This is my first time running a PbP, but I've run in person a lot. Please bear with me as I figure it all out, thank you!

I don't have access to these forums during the day outside of my phone, so be aware I will only post 1-2 times a day during the week. I like roleplay and come from a freeform style before getting into PFS/SFS, so please do more than just posts with dice rolls.

All set! Really skimpy on weapons though... those credits don't last long when you have a drone!

Tactics-wise, Rigs is setup more as a Starship Engineer and the drone is more the laser-sharp accuracy combatant.

Gil fancies himself a frontier explorer and first contact specialist (though he's still taking classes for that last one), having the skills to explore on a planet (Physical Science and Survival), firearm training, and some minor skills in persuasion. On a ship, he's mostly relegated to gunner of some description or a mediocre captain. Pleasure to be aboard!

Rigs, Gil, how do you get information to show up above your portrait like that? I've got most of my information entered, but I'm sure it would help if my more common stuff and my current totals would show up as yours.

What I do is enter it in the Class stat line, spoilering it so that it doesn't take up a lot of space. Some people use the gender line, some people use race, and some people (like Rigs) choose not to spoiler it. It's just personal preference as to where and how, but those are the ones that will make it show up under your alias.

Hudathan is a Vesk who fears the Swarm over anything else. He has left his homeworld to work for the Starfinder Society to protect the universe from the alien menace. He works well with other races, believing himself to be the strongest, but not the brightest amongst his adventuring companions. He strongly values teamwork with other races, especially the Shirren (Who he believes are the Swarm' s greatest weakness).

Hudathan, now I sort of wish I'd brought my other character who's a Shirren Bio-engineer actively working to find out how to take down the swarm. Ahh well, we have enough Operatives as it is, like the story though.

I dunno if it's just my phone, but I can't edit that first slide to be able to put in my initiative and perception. I'll try on my computer when I get home tonight though.

I can't get any of them to laod, so I haven't seen the handouts yet. It's probably because I'm on my phone. But that's not really an issue, I'll get at them tonight with my computer, and if initiative or perception must be rolled before then they're also in my quick stat block.

I may have forgotten to make it editable by others instead of just sharing. I'll check tonight.

PS To answer your question, Suede, your slideshow is indeed set to view only. It's an easy fix to make it editable for your players!

Sorry, it took a while to realize that things had continued into the next page. I'd been sitting and wondering when people would post again, and then I realized everyone had.

Woo! Go Hudathan and Gerald! My saviors! Assuming the thing dies from that wicked shot, that is :-P

Pssh the damage was all Gerald! All I did was put it in position.

Gerald is definitely inspiring me to build a technomancer now.

The things got to hit to hurt. And that's a nice shot. And if that doesn't take it out we shall avenge our fallen brother, then properly bury him. There's a hole handy right there after all ;)

Yeah, I've got 4 resolve at it only takes one to stabilize at this point (i think), so I'll be ok :-)

Also, point of order: Gil has a Serum of healing on him that someone can use to get him up.

I failed the perception check. Did anyone pass it?

I did, watch my good rolls dry up next time we hit a fight though :)

Gil, use my serum if you wish; 1 Hp looks too risky. Also, we could buy a couple more with the credits be have.

Also Gil and should rest to recover some Stamina. I doubt we encounter a fight if we go shopping, but I'll prefer to risk to be harder to obtain the disc than someone dying for going around with very few HP.

Resting was the plan. And I appreciate the serum, but I have the cedits for another one and was planning on buying one on the way to get the album :-) your concern and generosity are noted and appreciated

I'm rooting for you, Gil! If these teenagers make you use that new serum I'm going to cry. Laughing, but still crying.
