More so than any harsh desert or freezing tundra, the airless void of space is an unforgiving killer. Most life-forms can survive for about 90 seconds in a vacuum before dying, though rapid depressurization can cause unconsciousness in as little as 15 seconds. When an unprotected body is introduced to a vacuum, the gases inside it begin to expand due to the difference in pressure. While this causes discomfort, especially in the abdominal area due to the expansion of intestinal gases, the real danger comes from any oxygen still in the lungs. If that gas can’t escape (say, because the person is trying to hold his breath), the delicate pulmonary tissue can become severely damaged. Those who survive such an event can be left with permanent injuries, such as blindness, a collapsed lung, or worse. Those who do not survive spend their last few moments in terrible pain and mind-numbing terror, and sometimes such suffering prevents souls from passing on to the afterlife. These unfortunate creatures rise again as undead monstrosities known as nihilis.
The dead stare of a nihili makes those around the undead feel like their own lungs are starting to violently collapse, mimicking the nihili’s demise.
A nihili generates a field of gravity that functions in a 5-foot aura around itself (including 5 feet above the nihili), exerting a downward force toward the nihili’s feet. This allows the nihili to function as if constantly under the effect of spider climb. Any creature entering this aura from an area of zero-g has a high possibility of being knocked prone.
The drow calmly waves towards the seats around the chamber. "I am Lieutenant Kreth. Please have a seat."

"What are you doing here?"
"I am waiting for a new patient. Could that be you? Sit and let's talk. Or leave, it is your choice." He slowly motions to the seats.

Again, Vetch declines to sit.
"I don't think it's me. We can ask if he wants to experiment on the goblin though, that might be interesting," Vetch considers aloud.

”As a medical expert, and genius, I must admit I am curious.” Dash holsters his gun and steps into the room, though he waves the other crew to keep their distance. Blowing out the air in his lungs, be focuses on mental communication.
Perhaps we could treat patients together. What is your medical specialty?
As an android, Dash doesn’t need to breath and is unaffected by the vacuum of space.

The pair share a mental conversation as Lieutenant Kreth shuts the door and methodically fiddles with his controls.
My specialty is in dealing with information. And I am quite good at my job. The drow smiles. With the door shut the atmosphere in the room regains as a thick greenish mist fills the chamber. Lieutenant Kreth watches Dash with curiosity and takes several notes.
How do you feel? Why are you here?
In the end he seems fairly disappointed as the greenish mist doesn't seem to affect dash in the slightest. Disappointed in the process, effects and really in himself.

Vetch looks on, wondering if Captain Spacepants has finally blown his last circuit. He puts a hand on his hip and rubs his forehead, wondering what is going on.
"You know, Zane, we could have just bypassed this guy and found what we were looking for. I'm sure Dr. DrowSy isn't here for good reasons," Vetch shakes his head at the mission creep.

It is definitely a toxic atmosphere.
The drow flits through his notes, obviously flustered as his eyes keep looking up from the notes and back to Dash. He finally gives up, "Those dwarves didn't last long long enough to do much talking. had to toss their bodies in the cell across the way weeks ago." He cranks the settings as the green hue grows thicker with still no effect on Dash. "Interesting." And by interesting Dash can easily read the anger on the Lieutenant's face.

Dash leaves the severely disappointed Lieutenant sitting in the room as he exits, following Abe south. The lieutenant slams a fist down on the console in anger. "Must make it stronger."
This room has only a single door in the aft wall. A small dais in the center of the room is raised up a few feet, and pillars line the walls. Each pillar supports a display, all of which show collections of video streams of hallways, hangar bays, rooms, and other locations within this section of the Empire of Bones and even a video feed of Blood and Fury plays in the background.
Several of the monitors are replaying sections of you walking through the Hangar Bay, killing the undead dwarfs and even infuriating the Lieutenant just moments ago. A lone pale stranger stands behind the console. "Greetings, I am Commander Malakar." She glances to one of the video playbacks. "You are quite impressive. Truly worthy, at least from what I have seen in the last few decades. As a reward I promise that you will hold a place of honor among my ship"
Commander Malakar appears to be extremely ancient, probably pre-Gap timeframe if you were to guess. This dusty pale stranger draws a pair of elite semi-auto pistols and takes aim from behind the console.

Entering the room you notice that Commander Malakar seems to have lined the interior of the door with grenades, waiting for those to walk in to set them off.
The central pillar contains a sealed locker. Engineering to open You notice the locker contains a touch-sensitive biometric sensor that is probably keyed to Malakar. "I have spent over a year subtly introducing my own viruses to the security systems" She places a security key from her pocket into the computer terminal and then also places a finger against the biometric scanner on the computer. This bypasses two deadly traps as well as a DC 53 Computer check. Good job on the Command Undead.

Though you can’t access any of the ship’s systems from this terminal. Though crews throughout the ship are required for the vessel to function, all orders come from the command and control decks. On a ship the size of the Empire of Bones, there are hundreds of ways to get from one section of the ship to another. However, the fastest and safest route from the primary launch and recovery decks to the command and control decks is travel via grav-train.
Captain Ghurd Nashal is captain of the ship and Commander Malakar’s direct superior. The records about both senior officers are limited but provide enough details to empower you to identify what kind of undead they are. In addition, Nashal’s record includes a footnote mentioning something called Project Tombstone that appears to have been added by Malakar and is only on this particular security terminal.
"I have been working for sometime to arrange for Nashal to be either destroyed or disgraced in a spectacular fashion that would cause Serovox to demote (and possibly execute) the captain." The undead Commander says in a friendly tone as if letting her team in on the plan.

As soon as the grenades boobytrap is disabled,
Seeing that coach Dash somehow was able to call a bonafide timeout, Zane puts away his weapon.
Seeing that there's no confrontation about to erupt--
but that the episode he wants to see is STILL PLAYING on the big screen, Zane heads over to the console. He does a very athletic forward somersault over the back of the chair and lands cleanly in to the cushy seat.
He calls back to the others, Anyone from the team want some hot popcorn to enjoy with this episode?
And from his packet pulls out two small balls which he cracks open like eggs. He uses a hose from his environmental suit to spray pure O2 on them and they activate. The O2 causes a chemical reaction-- popcorn just spills out and pop, pop, pops. With no bowl to place it in Zane streams the popcorn in sprays atop of the console. If others chimed in that they'd like some, he breaks open the second ball and doubles the quantity.
The Zane enjoys the rest of the episode as the others discuss "intel".
OHHHH! This is the one that leaves the viewers on a cliffhanger! Literally! And, it's got that awesome "what would happen next episode" thing. ABE is always the creative one. He thought up the best endings. Like this one--

To Commander Malakar, ”I like this plan of yours, and I have a few suggestions to see it to fruition. First, we’ll need an ysoki-sized yeoman uniform, and a steaming cup of hot cocoa...”
Questions:
What kind of undead are Malakar and Nashal?
Is Admiral Serovox on this ship? If not, where is he?
Do we know what Project Tombstone is?
Have we completely loot this room? Did we get that sealed locker open?
