I think we've basically fallen into a general formation of Tera scouting up front and Sal bringing up the rear unless there's multiple doors or whatnot along one particular path.
"How about we try going south first?" Sal suggests as she moves to take her usual spot at the rear of the group.

Tera moves forward, her hood and borrowed scarf back in place. She holds her bow with a nocked arrow in one hand as the other runs along the ancient walls.
1-North Door, 2-South Door: 1d2 ⇒ 2
Tera thinks south is as good as any direction and checks the southern door.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11

Tera hears nothing at the southern door and quietly swings it opened. Behind it is a short hallway that ends with another door.
checking the northern door or pressing on southward?

Tera pauses for a moment then turns to the other door to see what lay beyond it.

1d20 - 2 + 5 ⇒ (14) - 2 + 5 = 17
Tera can’t be certain but it sounds like there’s a noise coming through the northern door... the faintest sound of metal rubbing against metal... It’s reminiscent of the muffled sound Orik made when he was waiting in ambush... of course, Orik’s right behind you, so it could be the noise of him echoing off the door...

Stealth: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22
As carefully as she could, Tera tries to stealthily open the door so she could see inside the room.
Salomae Amsel
With her rapier drawn, Sal continues her watch from the rear of the group - though she's ready to move up and assist Tera in her scouting duties if necessary. She really didn't like knowing that there was an unseen foe lurking around somewhere but there wasn't much to be done except to keep pushing forward.
I bet there's some kind of magic that'll make whoever or whatever show itself. When we get back home maybe we can find the words so Tera can learn them, so we'll be ready if it ever happens again.

DM Nate
Tera's sense that the sound was similar to what she heard from Orik's chamber suddenly makes sense when she quietly opens the door into a dark chamber and finds, once again, there is an armored figure on the other side waiting with a raised sword to strike. The sword comes down before the young Banker can really even see into the room but in the flash of light she can make out long white hair (like Nualia's) and a gruesome, red-scaled arm and claw (much like the one drawn by Tsuto).
readied attack (cover): 1d20 + 13 - 4 ⇒ (4) + 13 - 4 = 13, for: 1d10 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16
Glancing off the edge of the door, the bastardsword misses Tera by the narrowest of margins and clangs hard against the floor, leaving a gash in the stone.

Tera Flinders
Tera's face goes paperwhite as she comes close to getting skewered for the second time that day. The door flies open as she scrambles back out of reach as she begins chanting a spell. As she finishes, two golden hawks streak out and slam into her attacker.
Magic Missile: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (2, 2) + 2 = 6

DM Nate
sorry- the readied action interrupted opening the door (thus the cover) but (since you didn’t get knocked out) you finished opening the door during the surprise round... that frees up your move action, Tera, if you want to change your round 1 actions at all?
DM Nate
That's weird... usually when I work on the map it updates automatically, but it didn't last night... it should be updated now. B2 in the campaign description and "current map" in my banner should be the same map. Because of the pillar in the room (and the scouting gap) you can't all be in a straight line right now, but the distribution should be consistent with what people have said about marching order. Kaede, Marcus, and Kaelaah can briefly see the sword and the two hands that hold it: one wearing an armored gauntlet and the other scaled in red with sharp, black nails. Zache and Sal only hear the sword impacting on the stone and Tera, sounding a bit frazzled, casting a spell.
@Tera- you didn't specify a square so I guessed based on your description. You have until the enemy's turn (about 12 hours from now) to pick a different square (or modify your action).
Tera Flinders
That's where I'd intend to go. If the door is open already, Tera will draw her bow.
Kaede Mayumi
Kaede's eyes widen as that rather large sword slashes out at Tera. With a burst of movement forward, she skids to a halt in front of the Abadaran, and drives the blade of her glaive squarely where a person's gut would be. After the jab, however, she falls into a silent defensive stance, out of place from the normally forgiving Shelynite.
Swift action - Activate Spear Dancing Style
Move to L7, I believe the corner gives her cover to enter the square.
Standard action - Attack on Nualia

A little quick housekeeping: nobody, afaik, has any light spells running because there have been a handful of everburning objects down here... I'm going to ignore the 20% miss chance for now (because it's hassle) but if the fight moves deeper into the room it will come into play... Also, Kaede, you are correct about the corner providing sufficient cover to move safely into L7.
round 1, group B
With a second more to process, Tera and Kaede can see two faintly glowing lights fifteen or twenty feet beyond the door. They appear to be more everburning objects that are sitting on some manner of shelf and have hastily been covered with papers or cloth. They provide just enough light to outline a feminine, armored figure in the doorway. Neither of the women knew Nualia personally, but the clawed left arm certainly matches Tsuto's drawing. From behind the woman, somewhere in the darkness of the room, a terrible baying bark rings out that chills the blood of all the adventurers.
Everyone needs to make a DC 12 Will save (vs sonic/mind-affecting/fear) or be panicked for 2d4 ⇒ (4, 1) = 5 rounds.
The woman in the darkness cackles at the horrifying sound and swings her sword at Kaede.

