Despite his rolling quickly into shelter, the blast is enough to kill Karos.

I think you forgot you have Resist Cold 5 Karos. You're at 1hp when the Cone of Cold hits. You save, and take 15hp damage less 5 Resist for 10. Puts you back at -9hp, and you don't die till -13.

Enora is up!

Free action: prescience, 1/6 remaining : 1d20 ⇒ 5

Swift: Arcane Barrier (10 hp, 7 minutes) (Su) As a swift action, for 1 reservoir point, Enora can gain 10 extra temporary hit points for 7 minutes. The second time each day she uses this ability, it costs 2 reservoir points, then 3 points, and so on. SPENDING 2 points as already used today. 1/6 arcane reservoir remaining.

Enora shouts ”We need speed!“ and casts haste to include Kramac, Right, Nith and the two Sages.

Using the rod of extend in her hand for 14 rounds duration.

Feast of Ravenmoor | Dead Man's Debt

Continuity:
Enora has already used her 6 arcane reservoir points. This is without activating Arcane Barrier on round 6. Enora used her last Prescience in Combat Round 5 (used every round in the finale, plus once at the monolith encounter). Rogar cast a Gallant Inspiration on Enora's saving throw which does not work - but he has Saving Finale and was performing at the time.

Fixes: Enora has no uses of Prescience remaining (and has not used it on Round 6). Enora has no arcane reservoir remaining. Rogar cast Saving Finale instead of Gallant Inspiration. Enora passed the new save. Enora does not have Arcane Barrier activated.

"Destroy her now!" roars Tahonikepsu, as she casts a Blur spell upon Kramac and squeezes through the bookshelves, toppling books and ancient curios and setting off numerous wards which spark and fizz. The dragon's innate resistances protect her from harm. "Why is everything so small?" she complains.

Feast of Ravenmoor | Dead Man's Debt

As Kramac strikes Black Moon with the paladin's holy flail, Dhiara calls out: "She cannot hold out against our combined strength! Let us finish this!" Feast of Ravenmoor | Dead Man's Debt

Enora steps back, and raises her staff. Two beams of fire flash forwards, striking the outstretched arms of Aryana Tahari. The fire burns, and a screaming Tahari is reduced to ash and ectoplasm! Her silver and black pendant solidifies once more, and falls to the ground.

Fragments of black shadow fly from the ghost as she burns away to nothing. The fragments hurtle towards the Sage Jewels - but the Jewels pulse with a warm light and the fragments are repelled.

A black rift opens in the ritual space. An alien eye gazes out of it, then the rift is filled with a tiger-like face, crowned with horns upon which are etched ancient curses. Oily serpents slither out of the fang-filled mouth as the fiend speaks: "Aryana Tahari! Long have I waited for this day! None may deny Ahriman his due. Come! Come to Abaddon and repay your debt to me! Come to Abaddon and serve me for Eternity!" Ahriman, Lord of All Divs, opens wide his maw. The shadow-fragments are sucked in, and a last keening wail is heard as they vanish into darkness. The rift closes as Ahriman recedes, and the serpents dissolve into a slick black scum.

The golden glow fades from Dalla's flail, and it corrodes away into ash. Kramac feels the paladin's presence depart.

The library shakes.

"Come, we must leave now before the complex collapses! I will carry us back to Merab" says Tahonikepsu, resuming her human form to better navigate the narrow corridors.

"We did it! We actually succeeded! Thank you pathfinders, we would not have succeeded without you!" Amenopheus recovers the spinel and onyx Jewels, and makes haste to follow Tahonikepsu.

"Well done team" says Grandmaster Torch, a satisfied smile on his face as he looks into the Emerald Jewel.

"I expected more from her" rasps Sinuhotep.

"The threat is ended. We have cleansed the Jewels and prevented the return of a great evil. Now we must look to the future" says Dhiara.

Congratulations! Black Moon is defeated and you saved all the Sage Jewels! I'm going to give you a while to RP the aftermath before I post an epilogue.

Enora is still completely flabbergasted by these events and that this team really achieved the goal that they strived for! To free the Sages from the evil implanted in the Jewels!

When she joined the Pathfinder Society she would never have imagined that the small girl would one day join forces with other heroes to embrace the most dangerous challenge that the Sages ever faced ... and finally to prevail next to the Sages themselves!

Small tears are visible on her face and the heat of her staff is still lingering on her fingers.

