MOVE 4 squares Quig rushes in to join the fray. He tinkers with his custom rig and a shield envelops him, giving him protection. STANDARD Energy Shield for 7 temp HP. Having received no command from his creator, Scout goes up 10 feet, because the gravity is low I believe that will count as 10 feet and moves near Quig.

Altronus hurls a fragmentation grenade into the open area. The blast sends shrapnel in all directions as it nearly catches the goblins, that duck low as the grenade explodes right next to them.
Just misses the pair. Since it is on the corner. Instead of one being straight at you it would begin on the corner and go clockwise from there.

Quig transfers the energy going to his custom rig and projects it around himself as places a well aimed shot into the green space goblin's neck, dropping it to the ground.

The goblin bullies inch closer as they scream at the lower goblins too scared to advance.

Goblin:
"Get in there. Burn 'em up good!"

The space goblins rush in closer, firing their lasers as they move.

Sorry Obozaya- you were in there. Somehow my phone must have erased your name is all. You were the one with the well-aimed shot that killed the green goblin.

A trio of primal magical bolts flies from Raia's hand and burst into the goblin bullies chest.

That miss still seemed to work in your favor Altronus.

Altronus hurls another grenade, though he misjudges his distance as the explosive falls short.

Shrapnel catches both goblins as the bully grabs ahold of the smaller goblin and uses him as a shield as the poor goblin gets filled with shards of metal. The goblin bully drops him and begins to giggle with glee.

Few too many actions there Quig. Your drone will only be able to stay at 10 feet. It is a move action for drawing the grenade; standard to attack with it. You drone only gets a move or standard unless you use your move action for it to get both. Though you needed your move to draw the grenade.

Quig chucks another grenade over the barrier. Explosion after explosion rocks the hangar as the goblins are endlessly assaulted.

One more goblin falls as it takes a direct hit to it's back. falling forward into the scrap of metal the goblin's helmet cracks wide open, exposing it to the atmosphere.

Quigs drone fires a single bullet from it's clip into the goblin with the purple tape holding it's helmet shut. The goblin doesn't even get time to squeal as the bullet pierces it's chest.

the goblin bully up top drops prone and begins to taunt and yell at Obozaya.

Goblin:
"Get that one! That one!"

The orange goblin drops his junk laser and draws a deadly looking dogslicer as he moves in on Altronus. The goblins scream is muffled slightly by it's glass helmet. Almost sounding like it is stuck in a fishtank.

Altronus uses a free hand to deftly snatch the floating mote of light circling him. In his hand it expands to a glowing swordlike weapon.

Soldiers and Solarians have abilities later that allow them to charge without the penalties at all. Soldier is charge attack (No penalties and able to attack twice with a charge). Solarian is Stellar rush. (No penalties and fire damage. Able to sub bull rush for the attack instead).

Sorry, got confused with the initiative.

Feeling agitated from the hideous song of the goblins. Quig ducks for cover from the starship wing and focuses on controlling Scout. I'll take the full defense as my standard action and my move action to control the drone. The drone goes up another 10 ft. and moves forward just above the vesk and the remaining goblin. It then takes a shot at the remaining goblin.

Obozaya rushes in , singing the goblin's left arm off with his flaming doshko.

Quig fires a round into into the goblin's shoulder as it looks ready to fall.

Taking a step back the goblin fires one final, frantic shot at Obozaya.

"Gwaaahhh!"

The laser only manages to scorch Obozaya's thick armor as she quickly cuts down the final goblin.

Calling it as the goblin only has 1 hp left.

A set of stairs in the southeastern corner of the hangar ascends to the catwalk. This elevated area connects to a set of locked doors. DC 20 Engineering to open

Shattered pieces of the Archer cover the hangar bay’s floor. Only the vessel’s cockpit holds anything of interest.

Due to the debris, PCs wishing to explore the cockpit have two options to gain entry. The first option is to clear the debris at the cockpit’s aft end, which requires a successful DC 15 Strength check. The second option requires removing the cockpit’s viewing ports. A PC succeeding at a DC 15 Engineering check safely completes this task.

Inspecting the space goblins, you discover a pattern burned into their left forearms. This pattern as a series of numbers. If translated, it reads “5731170,”

With the enemies defeated, Raia suggests, "watch that door up there, and let me see about getting us into the cockpit..."

Raia pulls out her engineering toolkit and moves to the cockpit door. Taking 10 gives her a 21, and the door, hopefully, pops open.

Raia finds a piece of sheetmetal long enough and is able to remove the cockpit's viewing ports. Once inside you find several audi logs from the Archer's crew.

