Order of actions with Shirt, Quick Runner’s

Rules Questions

Hi all.
Need help in understanding items activaion...

Shirt, Quick Runner’s
Once per day as a swift action, the wearer can take an additional move action to move and then immediately end his turn, losing any unspent actions.

So, I understand this item can use in 2 variants:
1) Make full-round action (full attack),then swift action (activate shirt), then move action (only move) and then end turn.
2) Swift action (activate shirt), then move action (only move) and then end turn.
In that case (when activate shirt is FIRST action on PC turn)PC can't make another action (like full attack), cause
- the wearer can take an additional move action to move and then immediately END HIS TURN, losing ANY unspent actions.
- full-round action can’t be coupled with a standard or a move action.

How your understand this shirt-for-cheaters?

Originally, this item did not have the 'immediately end his turn' and 'must wear for 24 hours before using' clauses and it was a bit 'abusive' for martial characters (Allowing a move+full attack once per day, cheap enough that you could get a bunch of them and swap them out between fights, and not really competing with anything else in the 'chest' slot). As such, they added the current restrictions.

Now, it is a much more limited item (which is fair, considering how cheap it is). Potential uses include:

  • Moving 3 times in a round to cover a lot of ground fast.
  • Duplicating the Spring Attack feat (move to target, attack, bonus move away)
  • Moving away after your full attack failed to down your foe, keeping him from full attacking you.
  • Moving to a different target after your full attack does down a foe.
  • Repositioning after your full attack to get a flanking bonus for next round.
  • Moving to deliberately provoke an Attack of Opportunity so one of your allies can maneuver freely this round.
  • Allowing an Archer character to full attack and then move away to a safer distance.
