Basically an invisible sentry of some kind, now flying off to warn its master. The interior of this tall, hollow tower is silent and menacing. A full forty feet overhead, an opening at the tower’s peak lets in light, as do the arrow slits set into the walls, yet nothing seems capable of dispelling the gloom of ancient evil that looms here. A shallow pool of stagnant water from past rains has formed in the center of a floor that is largely empty of furnishings. Near the far wall slumps a wide bed swathed in rotten and moldy bedclothes. The bed hangs a few feet off the floor, supported at its corners by chains hanging from a series of iron support beams above. To the side, a large gilt throne stands upon a short dais before a series of manacles inset into the floor. A nearby fire grate, long cold, holds a collection of branding irons and other torturer’s tools. A series of alcoves climbs the walls of this tower in an ascending spiral. Within each stands a statuette, art object, or polished skull.
This was once a magnificent, if spartan, bedchamber. But now its only occupant is a large, fiendish woman with wings, horns, and glowing eyes. She sits moodily next to the throne (it's too small to sit in comfortably). She idly tosses a couple of coins in her hand.

Tronar recognizes an Ashmede Devil, also known as a Judgment Devil. High enough roll that I will just link the statblock. This is an individual one, so not quite identical, but you can know all the traits a normal one would have.
No takers on botting Shaeda, so I'll take it. Assuming Tronar calls out what he just learned, Shaeda will know enough to do this.
Shaeda will cast Align Weapon on Searok's warhammer, allowing him to pound through the devil's DR, then step forward (staying out of the fear aura) to Bodyguard.