A jammed locker lies secured to the wall. Smacking the locker open you find a leather tool harness embroidered with the name “Livewire.” Treat the tools and devices strapped to the harness as a computer hacking kit. In addition, anyone attempting to repair a computer with the Engineering skill receives a +2 bonus to the check while using these tools (worth 500 credits).

The ysoki listens intently at the logs. "We should safeguard those. Might be able to clear Livewire's name." He follows Altronus up the catwalk. "Let's see what we can do with this door." He takes out his custom rig and tries to open the door.

With only the catwalk remaining Quig takes a look at the electronic doors. Using his rig he makes quick work of the electronics and bypass the first door.

Inside is the command center. A soft glow radiates from flickering computer screens, washing the various numerous workstations under a film of light the color of sea foam. The constant hum of electronics floods the room, enhanced periodically by several nagging pings from blinking console alarms.

Dim light radiates from several workstations in this cramped area, which peers over the hangar bay 40 feet below through several, 1-inch-thick transparent aluminum windows. The four chairs in front of these workstations appear unused.

DC 12 Perception:
searching the room discovers a discarded key card lodged between the armrest and cushion of the north-most chair. This card acts as a security key, which grants a +2 circumstance bonus on attempts to hack the computers when inserted into its accompanying card slot.

A green-screened mainframe computer terminal covers the eastern side of the command center. It periodically showers the area in harmless sparks as thick cables sprawl from underneath its exposed bulk. The cables partially bury the charred remains of a goblin—the former wire-shaman, Gutproud Techtalker.

Repairing the Mainframe: Due to the exposed wiring and the groundwork already completed by the deceased goblin wireshaman, the mainframe only requires you to succeed at a DC 15 Engineering check to repair it.

Accessing the Mainframe: The mainframe has a touch screen and keyboard set up as interfaces. Once the PCs repair the mainframe, a prompt screen appears on the room’s computers, and asks for a 7-digit numerical code.

Hack the Mainframe Takes 3 rounds. The mainframe is a tier 3 computer. A PC who succeeds at a DC 25 Computers check can hack the system, allowing them to perform the following five tasks (no roll required) now highlighted on the computer’s menu screen:
• Turn the hangar’s lights on and off.
• Activate or deactivate any electronically sealed doors.
• Silence the alarms pinging within the room.
• Pinpoint the source of the mysterious signal.
• Adjust the ambient temperature between 66° and 78° F.

Quig takes some time as he removes the smoldering goblin from the sparking cables. Removing power from the computer for a moment Quig is able to successfully splice the wires and re-seat the loose circuit boards as he repairs the computer with deft hands.

With the Mainframe repaired Raia pulls a chair up and takes a few moments to hack into what she can. Though before she can hack into the system she has to access it as the screen keeps asking for a seven digit passcode.

The five commands follow onto the screen.
• Turn the hangar’s lights on and off.

(except for the Spirit Hole at area B5).
• Silence the alarms pinging within the room.
• Pinpoint the source of the mysterious signal (the Spirit
Hole) at area B5.
• Adjust the ambient temperature between 66° and 78° F.

There seems to be a small bit more but Raia hits a firewall.

A 26 would not cut it but I also forgot you have an additional +5 for repairing the mainframe and +2 for entering in the correct code, which will cover it.

Raia gets behind the firewall finding that several other computing tasks, including deactivating the mainframe’s alarm and shock grid countermeasures, exist.

Grabbing her computer Raia is able to make a direct link to the mainframe and her personal computer. Raia is now able to have a portable link straight to the mainframe itself. With access to the mainframe you are able to do the following tasks.

  • Lights out: Standard action to turn the lights on or off.
  • Strobe: Set the lights to flash on or off quickly, dazzling those in the room. As long as you warn your compatriots they are unaffected. Can only activate once.
  • Up, Up and away: Can momentarily turn off gravity in a sector for a short period.
  • Terrible Truths: Replay excerpts from audio logs aboard the Archer over several loudspeakers.

Raia quickly silences the alarms and works on tracing the mysterious signal. much to her surprise it seems to be coming from below this structure.

Continuing along the catwalk Raia unlocks the doors as she uses the portable mainframe to her will.

The final remaining door along the catwalk leads to what appears to be an elevator. A thick plume of steam rolls out from the freshly opened doors. After a moment, the steam evaporates, revealing a marked transition into an entirely different area—a section of an entirely different starship. Where the hangar bay had straight lines and smooth plastic walls, this elevator has exposed cords and wires in varying dark shades such as charcoal and umber.

As you enter the elevator a singsong voice greets you in an alien tongue. Soft lights wash over a smooth, wet surface at the elevator’s southern wall. Scores of holographic glyphs appear in three spiraling patterns foreign to the Pact Worlds.
