I'd prefer to make a circle of the park before we head down into the sewers. There might be information to glean. Let us first start with the reflecting pools and columns. That should be interesting at the very least. Maybe hit the standing stones. Ghozrah is all about standing stones, at least from all the bard's lore I've heard.
Bronin looks to convince the others to check out the rest of the park a bit.

Wren is happy to follow Bronin while enjoying a delightful stroll float through the park. She will identify and discuss any interesting flora or flauna she sees.
"Merrick is the gardener, she tends the park. A druid I think. I don't know her well. And I try to avoid blood-drinking myself. The urge is there, but I find it ruins dinner parties. And yes Elena, no shadow, no reflection."
---
The reflecting pool is quite lovely and seems to date back to the crusade, as the columns are carved to show a battle between Ustalavic soldiers against various foes including Kellid barbarians, Belkzen orcs, werewolves, and the undead knights of the Whispering Tyrant. The latter group includes a headless dullahan.
You continue investigating the rest of the park which is lovely but does not contain too much of interest. The one thing you do note is the standing stones have some faded bloodstains on them.
With the park explored, only the greenhouse remains.
A small rise of steps leads to a wide portico. Two massive pillars of stone support a roof overhead and flank a pair of ornate, gold-clad doors inscribed with sun motifs.

"Damn chatty elf goes on forever abou' gnoll yiff parties and her time as a freelance bullette fluffer, bu' dinnae e'en bother t' tell us wha' she be findin' while scouting! Wha' did yefind, ye bird-brained elf?"
Little of consequence, I'm guessing.
Lena shrugs
If we are done announcing ourselves to any and all, maybe we could go where we are supposed too? Unless you want to question those trees?
Lena has a headache for some reason, probably something she ate, and is a bit tetchy
Wren swoops around the greenhouse. It is a properly huge atrium, full of exotic flowers, creeper vines, shrubbery, and seven trees within the open space. A vaulted ceiling arches forty feet high, supported by four thick columns while a stone-tiled path winds past each exhibit.
Oblivious to the insane flying bird-lady, a woman is crouched within a shrubbery, weeding the soil.
With not much option, Bronin both wraps on the glass of the greenhouse and verbally echoes the sound with a, Knock, Knock. Lady Merrick -tender of the Park, we wish to peacefully *come a calling*.
Bronin does his best to make himself very presentable, shiny armor and all.

Wren floats back to the party and longwindedly explains to everyone what she saw. When she finishes, she smiles her awful yellow-teethed smile, assuming that everyone is appreciative of her gifts.
"...and so the crone kept digging, unmindful of my presence above, which is too bad because I rarely wear panties."
Lena winces at the latest statement by Wren
Desna save us! Whiskyjack, You still don't have that silence spell? Because I really want it. On that flying ninny.
Mushrooms clustered around the other side of the glass are triggered by the knocking and suddenly start shrieking like banshees. There's a bit of movement in the greenhouse, but peering in you don't see anyone.
Quinley sighs miserably, shouting over the din of the mushrooms. "Merrick?! It's Quinley! Remember me? We need to talk!"
YYEeeekkk! That is a mental image that will NOT be leaving my brain.
Oh Lady Wren, that is not very lady like a thing to say. Exactly the opposite my young lass. That comment might be best reserved for your private excursions.
With the sounding of the mushroom alarms. Yelling above the din.
Ah, a set of Shriekers. I had my treasury guarded with those.
Lady Merrick, you have just edified me and my past decisions. Well met my Lady, well met! Being a Druid, I am certain you are tapping into your enhanced senses to hear or feel that we are patiently and peacefully at your doorstep.
Sir Bronin stands there as if he's an expected guest for a party, keeping up the diplomacy.

