The explosion tears apart the skywalk, shatters the windows in the restaurant the constables are at, and is loud enough to be heard anywhere in the city.
The train derails, and a great black smoke cloud billows into the sky.

To the others: "Right. We wish to question this man. Make him come with us. We're RHC damn it! As for the train and the injured, our focus is security, so let's make sure the Realm is not at further threat. This means focus on the other s@+$ that is about to hit the fan."
Finally, he picks the Dwarf up from the floor, where Iva tackled him: "Any idea why someone would want to spread you flat across the pavement?! Be quick about it!"

He eyes the tall woman running toward them but, other than marking her in his mind and keeping an eye on her, does nothing yet. He turns his attention to the dwarf for now.
"Sir, there was an explosion, which you are calmly walking away from. Don't you see you look guilty? Just a few questions, ask them honestly and you can be on your way."
He takes Falko aside and whispers, "He's a member of an obscure radical sect from Drakr."
Returning to the dwarf, he says politely but firmly, "What brings you down here today?"

Cretien would assume that unless the shots came straight down, the bad guys aren't in that building and probably take immediate cover there before proceeding to the Flint Tribune, unless it is faster to just go to the Flint Tribune. Life is crazy this week so I might need to be botted, so the above is my plan if so. He will draw his shield on the move to increase his AC
