Don't know if this applies, but Prayer has to bypass spell resistance. I don't know enough about bone devils to say, and for all I know you rolled the spell resistance and I missed it.

Marta steps forward and unleashes her usual barrage at the yellow spearman after adding bane vs. whatever race/type the warrior is (I assume human, but perhaps not). She takes the extra attack from the blessing of fervor. Any attacks remaining after the Gebite falls will transfer to the red zombie and then cyan zombie. Any attacks that carry over will be at -2/-2d6-2 since the bane will not help. Scratch that last part. She is forced to do non-lethal because of her amulet of mercy and, as we all know, zombies ignore non-lethal damage. She still pounds on them for target practice but if zombies could laugh at her they would.

Attack:

If a hit connects and Marta makes her intimidate check it will cause the opponent to be shaken for as many rounds as non-lethal damage, provided non-lethal damage works on it because of the Enforcer feat. A second hit will cause the opponent to be sickened due to the Cruel enchantment on her Amulet of Mighty Fists.

Pathetic. I'm not even going to bother to roll miss chances for those. I feel your pain, Aelwynd!

If anyone (such as the undead) attacks Sir Terramor (whether as an AoO or on its turn), Morningstar will use Bodyguard to grant Terramor a +2 on his AC for up to four attacks. If any attack hits, Morningstar will use In Harm's Way to take the damage instead.

If anyone (such as the undead) attacks any ally adjacent to Sir Terramor (currently Lore) or Morningstar (whether as an AoO or on his/her/its turn), Sir Terramor will use Aid Allies, Bodyguard and Intercept to grant the attacked ally a +5 bonus to AC for up to three attacks.

    ___________________________________________

Sir Terramor's challenge gives all his allies a +4 to hit the devil. It also reduces Terramor's AC by 4 against all enemies -except- the devil.

In addition, the combination of Sir Terramor's banner and his famous shield grants all his allies +6 on saves vs. fear & +2 to hit while charging.

Furthermore, he gives everyone the Paired Opportunist feat (see above).

As the Bone Devil is invisible, Sir Terramor is at least nudged in the general direction with Marta's sight but still fails to connect with the outsider.

Ariana swings her bastard sword at the wounded undead that stands next to her. Her blade grinds into the zombie's shoulder and into bone. The soft mucous and bone shiver as the undead splits down the middle and falls to the ground.

Sir Terramor and Morningstar's attacks seem to gain direction as they become more on point. Sir Terramor's blade shatters multiple ribs, crumpling the Devil to the ground. As it reaches up a clawed hand Morningstar's hooves come crashing down on top of its skull, returning it to the Plane where it came from.

In it’s place, you discover the final journal, labeled Demi-Planes, Pocket Dimensions, and the Mysteries of Geb . Freeing the remaining people, the lost citizens of Geb’s Rest, somehow transported here leaving the city on the material plane utterly devoid of life, the ghost town you had discovered. As you begin to remove the bodies pilled up in the fountain, you discover the stele that had vanished earlier, and things begin to make a little more sense. After studying the book for about half an hour, you discover that the Bone Devil had made a simple mistake. It had done all the preparations correctly (which you can still use), but it required the corpse or essence of either a Gebbite battle-priest or that of one of Geb’s bound servants/generals. The Bone Devil probably knew that it would require his own life to complete the ritual, but was unwilling to make that sacrifice, and had hoped that one of the townsfolk might suffice.

It had been sacrificing them, one by one, and failing every time. Grabbing what little essence of the devil remains where he died, you throw it into the fountain upon the stele, and there is a sudden flash of ghostly green light. Before you can see again, you feel the wind on your face, and never has it felt better. You have returned, with all the living, to the material plane.

You will be forever spoken of as heroic legends among the people of Geb. It takes no time at all for the tale of your heroism to spread, and any time that you find themselves in Geb, you shall generally be greeted as heroes. Within the next few days, you are able to get a boat back to Absalom. Walking into the Grand Lodge, fellow Pathfinders, many of which are being raised on your own stories greet you with cheers, each raising a mug, pitcher, or glass in the Pathfinder Societies own form of honoring victors with a walk through the gauntlet, (similar to walking through a line of drawn and raised swords, a sign of respect). Adril Hestram is sad to hear of Rijana’s death, but happy you have returned, and with her journals. It turns out that her research was brilliant, and she had really been on to something with a possible cure for the Mana Wastes. Her discovery of that mysterious stele, something that there really had been no record of in that part of the world, had been misunderstood in her attempts to fix a problem. It was designed to be an anchor for some of the local hidden Demi planes in the region, and while it might work as a cure, it wasn’t designed for that, having been created before the Mana Wastes existed, and intended to function on the other side only. If another could be found, it’s entirely possible that it’s incredibly powerful essence, both arcane based and faith based, might actually be used to re-flood the area with magic, healing the land once more. If one could be found.

The End. Will get chronicles up this evening.