Nice, Kaede! Given how busy Zache has been, I'll take the liberty of botting him for round 1 (since he just posted). Also, thanks for the reminder about blessings- watch for an update on that in discussion soon.
Marcus' light floods into the room. Wide stone ledges of red marble line the curving walls of this roughly twenty-five foot diameter chamber. Three chairs rest in the room, and both stone ledges are covered with old books, scrolls, teeth, bones, scrimshaw artwork, jars of deformed creatures soaking in brine, taxidermied animals and limbs, and other strange objects. To the north, a large round fountain sits, full of clear placid water. The woman in the doorway (now clearly visible to Marcus, Kaede, and Tera) is tall and beautiful, with a natural grace that seems at odds with the savage look in her eyes. She has long white hair and eyes like white opals. Her breastplate is fashioned to leave exposed some of her lower abdomen and a jagged L-shaped scar runs down the left side of her abs and across right above the low-rising waist of her breeches. Her left arm is scaled in crimson with talon-like black claws at the fingertips, and looks like it belongs on a young pit fiend. On one side of her neck there is a brand in the shape of Lammashtu's hyena-head holy symbol, and on the other side is a matching tattoo. Behind her, the source of the horrid barking can now be seen: an emaciated, hairless canine with ashy brown skin and dull red eyes.
Will (Kaelaah): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Will (Orik): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Kaelaah moves forward and ducks behind Kaede into the hall Tera moved into so that he can get a shot at whatever threat has arisen. (double move to L9)
Zache moves to the end of the hall and launches into one of his inspiring songs. (5' step to H7, activate Inspire Courage)
Behind the party, a green light flashes as a ray arcs from a suddenly visible Kelishite woman in a dirty white robe towards Orik. "What in th'hells?!?" he cries out as he spins around, "Lyrie? You'll regret not gettin' outta here when ya had th'chance!" He shouts as he charges at the woman and swings his sword hard at her.
round 2, group A (Kaede, Tera, and Sal) are up. I color coded the map with Marcus' light effect. Remember inspire courage is active.

Tera sees Marcus' spell come to life and quickly changes which one she would be using. Her will reaches out for her bow as she infuses it with arcane power.
Casting Gravity bow on her bow.
Edit: And after Nate's post in discussion, spending a hero point to get an extra action.
Knowledge(planes): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
"Great, a Yeth hound. At least there's just the one," Tera grumbles as she draws her bow and takes aim at the beautiful woman with the monstrously enraged expression.
"Let Justice be done," she chants, her eyes turning a merciless black and her bow glowing a faint gold.
Bow vs. Nualia? (IC, PBS, Precise Shot, Judgment of Justice, soft cover): 1d20 + 6 + 1 + 1 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (8) + 6 + 1 + 1 + 1 - 4 = 13 Nope. That's not a hit.
As she fully looks at the woman for the first time, Tera's eyes widen and her arrow sails harmless past her to clatter against the wall. Some part of her had hoped that it wasn't Nualia, that it'd all been a cruel joke.
Her eyes narrow as she draws another arrow from her quiver.
"They loved you," she grates out, barely controlled anger twisting her voice into a harsh, steel-edged tone, "they mourned you more than they did Father Tobyn. How could you, Nualia? How could you do this?!"
Kaede Mayumi
Kaede doesn't wait for a response for Nualia, especially after noting the sigil of Grandmother Nightmare on her throat. This is an enemy of Sandpoint, of the Eternal rose, and of her friends and adopted family. Weakness must be forced about her before the thought of offering mercy can be entertained. So, weaving a prayer into her song, she calls for her Lady's blessing before continuing her onslaught, her glaive seemingly to sing along with her.

"Ha! What do you know of it, girl," Nualia mocks in response to Tera's anger. Her look of contempt quickly contorts to a pained snarl as Kaede's flurry opens a deep gash on each of her arms.
Kaede- that was my count as well.
Just waiting on Sal to end 2A (she still like 12 hours, plus we usually give extra time on weekends).
I know there's a lot of stuff in most of your banners already but it wouldn't be a bad idea to put your hero points there too (it helps track them, plus it helps you remember you have them to spend).

