Ethan takes a step back to stand beside Fofin (5' step). He calmly unshoulders his longbow, pulls an arrow from his quiver and nocks it. He focuses on the little greenish creature only a few paces away.

Gorhan places a hand on his companion Boo and it lights up momentarily with an outline or armor that quickly fades away. The hamster looking creature charges at one of the goblins to take a bite, but the goblin dodges out of the way. Runk, not ready for a fight draws his weapon to deal with the goblins and steps around to get a better view. Ethan does the same, trying to get a better view of what is happening in the scattering crowd he prepares his longbow for an open shot. Fofin readies himself as well.
With the crowd mainly dispersed, running to safety, the streets are much more open. You hear the sounds of battles in other parts of the town but are mainly focused on the threat at hand.

Ignoring the pain in his leg, Blake draws his scimitar and focuses letting the arcane energies contained in his will flow down his arm and into the blade. With a shout he drops the blade on the head of the goblin directly in front of him.

Blake slices into the goblin from shoulder to mid chest. He pulls out the blade as the goblin drops to the floor bleeding out into the square.
The other goblins attack, one on Fofin and the other on Ethan.

"You sodding, mealy-mouthed lil' wretch! I'll have yer gods-damned head for tha'!" the dwarf shouts after recovering from the jab. Taking the time to make sure the cut was not too serious he stares down the goblin with great intensity, hefting his great pick for use.

Runk |

The halflings natural alertness gives him a glimpse of the goblins just before chaos descends on the gathering. With practiced ease his daggers come to hand as he surveys the scene.
"Well that's one way to separate out the wolves from the sheep." He thinks as he notes the few crowd members who stand their ground.
Aware of the gnomes confusion he simply says, "Goblins." and then begins to move towards the killing.

Gorhan pulls his falchion and looks for any other signs of trouble.

"Gods! This is brazen!"
He steps forward, looking for a better angle. He waits for Ethan to back up from the goblin attacking him, and then points his finger at it, unleashing a fiery ray.

Gorhan pulls out his weapon and surveys the the town. Aside from the scattering villagers and the sound of battles through other parts of the town you don't see any other immediate threats.
Boo steps over and savagely mauls the goblin, chunks of it's flesh in it's claws and teeth. Runk moves up just in time for the goblin to drop to the floor. Ethan bounds back from the attack of the goblin and losses an arrow. It misses the goblin and sticks into the side of the wagon. Zizouket unleashes a fiery ray that strikes the goblin singeing him badly and causing him to fall to the floor. Fofin draws his pick but finds no more enemies directly visible.
With the crowd mainly hidden away the sounds of battle still ring throughout the town, although with less strength than before. You hear the noticeable sound of something thing or maybe some things coming from the NE near the newly built cathedral.

After seeing the majority of the goblins either cut down or immolated, the dwarf stomps in frustration, "What in the blasted hell?! Y'took my kill!" he shouts at the hulking gerbil nearby.
Steaming and more than a bit irritated, the dwarf turns to hear the herald of battle close to the newly christened structure. Another keen grin shines beneath bristles of tangle, wild facial hair and the dwarf revels in the thought of continuing the fight.

"By the sound of it, there are still plenty of goblins to kill....that way."
Ethan points to the northeast, toward the cathedral.

Zizouket |

Filthy beasts need to be reminded of their place!
Zizouket, emboldened by his success striking down one of the little monsters moves toward the sounds of more. He takes cover behind a chopping block, and peers around it looking for the new enemies.

Seeing the gnome rushing to help the people of Sandpoint, Ethan follows (double move) As he catches up to the gnome, he says, "do you see any more of the beasts?"
He turns back to the dwarf. "Are you coming Fofin?"

Fofin Sternforge |

"Pah! D'ya have t'ask, boy?!" the dwarf exclaims as he bounds forward, heavy pick seized in both hands and thirsting for goblin blood.
Stopping just in front of the stage, a few paces ahead of the halfling, Fofin narrows his eyes to survey the area. Dirty gobs, pop on out an' see what comes of it!

Blake strikes out at the lead goblin dropping him in one swing. The other two move up to strike at Blake while the one in the rear pulls back an arrow on his bow to shot instead.

Zizouket casts a spell, "hunkigarriak ukitu," and then rushes up next to his injured friend, taking cover behind the wagon. He reaches out and tries to touch the knife-wielding goblin still threatening Blake.

Ethan moves up quickly behind Blake and Zizouket.
"Nothing to fear, my friend. Erastil sees your valor this day, and will sustain you in the fight."
He feels divine energy fill him, and as he places his hand on the young warrior's shoulder, it flows through his arm, to his hand, and out of his fingertips, washing away Blake's pain, and closing the young man's wounds.
Converting magic weapon spell to a cure light wounds, which heals 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10 hit points of damage.

Fofin Sternforge |

Fofin huffs and curses as he bustles toward the action nearby. Wincing as he sees the goblins assail the magus at the forefront, he finally manages to reach the group as the gnome works his magic and Ethan calls the divine.
"Damn these stubby legs'o mine!" he squawks, attempting to push past the sorcerer. "I'm gettin' one o' them rat-breeders this time!"

Blake feels the healers hands on his back, an instant later the pain vanishes and the woulds of his flesh mend. With renewed energy he slashes with his scimitar and steps around his foe to make room for the dwarf huffing and puffing across the plaza.

Zizouket reaches out and zaps the goblin he jolts with electricity and falls to the floor. Ethan manages to heal up Blake with divine light while Fofin moves to try and get into the battle.
Blakes strikes at a goblin, but with the recent trauma misses altogether. The remaining goblin in the rear casts some sort of spell on Boo.

The dwarf rounds the cart, still panting heavily as he arrives beside Runk to confront the group's last standing enemy. Winded and out of breath, the flustered dwarf haggardly breathes out an exasperated curse as he fails to summon the strength to swing his weapon right at that moment.
"Gorum blast y-ye damned... ungh!"
Moved...25 feet. Oh the shortcomings of dwarven height!

Boo starts laughing in some hideous half beastial, half humanoid laugh. Uncontrollably he drops to the ground and can't do anything but laugh. Runk moves into attack but is unable to strike one of the slippery goblins. Zizouket tries to tag a goblin with her fiery hand but has no luck before the spell fizzles from her hand. Ethan lets loose a shot that flies wide and misses it's intended target while Fofin struggles to get into the fight.
