I would love to, except it is a 2/3 feat tree -- Skill Focus(conjugation) --> Augment Summoning --> Superior Summoning. I plan on taking this set, unfortunately Augment Summoning is impossible at level 1 or 2 unless you get it for free (Master Summoner Archetype), or play a human or half-elf with an extra level 1 racial feat.

Le pant...le huff...
I am not sure what any spells could help unless you have anything to make me faster or lighter for a mount, maybe something to remove my armor? I have a potion of enlarge but I don't think that will help, maybe cause the boulder to slow a bit more when it rolls over me.

I was thinking Grease + Levitate and just let you slide along the front of the boulder. Both spells have rather short range though.
Hey Bref, check out Edmin's new Lord of Darkness ability - Skate on Boulder.
Also, should this passage end, Boulder + Edmin + Stone Wall = squishy sandwich.
Edmin Al'Roth
Don't forget that if the passage ends, you will be there before I am. We all squish together! Seriously someone watch the boulder when it hits the water, maybe it skips or the dip is a way to get underneath it with out getting crushed.
Judge Tohram Quasangi
The water should slow it down substantially as it will have to push the majority of the water which does not compress well. Even more with the second longer water pit.
Bref
being behind it might be a bad idea. we might be stuck behind it
Bref keeps on trucking! And he moves around the turn.

Okay, so end of Round 6
Grumblejack - Running with the Judge. He passed the draugr at 450, was slowed down a bit by the water, and is now at 525.
Bref - jumped over the second water, has paused just before the hairpin turn. You're at 580.
Dren - You didn't pause, so you've just flown past Bref. You're at 590.
Jax - belly-flopped, prone in the pool at 550
Zimu - same as Bref. You´re at 580.
Edmin - flat-out run. You´re at 480, furthest behind. You passed the second draugr (the Judge ate its AoO) and are coming up on the water.
Judge - carried by Grumblejack to 525.
The boulder was at 390, moving at 90'. It speeds up by 10' each round, so that's 100'. However, the pony slowed it down by 10', and then it runs over the draugr at 400 --
CRUNCH
-- which slows it by another 5'. (The draugr are medium, but they're little more than skeletons.) And then it runs over the draugr at 450 as well --
CRUNCH
-- so its total move is 80'. That brings it to 470. It's still 10' behind Sir Edmin -- he hasn't gained any ground, but he hasn't been crushed either. Yet.
We now begin round 7.
Judge Tohram Quasangi
Together we stand, divided we fall. We need to speed up that knight.
After relieving himself of breakfast and having a nice bath, the Judge again attempts to call something to help Edmin.
Summon Monster I - calling another pony.
Suddenly, 30' behind the Judge and right on the far edge of the water, a beautiful white barrel chested pony suddenly appears, were it not for the glowing red eyes and smoke slowing drifting from its ears, you might actually think that the thing was from one of the celestial planes.
As with its last friend, the pony cheerfully charges back up the passage, past Edmin, and into the path of the oncoming boulder.
SQUISH!!!
As he does this, the Judge calls out to Edmin: Get across the water, jump, it is not far.
Concentration: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16

Not this round! You're still nauseated from the draugr hit.

Bren and Dref, as you run around the hairpin turn, you see...
more corridor, stretching ahead. At the 650 mark, there's another portcullis. It looks identical to the first two -- rather flimsy, and with a simple lock.
However, there's one difference: just to one side of the portcullis (on your side of it, closer to the hairpin, and so accessible) there is a cabinet on the wall. The cabinet is made of wood and is shut; it has a lock on it. There is writing on the front of the cabinet. It says:
"POTION OF EXPEDITIOUS RETREAT
and
POISON
-- Sherkov"
Since you both moved more than 60' to get there, you can't do anything else this round except stop at the 650 mark.

Am I nauseated for 1 round or 2? I lost my casting action last round and just spent the round reducing my weight for Grumblejack to drag along. Do I also lose my action this round?
Judge Tohram Quasangi
Hmmm, somehow lost an action in there. I forgot that dismissing Morsum was the first action. I would have probably changed how/where I summoned the pony then. Oh well, too late now.
The Judge continues to show the evil architect his appreciation for his work by leaving a nice trail of vomit the length of the passage.

