladder structure Conner damaged down from the granary. She pushes against the wall with all her strength tearing the nails from the anchors, but loses the control some while bringing the ladder down. The entire length falls over Fulram and catches Amber in the path as well.

Amber manages to change her path in time to avoid the ladder while Lady Mondath takes its full force, struck with the weight of the ladder and Larissa as they both fall prone.

Conner leaps in like a wrecking ball dealing two blows to Mondath as she tries to hold her halberd in front of her. Aemon can't land a clean blow, but Amber certainly does bringing the blunt of her axe down on the leader's chest causing her to grunt in pain as something pops and breaks leaving her incapacitated but alive.

The half dozen cultists drop their bows and draw scimitars in a howling rage running to Mondath's location. They try to strike down those engaged with her.

A pitched battle ensues in the shadow of the granary as you all fight this ambush head on. Conner manages to bring down the two cultists in front of him and moves to assist Aemon and Amber as they struggle to land a blow.
Larissa leaps to her feet and quickly launches a blast of fire that catches the male leader by surprise, burning his cheek as it passes. No concentration check. In response, the leader shouts a word of power towards Larissa, GROVEL!
Larissa Wisdom Save: 1d20 ⇒ 6 -> Larissa drops prone.
Larissa cannot help but drop to her hands and knees as the spectral weapon swoops towards her.

Aemon and Conner bring down the remaining cultists, as Amber and Larissa team up on the Leader.
Larissa's fire bolt hits the reeds without touching the leader, while Amber stomps towards him with her axe.
The leader sees the cultists are down, and thinks for a moment.

But decides that he must stand his ground until the end. The floating scimitar lashes out against Larissa, as the leader charges Amber.

The leader proves a fearsome warrior, his personality is pressed outward putting you all off kilter as Amber falls to his scimitar. Larissa retreats from the hovering weapon to attempt and attack, but cannot land a blow as teh cultist is able to parry Aemon and Conner's attacks. It does put him into a bad position and Conner's flail strikes him in the thigh with a glancing blow in the chaotic exchange.
In revenge, the leader mumbles a chant while drawing a sigils in the air with a piece of metal he produced from his robes. The enchantment stings Conner's mind.
Conner Wisdom Save: 1d20 ⇒ 10 Just barely missed
Conner loses control of his body, the magic holding him as still as a statue. He can do little as the floating weapon moves within a few feet of him.
