i know that the enlage spell takes 1 round to cook off, and it fully goes into effect at the start of Zeldana's next turn, but Meh

"seeing"More like sensing the growth of what is Yeda enlarge before it, the bat swoops in towards Yeda, shrieking loudly. It swoops low and attacks yeda, hovering just above Zeldana.

The bat, flapping it's wings at Yeda, suddenly stiffens as the dagger digs into it's exposed chest, while underneath the card flung from Zeldana's hand connects with it's groin, sending tendrils of ice throughout it's body. It opens it's mouth to shriek again, but only a heavy gasp escapes it's mouth. It flaps once more, and then grows limp, falling to the ground below.

Loxley winced as Zeldana dove out of the way of the falling creature. By the time she had drawn a second arrow and tried to line up a shot the others had knock it out of the air. She slid her arrow back into its quiver as she approached the felled creature. Giving it a cursory glance as Sazzat mentioned the creature’s previously unseen victim. ”Right.”
She quickly hurried after Yeda and Zeldana. Rounding the bend Loxley moved to approach the victim. ”Are you injured?” She asked, echoing Yeda’s question. She tries to look the victim over as she nears them.

profession trapper check:

yes. The leather of the wings is in decent shape, just a simple tear at the far tip of the wing. there is some severe freezer burn at the groin of the beast, causing severe damage to the tissue and the short right leg of the bat. For a quick GP, you can salvage the wings and the fur upon the shoulders and surrounds the neck, covering the top of its chest and extending down below it's shoulder blades upon it's back. Given the size of this creature, you'll need at least 7lbs of salt to properly preserve the fur and leather wings until you get back from this adventure. and you know it isnt cold enough yet to remove the hide and allow the hide to freeze. although, you are in an area with makeshift tombs...

As much as he wanted to begin the process of skinning and salvaging what he could from the giant bat, saving a life was more important. He hurried over and slipped out a big fat strawberry, the magics contained within sure to help the man... if he could be helped of course. He slipped the berry into her mouth and helped him chew, then started to massage his throat so he could swallow the healing goodberry down.

Loxley knelt beside the man, taking the space Yeda moved from. She looked for the source of the injuries as Corrin slipped the magic infused berry into the man’s mouth. If the man was going to survive the Druid’s magic was going to be vital. If she needed she could burn some of her own magic to heal him, but she didn’t want to if she didn’t need to.

you didnt roll high enough to be able to instantly diagnose the gentleman.

im going to say that the administration of the goodberry to the unconscious guy will require a heal check, as it can be considered rendering first aid upon a person.

Corrin manipulates the mans mouth and then his throat, allowing the goodberry and its magical healing to activate; the effect suffusing the humans body. The bleeding upon the mans body stops, and his palor that was pale, lessens. Yet the man still remains unconscious, breathing shallowly.

Noticing the torn leather of his legging Loxley pulls her knife and moves down to the leg. She cuts the pants leg open and checked the wound. She gave quick glance around for the man’s pack if he had one, if not she shrugs off her own. Digging around she tries to locate something to use as a bandage. Bandage in hand, she grabs her waterskin to clean and cover the wound. Believing that even with Corrin’s berry magic she wouldn’t want to risk it getting infected before the man could get somewhere safe to rest and fully recover.

Didn’t think the last roll was very useful. :p Can I take 10 to actually attempt cleaning and bandaging or do you want me to make a new roll?

sorry again for the delay. my ISP has had some really bad luck with keeping the internet up this last week. From power outages to bad software on the switches, they couldnt keep a stable connection for anything. hopefully it's working consistently now...

interesting option. Dewdrop has the trick work, so he can pull the injured man without issue. But the hangup is finding Ameiko on his own. the closest trick for this is Seek, which The animal moves into an area and looks around for anything that is obviously alive or animate. Dewdrop doesnt have this trick, but i'll say that you can make a handle animal check to be able to pull this off. Dewdrop wont have learned the trick, but for a limited capacity can perform the feat. Make a roll and we'll see if youre successful at it.

He opened his mouth to answer and took a moment as he tilted his head to think. Dewdrop could find the town of that he was sure, but he wasnt sure that the elk could find them. And he would probably try. He took a look at the man again, trying to ascertain 'who' he was. A farmer? a trader lost from a caravan? A townsman foolishly wandering out in the wilds?

"We can tie him atop Dewdrop on continue on, he's bound to wake up. Maybe he can be helpful. I can send Dewdrop back to town, but I dont think he could find us again. And he loves squashing goblins.It wouldnt be fair for him to miss out."

He said as he moved to recover the spear he threw earlier.

The green haired elf with the strange mask hiding his features went to work getting the man atop his friend and tying him down in such a way that he hopefully wouldnt fall off. It seemed the spent as much of his time trying to calm the large elk down as he did tying, but when he was done it was clear he felt like he did a good job.

you spend the next 30 minutes searching the area for neccessary wood branches and a couple logs to fabricate a litter for the unconscious man to lay upon, and then spend another 2 hours transporting him carefully upon the road back to Sandpoint. The guards at the town gates sees you and your bundle, and quickly respond, offering aide to help the man.

unless someone says otherwise...

After seeing to his needs, you turn around and are able to make up the lost time, and are able to reach the same point where you encountered the bat and his human victim upon the road.
