It has a 20 feet per round running feature. But you also feel that you are getting a headache as you are assaulted by psychic crush.

Your will abruptly and brutally crushes the mental essence of any one creature, debilitating its acumen. The target must make a Will save with a +4 bonus or collapse unconscious and dying at –1 hit points. If the target succeeds on the save, it takes 3d6 points of damage.

Finally. I was worried it was going to follow us forever.

Zera ties her neck scarf around her nose and mouth to try to soften the stink and goes over to see if there is anything salvageable from the corpse.

She also asks Um, guys, could you not say anything about the magic? I'm not a defiler, but you know people will think I am. Please?

After salvaging the skin or scales or anything that looks durable enough to make into gear, or valuable, she rides with them back to catch up with the caravan.

I have a +3, but yeah, not sure if stealth is likely--? Willing to try though. :)

I thought maybe we should take all the guards and go confront them. Then, if there is a battle, it is at least away from the caravan, giving them time to get up and start moving.

But we can certainly try sneaking out there to see what they are up to.

She concentrates, and tries to go sneakily out to see what the pursuers are up to:

You see a tribe of elves, riding on desert skiffs. They look like they are enjoying themselves, or maybe not. They also look like they could intercept the caravan. A perception check might be in order, and a knowledge (local) check may get you the name of their tribe.
