The Trial of Ray Park
The trial starts right on schedule and soon after the witness Jen Park, Ray’s X wife from yesterday finishes her testimony of the crimes she witnessed and did nothing about that Ray had committed she wasn’t involved or a witness to any of the violent crimes. The prosecution says they would like to call a special surprise witness Ray Park himself. This is shocking news no one expected but it seems that both the lawyers and Judge Baker were aware of the plan. Mr. Park gets on the stand at about 10:45 about 20 minutes into his testimony (Techno Priest your feed is killed) the door in the back of the courthouse slams shut as six Large African American guards storm into the room. At the same time a tall pale man in a trench coat rises from the front row of the court room. One of the guards make it to the two Aegis agents before they even know what hit them they are both knocked out, while two of the other take out all the other court guards in the room, and begin to set up positions in the courthouse.
The The Pale Man speaks as he jumps over the railing and pulls a shotgun out of his coat.
Ray, Ray, Ray, what do you think you are doing? You know what happens when someone talks about Viper you have personally taken care of rats in a Nest before. Now what do you think was going to happen now that you have changed your mind and decided to testify? That look on your face Ray is precious how could we have known about this sudden change. VIPER knows VIPER always knows and it’s time to pay Ray, With Your Life
As he Fires his Hellfire Shotgun at Ray Park. The Flames of Hellfire explode out of Blazes gun engulfing Ray in Hellfire. With Ray being restrained hand and foot by manacles he cannot escape the flames as they engulf him seeming to burn him from the inside and out taking the life from his body. On the floor lies the husk of Ray’s body still smoldering body.
| Waveform |
As the guards storm into the room, she drops to the floor, dragging Alex down too. As the shot goes off, she focuses on the water in the sprinkler system above. Forcing it to slam into the sprinkler heads from above to deluge the room. As the water comes down, she lets the water around her slip her dress off and bring the lace over her face.
Basically spending a round getting ready to fight. This should be unaffected by anybody else's action unless they manage to get some water available or strip me of my clothes.

And Harry still didn't think Isaac understood the concept of trials and prisons. It was enough to make him think of a good way to redirect the sun's photon emissions and turn it into a giant, stationary Death Star. Great. She had his file. She had seen his work. And she still pulled this?
But Isaac endured it, following her silently up to the trial like a good boy. He made it through security without saying anything, which should really get him time off his probation, and sat down beside Harry just as expected.
Within ten minutes, Isaac was tapping his leg with his fingers. Harry was such an idiot. She knew this would trigger him. Was she trying to make a supervillain? He could only write schematics in his head for so long and the pills were three hours back.
The gun came out and Isaac sighed in relief. He upended his sports bottle, Go Rams, and T.I.G.H.T.S. came slithering out over his lap. There goes the secret identity. Didn't even get to out myself to Jared.
"I checked. This doesn't violate my probation," Isaac told Harry as the blue and silver polymers flowed down his legs and up his chest. His civilian clothing came up through the suit thread by thread, thoroughly disassembled and slightly burned by the transit. Doing this a lot could get expensive.
I didn't give him any kind of quickchange ability and he's made reference to changing more or less manually in previous posts, so I figure it'll take a round for the suit to be fully extruded and active.

Holy heck, this is a little more than I expected. A few hours ago nothing is happening and I'm looking at four heroes. Now I'm stuck here with all of these mooks and not a hero in sight. I'm thinking those two AEGIS guys aren't going to win this battle. And if I just use my powers right here, everyone is going to see. I'm going to reveal my secret identity in my first super powered fight. But a secret isn't worth these people's lives. Where is Invictus or Captain Thunder when you need him?
Derek Swift rolls out of his chair to the floor as his fellow jurors respond to the invasion, trying to get at least some cover from their bodies. Unfortunately, it doesn't occur to him to wait for better cover. People might expect that he needed focus and concentration to change his size, but it really felt more like relaxing. Like a balloon letting go its grip on the air within. In the blink of an eye and in the middle of his roll, he seems to vanish. Thumbing his HELM, the polymer unfolds like a miniature Transformer to encase his head as an envelope of protective force flows like glimmering water down from his neck and disappears. The world slows for a moment and gives him a blissful moment of peace to consider his options. The barrel of the shotgun feels like the tunnel to the underworld as he runs up to the thug's leg, his hand charging with energy.
Take out the leader first, he looks softer than these musclebound guys anyway
His tiny legs churning, Dr. Quark runs across the now cavernous courtroom toward Blaze.

The cut off feed was the signal he needed. He pushed the glider to it's limits, with a sinking feeling in his gut that things at the courthouse were not well. On the way, he called out to Invictus on their frequency.
"It's hit the fan! Making a crash landing on floor 22."
He patches over to Det. Alcorn and nearly falls off his glider when he hears the loud, cacophonous commotion over her phone.
"You're at the courthouse?"
"Just about. We're headed there. All in civies, but we've got some gear on us. It's the best we could do on such short notice. We've been ordered to escort and block off, and let you capes do all the heavy lifting. Murtaugh in the meantime is trying to get SWAT on the scene Just in case."
"Awesome. Stay safe out there"
Nearing the courthouse, Techno Priest locates the 22nd floor courtroom and increases his speed. He materializes his scepter in a whir of nanobots. Each individual piece begins generating energy, and the scepter takes on a strong red aura. As he nears the courtroom, the lights within die out and he unleashes a beam of energy at the window. The glass shatters and he enters just in time to leave a lasting impression to any watching. The glider hovers in place while Techno Priest takes on a menacing three-point landing pose with his scepter in hand, preparing to fire another blast. Gotta love a flashy entrance.

A man who was on the path of atonement, and they took that choice from him, along with his life. It saddened him, and with a poignant look at the shooter, he turned his attention back to Phalanx.
"If this is the path you've chosen, I don't care how many duplicates you have, or how many Vipers stand in my way," a look to Priest, the watery female form engaged with Phalanx's duplicates, and another flying hero headed towards the balcony, and finally the man of steel standing shoulder to shoulder with him, "... stand in our way you will be brought down."
And with that he stepped forward and drove the crown of his skull towards the brutes nose, ready to follow up with an uppercut that would catch him in the solar plexus, and follow the curve of his chest until it impacted underneath his jaw. Cockroach, huh? Let's see how you like a bug in your throat.
Time to act more like a Doctor and less like a thug.
Reducing himself to the size of a fly, Quark runs up Blazes rugged clothes and leaps into his mouth. Curling up in a ball, he rolled into Blaze's trachea and expanded, attempting to block his airway.
So, basically my super power is being a chunk of hot dog.
Move action to run up Blaze to get into his mouth. Standard action to activate suffocation stunting off of Shrinking attack: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (12) + 12 = 24 I think I am the right size for throat blocking at 3 inches or less.
You can cause a target to suffocate (see Suffocation, page 168). Make a melee attack roll. If successful, the target must make a Fortitude saving throw (DC 10 + power rank). If the save fails, the target takes a –1 penalty on attack rolls, Defense, and Reflex saves, can only take a standard or move action each round (not both), and moves at half normal speed. The target must make a Constitution check each round (DC 10, +1 DC per round), starting the round the Fortitude save fails. A failed check means the character becomes unconscious. If the power is maintained after that point, the character’s condition is dying on the following round and dead the round after that. A successful initial Fortitude save negates the Suffocate effect. Targets with Immunity to Suffocation are also unaffected.

If he was trying to do non-lethal damage, it would fail. I believe he can choose to do lethal at this point. Not sure how this works out for the last blow, I just assumed I took an injury, rather than a bruise and it healed.
