All your comments make sense, Orik. I think recruitment of a tank is probably what makes sense. I'm sorry for being the voice of concern here, but I've never seen a party work in an AP without having a least one melee heavy hitter. Also, even though they say the APs are designed for four PCs, in the AP that I ran to completion in my home game we had 5 PCs and it did not seem too many for the challenges presented -- although I acknowledge Ogon may have been TOO maximized for this particular campaign!

Feeling frustrated because Paizo deleted my changes to my profile even though I had been saving. Weird!

Cat's Grace is very useful for your dex based combat!

I already added 2 to acrobatics, 1 to intimidate, and 1 to something else that I forget. The sheet should be updated, but I can switch that to all religion if you think that’d be better.

Remember that Dez is a knowledge monster. Right now he has +8 on religion and gets a free +1d6 on every roll. I'm going to try to get all (?) the knowledges so he gets +1d6 on all the rolls. But always good to have folks with some knowledge to aid him.

Missed this one. I cannot select Rays in HeroLab, only physical weapons that I have - the sling or the dagger. Which makes sense, imo.

Yeah, I used Weapon Focus instead, as I couldn't do it either. Kind of annoying that one cannot do it in HL. I could give you an untyped Weapon Damage and Attack bonus.

Thinking of switching out my ranger archetype for transporter. Might be good to switch out so we can make a secret hidey-hole in the woods. We'd be able to stay away from bad guys while traveling in the wild.

I am not certain how running an AP vs running a more open ended game will help the hidey-hole business (i.e. you'll either have encounters at night because the AP says so, or you probably just won't), but giving people favored bonuses while on a route--and you're always on some sort of route in the AP--is kind of nice. There's no mechanical explanation to what a smuggler's route is; it isn't direct. If you gotta be direct or exposed I may rule that's a time you can't get the bonus, to be fair. Interesting archetype.

Oops! I took the liberty of googling Falayna when Dez rolled well and it appears where I got the information was just some fan fiction and not official Paizo backstory. Same as Orik, I think its best for the GM to roll initiative, speeds things up considerably. Also, Yrja would like to avoid fighting and rely on their new jadwiga friend to solve the situation.

Kseniya could spellcraft Orik's spell...if she had a point in spellcraft!

She's gonna assume that cause it's gold and shiny and hurts baddies that it must be a good thing, especially since she's probably not seen it cast before.

She probably won't end up with any points in spellcraft tbh. I rather like the idea of sorcerers having more "intuitive" understandings of magic. My main sorc has no points of knowledge (arcana) or spellcraft and has her own names for all her spells. Idk if I'll go that route yet, but I might