Elena covers her ears as the plants begin shrieking. "WHAT ARE THOSE? SOMEONE STOP THEM!" She screams over the plants. "QUINLEY? I THOUGHT YOU WERE TAKING US TO THE VAMPIRE DEN."
Bornin stands at the threshold while the shriekers make an ungodly racket, staring into the greenhouse. Peering through the dim light it's hard to make out much at all, but it's clear that Merrick appears to have vanished.
Bronin is not very phased by this "no one is home" bit.
Yeah VestalLena, they are Shriekers. Huge mushrooms that don't have any brains, or danger to them, but they can sense people out a good distance and they do...THIS... when someone comes close.
Damned things do make a good treasure guardian. Brings the whole castle down on a set of thieves.
He pauses. Anyway, Merrick isn't showing up. Went all "disappearance.". But I'm used to it, there was a special holiday when I was growing up. The Jack o' the lanterns Nine's. And kids could go from nomad wagon to nomad wagon collecting candies. But kids were only supposed to go to wagons that had their "nine's on". Even though we'd collect a lot of candy during the night, we kids knew, there'd be 5-10 crochety adults that'd be IN their Wagons, but still have the Nine's dark.. just so they didn't have to give candy.
With that memory, Bronin spits a luggy down onto the ground.
That's what we got here. Merrick's pretending that her "Nine's are off".
Bronin's chillin. He's not on a timetable. Let the others move forward if they want.
Quinley drops his hands from his ears as the shriekers continue screaming. "Going into the sewers without her blessing could go poorly for us, but I'll defer to your wisdom because this is bloody irritating!"
Adder starts to move around the side of the greenhouse, looking for another entrance. Unfortunately the place appears to be a fire hazard, and there is no back door. Sewer grates to either side of the greenhouse may be the entrances to the underground Quinley spoke about it.
However, he does notice a small bat flutter about the greenhouse before landing on a large, bulbous plant for a moment before moving to the interior entrance to hang above the threshold.

Whiskeyjack moved into the garden area, making a point of looking down to be sure he didn't step on anything important.
"Look, lady. As much as we be wantin' t' kill vampires on a normal day, Quinley 'ere's explained tha' we be needin' yer help t' be fightin' out enemies. We jest wan' t' be askin' yer blessin' t' enter th' sewers. An' we be happy t' be takin' silence fer consent."
Whiskeyjack waited a few moments for the response.
I've done extensive testing with Shriekers, so this alarm thing isn't bothering me in the slightest. But, according to my tests, these things will keep blaring for another 2 minutes. The Druid is probably watching our reactions.
Be calm, be cool. Be collected. Not all tests have a correct answer of " blow the thing up or reduce it to smoldering ash." Sometimes the answer to a stress test is patience.
Bronin stays. Stands like he's ready to be cordially let into the greenhouse by the owner any minute now.
Lena sighs, fine, wren. Fine and cracks her knuckles. She examines the layout of things with the shriekers.
Take 10 perception is 23
I am going to burn out this annoying fungus. Anyone who objects speak now or forever enjoy fried mushroom. Everyone else, get clear. This is my first and only warning. Bron this means you. You have done well, but unless you want to get well done, get out of the way. she announces loudly.
She waits a round for any response.
You line up, starting to get very nervous about what's going on. There's a good reason for that. The shriekers finally die out, giving your poor ears a break. However, behind you, you see the foliage begin to move while the bat falls out from the window, transforming into pale half-elven woman in green. She snarls, showing her pointed teeth.
"Merrick!" shouts Quinley. "We need to talk about the Undergr--"
"So sorry Quinley, what the master orders, the master orders. These killings have him on edge, and anyone who is not a vampire that attempts access to the underground must die"
"I'm a dhampir!"
"Not a vampire though, are you darling?"
She snarls and lunges for the group! Quinley groans loudly. "We're trying to stop the killings, damn your eyes!" As she moves in, the source of the rustling in the foliage is revealed as an ENORMOUS venus flytrap rises to its full height from the undergrowth!
Lena takes a step.
let's start a bonfire!
And casts an empowered fireball at the Venus flytrap

”What’s all this about axes?” Wren asks, trying to split her attention between the plant and vampire. ”W’Jack, would you just draw your sword and help chop something instead of arguing?”
The unbelievable, searing heat of the fireball singes some eyebrows as the northwestern portion of the greenhouse explodes into flame, annihliating all of the plantlife save the flytrap which is badly scorched. Merrick lets out a shriek of pure rage.
"YOU MISERABLE LITTLE VERMIN I'LL RIP YOUR THROAT OUT!"
Quinley groans loudly as Elena blasts the flytrap with more fire but his growl turns into a scream as the flytrap bites down on both him ad Bronin, grabbing them both!

Whiskeyjack charged the newly revealed vampire, Raven's Head in hand. Circling around through Lena, he tried to pincer the woman between himself and adder, then delivered a devastating uppercut with his new hammer, feeling Angradd's wrath pouring through him, through the hammer, and into his foe.