Sal sucks in a sharp breath as the voice of Tera's attacker reaches her ears. Yes, they'd read Tsuto's diary, heard him identify the mastermind behind all the recent misfortune to visit their home...but deep down, a small of her hadn't believed, hadn't wanted to believe. But now, there was no denying it. Her grip on her rapier tightens until her knuckles are white.
"Nualia!" she bellows, her voice ringing out above the din of battle. "You were the first person that understood...that I felt any kind of kinship with! Why did it come to this? Whatever it was...I could have helped you! Would have helped you!"
Sal grinds her teeth in frustration; the way to Nualia was blocked, there wasn't enough room for her to join the fight. There had to be something she could do to help Tera and Kaede, but what?
"Elkfather...help me...help me help my friends...please!" she whispers, almost without realizing it. And to her astonishment, she receives an answer as she feels a odd power welling up within her, spilling out and washing over her and her friends.
Sal activates her Bless SLA, good for 3 minutes.
"Th-thank you, Elkfather! Thank you!" she gasps. Bolstered by this miracle, she turns back towards the stairs. Maybe she couldn't reach Nualia, but she could reach this new foe. She hustles after Orik, rounding a pillar and spotting the white-robed woman.
"Orik's right - you should have gotten out when the getting was good," she remarks grimly. "Because I'm in no mood to play right now!"

"Salomae?!?" Nualia calls back with genuine surprise, "have you come to kill me now? You of all people should understand... the looks, the expectations, the way everyone in that f@#king town feels like they own you, like you owe them healing and protection and whatever other miracle they happen to want... join me Sal, free yourself from them. Your posse can join us too; whichever ones live until you make up your mind."
Without waiting for a reply, her clawed arm releases from the bastard and brushes across a 7-pointed star medallion she wears. A subtle, shimmering green energy spreads across her body as she slashes at Kaede again with both her sword and her claw.

Seeing, and then hearing Nualia Tobyn boils the blood in Kaelaah's veins... when he gazes upon her, there is but one thing that he sees; Tsuto - the man who obsessed over this disfigured woman... and brother Roakkad dying in the darkness... flames rage from his wrists, leaping in wild arcs as the temperature soars...

Zache delays.
Kaelaah launches a gout of flame past Tera and Kaede towards the woman who looks, to him, to be the presumed-dead Nualia Tobyn. Even inspired by Zache's song and aided by Sal's blessing, he can't find a clear enough lane to hit her.
Back by the stairs, the Osirian wizard takes a defensive stance and weaves another spell together. Orik's sword rings like a tuning fork and vibrates so violently it seems certain to shatter, but after a moment it subsides. Grabbing the sword with both hands, and seeming to struggle a bit under its weight, he swings at her again. He strikes her arm, leaving a surprisingly shallow wound. It matches a similarly ineffective slash on her other arm, presumably from just before Sal arrived.
round 3, group A (Sal, Tera, Kaede, and Zache) is up. Remember you all have bless and inspire courage right now.

"Sal, she's not the friend you knew," Tera says in a flat emotionless voice, eerily calm after her burst of anger, "not anymore."
"For crimes against the town of Sandpoint, for aiding the forces of chaos and savagery in their attempt to tear down that outpost of civilization, I, as unworthy as I may be, pronounce your life forfeit, Nualia Tobyn. Sal's first thrust misses badly but she summons a speed she didn't know she had and thrusts again. This time her blade slips between two of the wizards ribs and, with a bloody cough, she collapses to the floor.
Nualia dodges the bladed end of Kaede's glaive, but the haft slams into her abdomen, dispersing much a the green energy encompassing her. Tera's arrow strikes her hard in the shoulder, blasting away what remained of the aura. The demon-woman winces for a moment and then smiles. 2wpn attack (IC, Bless, squeezing): 1d20 + 5 + 1 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (4) + 5 + 1 + 1 - 4 = 7, for: 1d4 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 5 + 1 = 9
Nualia scowls at Kaelaah and Tera as she seems to deliberate on something for a moment. Then she steps to her side where neither of them can see her... The hound barks and snaps at Kaede again.
bite: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28, for: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (1, 3) + 4 = 8
trip vs Kaede: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
Kaede- I also need a DC 14 Will save or you're shaken for 1 round
Round 3, group C (Kaelaah and Marcus) is up.
Kaelaah
Kaelaah's flames fizzle to nothing for a moment as, with Nualia stepping out of view, he focusses upon Kaede's attacker for a second..
Kaelaah: Pyrokinetic Blast vs Hound (Ranged Touch / Point Blank Shot): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7 for 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (4, 6) + 3 = 13 fire damage
Edit: pffffft!!!!

Orik calls out "dammit" over by the bottom of the stairs and continues whatever he's doing over there.
Round 4, group A (Kaede, Tera, Sal, and Zache) is up. The map should be up to date. Everyone, please make sure you're keeping your HP updated in your banners so Marcus knows who's taking what from him (and you're all adding what he gives).
