Torgil axe is a bit low of its mark, and Kazuo fire an arrow that lodges itself into one of the legs of the spied (9 damage), Skipper follows up with another shot that knicks the spider (10 damage)

Having a minor fear of very large spiders, Azizi will avoid approaching the conflict, carefully watching as Torgil engages the beast.

and a well place shot by the wizards sends the spider sprawling
searching the room...Next to the remains of one of the two dead kobolds wrapped in the webbing is a small purse containing 30 gp and a pearl of power (1st level).
OUT OF COMBAT
Continuing North you see both your exit and an unexplored room, seeing as how you have yet to secure the trade agreements I am guessing you are going into the unexplored room. Roughly 20' by 15' with an entry into another room in the east.
Three rounded alcoves in this chamber contain the rotting remains of scroll shelves, honeycombing from floor to ceiling. Scattered amid the compromised shelving are damaged scrolls, and a number of still-sealed scroll tubes. A glimmering trickle of water seeps down from the ceiling in the northwest corner of the room.

Sitting on the rotting shelves in this room are a number of moldering trade agreements. A dozen of them are of the type you are searching for. All are written in Kelish, and detail pacts that Satrap Taliq Asad made with pirates, mercenary groups (for the protection of caravans), petty lords, and even a few nations scattered about the Inner Sea region. One agreement contains a personal note addressed to the Satrap, congratulating him on gaining the Li family’s jade katana and the promise it contains.

I... guess it's a wrap, if that's the conclusion? I have never played through FS Pt 2, so I'm relying on the GM to tell me if I'm done or not.
I believe that is a wrap on part 2.
