Well today is decision day, good luck everyone.

As this was my first recruitment I have to say I am thrilled with the amount of applicants that I received. So thrilled in fact that I had to break my one goal, create a small group.

If you were not selected please know that I did labor over the process, if fact my wife was ready to kill me this weekend. Also keep in mind that, if this goes well, I will start a second group at some point soon.
