Eadie and Lore have seen Grimdoc eat and the wiggling legs of a spider creature are no comparison of disgusting behavior, easily resisting the urge to vomit. Jonterra has stone guts as well.
Unfortunately, Khamul, not so much and hurls his lunch.
Corbalias is burned a bit more by the acid acid: 1d6 ⇒ 3 but escapes the water and finally clambers atop a rock.
Khamul points at the crazed man and hurls a spell of blindness. The man is struck blind in the process and flails momentarily.

Lore, you are still burning from acid for another round. I am not sure if that requires a concentration check.
Also, you think he dispelled the blindness-barely. Unless I missed something.
Arovandeon turns green as he prepares a cocktail.

Eadie takes 1pt of acid damage and is entangled
An entangled creature can escape with a successful Escape Artist check or burst the web with a Strength check.
Both are standard actions with a DC19. Attempts to burst a web by those caught in it take a –4 penalty.

The character is ensnared.
Being entangled impedes movement, but does not entirely prevent it unless the bonds are anchored to an immobile object or tethered by an opposing force.
An entangled creature moves at half speed, cannot run or charge, and takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls and a –4 penalty to Dexterity.
I assume I am entangled as per this definition in the PRD?
GM Aarvid, how thick are the webs? I assume they are about 5-6’ high – from the water level to the height of the rock. The webs don’t seem to go onto the rock, whose ‘floor’ is 5’ above the water surface.
Does this mean both the monster and the armored man are walking through (not on top of) the webs and BOTH have (-4 to attack) cover?
I've just about had enough of this ...
Eadie flies 15’ at half-speed towards the spider-homunculus and lunges at it with her falchion.

If it’s a PRD homunculus and Eadie’s killed it, I believe that does 2d10 damage to its Master.

I would say 5' high from the surface of the water. The beast is submerged in the water while the man is walking through the webbing. The web attack is like a net, which can have a trailing cord. Since it was shooting through other webs, we will say there is no trailing cord, and Eadie is a self-contained blob of green goo as you surmised.
Eadie flies over the web and man to reach the spidery-bat creature, hacking
it into parts with her falchion. The man grimaces at the pain and loss.

I'm sensing the fact that he's probably already cast two spells that any Skull and Shackles cleric-player or DM should be VERY familiar with... It's amazing how much FoM can do simply as legacy text. Plus that 10 min/level, whoof.
I'd think "Continuous Damage" from this page would cover it. 10+damage*0.5+spell level, for shorthand. Don't forget the Order of Operations!

Khamul fires a ray of fire at the priest but only manages to scorch a bit of webbing.
"Nice try! But you will have to do better than that. Now who have we here? Another volunteer ready for sacrifice. You will do nicely I think."

@Corb, you said you moved last round, but I don’t think you’ve moved yourself on the map. The reason I ask is I believe a single move action (from last round) + enlarged would allow us to flank the spider-thing.
I am going to assume that’s the case. If I’m wrong, please adjust, GM Aarvid.
@GM Aarvid, I’ve just drawn a little 3D sketch of Eadie’s position in relation to the spider-thing and I believe she can attack it from this position with Lunge.
Eadie delays until after Corb ensuring he gets a flank with her before making a single lunging attack at the spider-thing. She then flies S + SE at half-speed.

In interest of keeping things moving, I will move Corb forward onto the rocks, Eadie can attack from her position as indicated.

I think that's right.
An evil war priest (or one who worships an evil deity) can use this ability instead to deal damage to living creatures with a melee touch attack and heal undead creatures with a touch. This counts as negative energy.
A neutral war priest who worships a neutral deity (or one who is not devoted to a particular deity) uses this ability as a good war priest if he chose to spontaneously cast cure spells or as an evil warpriest if he chose to spontaneously cast inflict spells.