"We really did it," Vordrek agrees. "Come on," he says to Karos. "We need you awake." I'm sorry I don't have stronger healing spells. Perhaps one day Nethys will entrust me with them.

Rogar's tale abruptly stops as he watches the incredible display of Ahriman. "this will truly make a great tale."

He puts away his bow and walks over to the onyx sage jewel as Amenopheus is collecting it. "even as spirits, they fought with their very soul to aid us. Would you allow me the honor of carrying Padrym's Onyx jewel?"

As team prepares to evacuate, Rogar begins a pair of performances - the beginnings of the liberation of the Sages. two triple time performances for the group.

Hah! Well struck Enora!

Kramac dismounts Jino, rushes Enora and wraps the small halfling in a crushing hug.

See friends! No wickedness can stand before us! Dhiara, thanks to you this evil has been removed from Golarian and your jewels purged.

Kramac rubs Jino's head. Well done girl, you were brave and strong and quick.

Kramac wanders the room slapping his companions on the back, hugging them and generally being jolly.

Karos! Those div's were no match for you! Your bullets were swift and true, and made short work of them! And Rogar, your tale was magnificent. I've only heard anything approaching that stirring once before!

When he comes to the Paladin's body, he stops for a moment. He closes his eyes and says a brief prayer.

We will see you buried properly good Paladin. He'll take a few moments to re-secure the body to Jino before leaving.

How much time do we have before the temple collapses. If it is an 'oh s&+~ we have to go now' situation Kramac will do so. If there is a bit of time left, he will want to stop back by the lab with all the plague samples, take the metal container with 'sample 14' and go toss it in the decontamination room. If the container survives that, he will go and toss it in the acid pool

This disease is too horrible to risk it ever escaping. We should destroy the last samples, lest someone discover this place in the future and, intentionally, or unwittingly, unleash it upon the world again. I will see all vestiges of Aryana scoured from the world.

"Yes, Karos. With your help, we won." Tahonikepsu helps Karos get to his feet.

Amenopheus smiles at Rogar, and with reverence hands him Padrym's Onyx Jewel. "In time, I would not be surprised to see you become the holder of your own Sage Jewel, Rogar. Littlest Sage Enora and Nithrandyl too." The Sapphire Sage recovers Tahari's talisman. "This was the prototype. Now it too is cleansed. With the knowledge we have gained here today we can ensure that any new Jewels that we create will be free of corruption."

"Let us take Dalla's remains with us Kramac. We will see that he gets the burial he deserves. He, too, played a part in this victory" says Dhiara. "Fellow Sages, we uncovered Tahari's plague laboratory. As Kramac says, there are many deadly plague samples there. One in particular, Fading Light, poses a deadly threat. Fortunately Tahari built her own incinerator device. I will lead the way out of here - Kramac, by all means use the incinerator on sample fourteen. We have a number of cures in case the disease should have surfaced already."

Together, Jeweled Sages and Pathfinders beat a path to the exit as the complex shudders and crumbles, to be lost in the sands once more. Kramac tosses canister number fourteen into the Cleansing Room incinerator, where it gets blasted. You make your way back into the sunlight, in the ruins of Resa. Tahonikepsu assumes her dragon form again.

"Kramac, I could not bring us to Resa via teleportation for lack of familiarity and doubt as to the precise resonance affect that the Jewels would create. But I can take you, Jino, and Dalla back to the Twisting Garden Lodge with certain accuracy." Amenopheus offers a teleportation to spare poor Jino from spending another journey as a statuette.

The rest of you fly back to Merab atop Tahonikepsu's back - but it's not until you are in the air that you notice Grandmaster Torch's absence. The Emerald Sage is vanished.

Reconvening at the Twisting Garden Lodge (sans Torch), the Sages are elated. Tahonikepsu commissions a sculpture for the sages’ sanctum to commemorate for all time the Pathfinders’ role in the salvation of the order. The Sages pool their resources to cover all costs of healing you and removing any outstanding afflictions that you may be suffering from. All attribute damage, diseases, negative levels and so forth are cleared at no cost to you.

Amenpheus notes Torch's absence. "The Grandmaster has always followed his own course. I suspect we have not heard the last of the Emerald Sage. I am glad that we freed him from Tahari's influence, whatever he decides to do next."

The Sages also arrange for Ermias Dalla to be properly buried in accordance with the customs of the faith of Osiris, locating a cleric of that near-forgotten god to sanctify a tomb within their own sanctum. You are each invited to the burial ceremony.
