No, Drakra means finding some place save and hiding as long as it takes from someone to come and rescue him. Unfortunately, it seems the real heroes have other people to rescue, so Drakra will eventually agree to continue this dangerous expedition.

It's good, just busy. I was just made PM for a major project here, and it's pretty busy and chaotic trying to get everything balanced. So, want to ask an opinion of the group. I like the way that 5e handles magic item identifying, with the atunement idea. While I'm not going to adopt the atunement per se, I do like the idea that if someone studies a magic item during a time of rest, they become familiar enough with the item (provided it's one they can use) that the learn the properties. I will also say this though. If an item is cursed, or intelligent and would start a clash of wills, that period would be enough to have that happen. Someone with Kn Arcana knows enough, from study in their past, to recognize an item by markings, runes, etc, that they don't have to stay as close to the item that any baneful effects would take place. An Identify spell will give complete knowledge of an item and also not trigger any baneful side effects.

As an example, this would allow Godwin, if he were to take time during a rest to "get to know" the Ranseur. By practicing with it, feeling the differences between this one and others he's used, etc. It would also allow him, through trial and error, to figure out any other properties it has.

This would differ from the "use magic item" skill, in that it will NOT allow someone to determine stats/abilities of a magic item that they can't use. ie. A fighter, no matter how much time he spends with a wand, would not be able to figure out what it does, unless he spent points in "use magic item" (unless it were cursed. Which would make them good magical mine detectors I guess. Might not work out so well for the party though. ;) )

I'd like to add that as a house rule, if everyone agrees.

Leveled. Lev 3 is an interesting one for warpriests. No class changes but a Bonus Feat plus the Normal Feat, a +1 reflex save and the HP and skill (lol) bump of course.

Threw the (2) skill points into Intimidate to round out Godwin's social side. Picked up the necessary Power Attack but also Additional Traits because Fate's Favored is really powerful for warpriests and Purity of Faith is thematic in any case.
