It's a beautiful, sunny day in Ponyville. You've come to the marketplace to shop for groceries and hang out with your friends. The market square is bustling with ponies of all shapes and sizes--it looks like the sun has brought out the whole of Ponyville! You've finished your shopping and your saddlebags are loaded with food and treats.

Lilac looks over the snacks, choosing some juicy looking apples.
Verdant rushed passed the nut stand before the smell got her sinuses going. Unfortunately, it didn't work. After about a minute, she managed to get her violent sneezing fit under control.
Happy to have a day to spend out in the sun, she wanders through the various stalls and picks out an apple, and a couple of carrots to put in her bag.
"Hey, LQ!" Lilac exclaims, seeing her friend at the same stall. "Seems we had the same idea, huh?"
She looks a little surprised at first but gives her a big smile when she sees Lilac, "Oh hey! Yeah...these look delicious. I just couldn't pass up the chance to get some. I like the carrots too though, they make great cupcakes!!" She says, her enjoyment of sweet treats obvious by her slightly chunky girth.

After getting her sneezing under control, she made her way to the vegetable stand. Verdant LOVED lettuce, and she was all out at home. But there was one thing she did love more, and that was cinnamon candy. Unfortunately, she caught the scent of it on the wind. So she followed her nose.
Following her nose she comes across a stand with the most scrumptious smelling and looking treats. There were a variety of cookies, cupcakes, and home made candies like lemon drops, butterscotch drops, and the cinnamon disks. They also had a vat of fresh apple cinnamon cider brewing, the smell of the fresh cinnamon sticks almost intoxicating to Verdant Leaf.
The Pegasus let out a small squee as she saw all the cinnamon goodness. Suddenly, she just couldn't think straight, Verdant wanted all the good stuff. Closing her eyes and taking a couple calming breaths, she talked to the vendor, "I'll have some of that cider and a bag of cinnamon sticks please."
A grandmare type nods her head and gets her a steaming cup of the cider before bagging up a few of the cinnamon sticks for her, "That'll be one bit deary."
The Pony put a Bit on the counter.
Putting the bag of goodies in her saddlebag, Verdant blew on the steaming cup to cool it a little. Afterward, she began sipping. Oh, soooooooooooo good she said in her mind.
The vendor takes the bit and smiles as she puts it in a box, happy that another pony is enjoying their time out at the market. It really was a lovely day.
"Anything else you're looking for, LQ?" Lilac asks, looking around and adjusting her glasses. "I think I see Verdant."
She kind of giggles as she sees Verdant sipping her usual favorite drink by one of the stalls, "Yep, that's her alright. I have enough good treats, though I wouldn't mind getting some tasty ones." She says, her eyes roaming over to the cupcakes.
"Well, let's go say hi," Lilac suggests.
Taking her eyes off of the cupcakes for a moment she nods, "Okay, let's see how she's doing on this ponyriffic day!" She says enthusiastically.
Finishing her drink, Verdant put the cup down so the vendor can wash and reuse it.
Turning about, she spotted Lilac and Lollipop. Never one to be unfriendly, she trotted over.
"Hey you two, how are you this bright sunny day?"
She smiles, "We were just about to come ask you the same thing. I'm just swell thanks. We were just getting some snacks in the market and Lilac here saw you...and here we are. Plus...I couldn't help but notice the delicious treats that are out today." Her head automatically turns towards the stand with the sweets.
"I'm just sticking with apples today," Lilac says, waving at Verdant.
"Well, there are some good ones I've already bought," Her eyes went wide as she realized something, "Oh, I need lettuce. I'll be right back."
With that, she trotted to the vegetable stand.
She laughs and shakes her head before going to the stall and selecting an apple spice cupcake with vanilla icing. Cupcakes were one of her most favorite treats. She didn't mind making them at home, but that usually involved work and she liked eating them more than making them. Taking the cupcake and a cup of cider she hands over a bit and drinks her cider before setting the empty cup on the counter. She takes more time with the cupcake, fully enjoying the sweetness of the frosting that goes well with the spiciness of the apples and cinnamon in the cupcake. Turning to Lilac she wipes her mouth, "Mmmm...delicious. So Lilac, have any other plans for today?"
There is a young couple manning the vegetable stand. Seeing Verdant approach the male looks up, "Can I help ya with anything?" He asks while giving her a bright smile.
"Two heads of lettuce please. Actually, make it three."
The female looks up in surprise, "Three? Are you sure? They're two bits apiece."
Putting the bits on the table, Verdant scoops the heads into her bag then begins cantering back to her friends.
Smiling she nods and takes the six bits and puts them in their box.
Cylver moseys around the market lazily in search of fresh bananas and anything else that catches the eye.
There are several various stalls and stands scattered around with all different varieties of fruits and vegetables, some stands carry various pies and other home made goodies. You can find just about anything you could want on this beautiful sunny day.
"Hi ho, Cylver!" Lilac calls out to the unicorn.
"Oh. Hello Lilac, how are you?" Cylver asks walking over to join the Pegasus.
"I'm good, just enjoying this nice day," Lilac replies.
Cylver nods in agreement. "Hum. Hum. It's so nice having nothing to do." Cylver says with a content sigh.
Verdant, after some meandering, finally met back up with the others. "Oh hi! How are you Cylver?"
"I'm great Verdant, how about you?" Cylver asks.
She wanders over to where everyone is gathered, "Good morning everypony! Did all of you find some yummy treats?"
Lilac nods. "Sure did."
After everypony has bought their snacks, they're all drawn to a great crowd near the fountain, where everypony is applauding a street performer-a young Unicorn showing off his magic tricks to everypony's delight. You're busy watching the Unicorn conjure apples from thin air, pull colorful flowers from his top hat, and create glittering rainbows above his head. So you're not looking at your shopping bags. Lilac Cloud feels her bag getting heavier and heaver!
Looking inside her bag, she sees an adorably cute, white fluffy bunny rabbit with great big black eyes. Somehow it's managed to creep into your bag, and is busy munching away at your apples.
What are you going to do?
Lilac picks up the bunny and takes it out of her bag. "Well, hello there! Did you get lost?"
As soon as Lilac tries to take the bunny out of her sack and away from the yummy apples it was munching on it growls fiercely and stares at her angrily while holding tightly to an apple and chattering away angrily at her.
"Easy now," Lilac says. "I'm sorry but those are my apples. I would have shared if you had asked."
The bunny narrows it's eyes at Lilac and proceeds to take bites out of the apple.

"That's just mean, Mr. Bunny," Lilac says.
LQ steps over and looks at the bunny, "I know those apples are tasty, but it's not nice to take something that isn't yours, and it's not nice to growl at a pony either." Reaching into her bag she pulls out a carrot and holds it out to the bunny, "You can have this yummy carrot if you can be a nice bunny."
She looks at Lilac, "Maybe he's just hungry? Animals can be difficult to deal with if they're hurt or hungry."
The bunny looks from Lilac to LQ and seems to be thinking for a moment before relaxing slightly and holding out the bitten apple to Lilac. Twisting it reaches out for the carrot while giving LQ big eyes.
LQ smiles, "Okay Mr. Bunny....I'm giving you this carrot, but you have to be nice. No more growling or taking things that don't belong to you." She then hands him the carrot which the bunny happily chews on.
"Thanks, LQ," Lilac says, taking the half-eaten apple back from the bunny.