Dren and Bref can't do anything further, and the Judge is still nauseated. Sir Edmin I assume will continue to run flat out. That leaves Jax and Zimu.
Jax, you need to stand up and run. Standing is a move action, so you can run 30'.
That leaves Zimu, who is at 580. Assuming she doesn't cast, she would run around the hairpin to 650, joining Bref and Dren there. I'll wait a little to confirm that this is what happens, then will resolve Round 7 and we can move to Round 8.
Douglas Muir 406
Grumblejack - Running with the Judge. He runs through the water, making a tremendous splash and losing 20' of movement. He flies around the hairpin. He's now at 625.
Bref - ran around the hairpin, now standing staring at the new portcullis. You're at 650.
Dren - ran around the hairpin, now standing staring at the new portcullis. You're at 650.
Jax - belly-flopped in the pool at 550, then got up and staggered forward. You're at 580, still just on this side of the hairpin.
Zimu - ran around the hairpin, now standing staring at the new portcullis. You're at 645.
Edmin - flat-out run. You jump over the first pool. I assume you choose to wade through the second. That puts you at 550.
Judge - carried by Grumblejack to 625, around the hairpin and 25' away from the new portcullis.
The boulder was at 470, moving at 80'. It accelerates to 90'. However, it then hits the water
SPLASH
and slows back down to 80'. (It slows down 5' for every 5' of water that it passes through.) It then hits the second pool
SPLASH
and begins to slow down further. It slows down another 5' to 75', and will slow another 15' before it departs this pool. So it's now at 545 -- just five feet behind Sir Edmin, pushing a wave of water in front of it as he scrambles out of the pool.
This ends Round 7, unless someone wants to retcon one of the moves above. We begin Round 8.

We are starting Round 8, so the people standing at or near the portcullis (Bref, Dren and Zimu) can act normally. Grumblejack is coming up behind with the Judge -- he's at 625'. So Grumblejack can move and also take a standard action. Jax and Edmin are too far back to do anything but run.
Judge Tohram Quasangi
Unsure of where the boulder is, the Judge finally manages to get his stomach to settle and calls another pony into existence, a very short existence in all likelihood.
I will use the prior post as my action this round since I did not realize I was still nauseated last round.

Should Cуровую cast Mount for Edmin or Detect Magic to determine which vial is which and give the Expeditious Retreat to either Edmin or the Judge, and Grumblejack can carry whomever did not drink it. I think casting the latter would be the better bet but I am open to suggestions.
Bref
kind of in a spot, Bref does not read, so has no idea, unless someone tells him he wont open it. Also it seems like a trap anyhow. We have to take a round to open it, a round to ID it then get back to Edmin who has to stop running to drink it...I think it is an evil DMDM trap
Judge Tohram Quasangi
If/when the Judge gets yanked by the cabinet, the Judge will call out.
Someone get that potion for Edmin. It will speed him up mightily.
I do not know whether Bref will still be there when I get dragged by.

"Okay."Without breaking stride Grumblejack angles his run so that he is charging straight towards the cabinet. As he does so, he swings the Judge around in front of him to take the brunt of the impact.
WHAM! 1d20 ⇒ 20
Nat 20! Sweet!
The wood gives way as Grumblejack slams the Judge's head through the front of the cabinet. The Judge takes 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9 points of damage. Grumblejack pulls the bleeding, gasping Judge back. The door of the cabinet, utterly shattered, falls away in splinters. Inside, you can see two sturdy glass vials gleaming, one red and one blue.
Grumblejack beams. His earlier surliness has completely disappeared; he is obviously in a good mood now, and quite pleased with himself. "Hey, look, they're not broken or nothin'!"
Judge Tohram Quasangi
The Judge gasps spitting up blood.
Well done my friend. But should you use me . . . gasp . . . as a club again, I shall likely perish and I do not think the Cardinal would approve of that.

"Sure, sure. Of course." The ogre smiles broadly. "Hey, we make a pretty good team, huh?"
Judge, that being a nat 20, I'll rule that you got concentration check and pony off. Grumblejack charged, so he's used up his move. Judge, you can still take a free action.
Grabbing ONE potion is a free action -- you can grab one potion and then move 60' as a double move (not running). If one person grabs BOTH potions, then that's a move action -- you can still move 30' or take a standard and a 5'. The Judge could grab a potion. Bren, Dref and Zimu could all grab one or both potions.
Cуровую зиму
Cуровую could grab one, cast Detect Magic and spellcraft, then move 30' correct? I think that could work, if its Expeditious Retreat leave it for Edmin and if its poison give it to Bref or Jax. If that's fine DM I think that's what my actions will be this round, although I keep offering to cast Mount if Edmin would prefer that.
'Bref one of these vials will help Edmin (or anyone) run much faster, and the other one ... will make them not worry about running anymore because it will kill them.'

lol
Bref will move 30 more feet this round, seeing that judge has put his mind into solving the problem.