I'll be out of the country most of tomorrow, and I won't be able to post while gone. I might be able to make a post tomorrow evening. If that doesn't happen I'll post again on Tuesday.
Well, it went well. I got a little confused by the numbers of enemies. Burlee killed one, norna killed one, genesis killed one and heto killed two. Thats five. Weren't there only four? I may have miss counted. But how often do I get to use the term"crazed invertebrate"?
burlee's fighting technique made me laugh out loud. "I shal call ya sheron"
you killed the one in the hall with the flaming bolt.
Norna shot the one flanking Heto with a crossbow bolt
Genesis being DMPC killed one near the casket
Burlee dodged two attacks of opportunity and smashed one.
Heto saved you from being attacked again by punching the last centipede in the stomach
Burlee is ridiculous both in game and in real life. lol
Most of Eldon's stories won't make any sense, though perhaps he'll tell an occasional good story. He thinks all he says is wondrous though, so his ego will always recover.
Burlee was awesome, like always! But now he needs a bath again...
Dear Lord, thank you all for the compliments. I love my Burlee character, and I want to do him justice, and that you all enjoy him so much, it makes me very, very happy.
Now, after I fixed my little mishap, the fighting went rather smoothly even as a pincer attack, the hardest (for me anyway) to mitigate. It was a very good intro, especially for someone like me, who is new to the Pathfinder scene.
And Eldon, you can clean the Burlee, but he'll roll around in the mud when you're not looking to prove a point. Burlee is as Burlee does.
I got thrown off once not understanding that we were still waiting for people to post and moved onto the next round. But that was all me posting when tired, and besides DM Pizzmic knew to just hold onto it and manage all our weird posting schedules well.
Sorry again, I was offered a job interview out of town and I scrambled to go. Considering I only have a desktop i wasn't able to post. But with that over I think I am in the clear. I apologize for all the inconvenience.
Discuss how the party wants to divide the loot and then add you name with the items being carried by your character in the tab. Don't modify the current information just write your name followed by the items you will be carrying.
@Norna
1. You can stay and look through Professor Lorrimor's study. you can make a check with a +2 circumstance bonus with 8 hrs of research.
2. The Temple of Pharasma might be a source of useful information. Petros also though they might have a list of who all died in the fire that happened 50 years ago.
3. You could investigate the Harrowstone, it is only down the road....
4. In Petros' Journal a false crypt is mentioned in the Restlands at the intersection between Eversleep and the Black Path, he believed it to have tools needed to combat "the spirits here in Ravengro".
5. you could abandon your post, leaving kendra behind and head directly for Lepidstadt to go get dat money.
6. You can also try to improve the town's view towards the party. Describe what you plan to do and i'll make "inneractions" that will give you the chance to earn or lose trust.
*New Things that seemed "important" as of today's adventure in town*
7. The Harrowstone Memorial mentioned by Gharien Muricar
8. The five high profile prisoners mentioned in the letter to Count Lorres
9. The posting poles had no work but there was a missing poster for a Black and White cat named FeFe who is owned by Jominda Fallenbridge
Time to hit the books people. Lets research the prison first. This is only guessing, but with the hints about the five prisoners and also the reseach possibilities, we should get about it. We are at the church, so ask about the records here.
Hey sorry for the lull everyone as a rule my Thursdays are usually pretty shot so ill post in the during the daytime hours and probably won't have another chance to respond or update the thread until some point on Friday.

Flash forward -
Our heroes - all 20th level - stand at the final challenge to the saga that began so many years ago with that simple, sad beckoning. The beyond-ancient Dracolich-Queen Carnethix lies as so much dust under their feet; a portal to the what may be the very maw of Rovagug lies before them... Suddenly, an ineffable shape stirs in the dark immensity while behind you comes a small, determined voice, "FeFe?! Is that you?!"

Hopefully, at least, it doesn't end with the expected fate of beloved pets that disappear in horror stories/movies.
He welcomes all of Ms. Lorrimor's guests to follow him to the Harrowstone Memorial in a strong tone, even the most clueless dwarf would understand he has little choice.
I forgot that Burlee was moving this past week. He will prob be able to post in the next couple days but i'll take over for now just so the game doesn't die down.
I am not sure if heto killed that bug on him otherwise i dont remember if moving 15 feet still allows for an attack. or is it like 1/4 of your movement speed?

You can move up to your regular speed as a move action (in your case, 20') and then make an attack as a standard action, or you can, under some circumstances, move up twice your speed and make a Charge attack action.

Is that what you meant?
Yup thanks on the clarification. Considering my first choice was to help Norna since shes the cleric x3 i didnt know if i'd be able to move there.
Genesis you can easily move to help fend off the stirge on either Norna of Heto. Its your choice and you still will have a chance to attack with a single attack.
