I agree, a town meeting and then tying up any loose ends that that unearths around the settlement before heading south back into the unknown.

For our Bard, Magus and Eldritch Scoundrel, you may want to look into this spell for the future.

That spell might be worth it for silver, but since it destroys your coins, seems like a really bad investment for anything else. :)

Yeah for silver it's definitely economical if you don't have silver arrows, although being able to beat Adamantine DR in a pinch is nothing to sneeze at. 3d10+(1-10)/ignoring DR with a 1st level spell is pretty decent, even for the cost.
Besides how baller wizard is it to kill someone with the equivalent of a $1000 dollar bill?

If you had an over-generous DM perhaps, but I would be worried that, however cool the image, sacrificing that much money would hurt your character down the road.
Might be a good one for the rich-noble's-kid background though. Nothing like role-playing that you don't care about money by destroying it.
It could be interesting to create a whole campaign around the characters finding a vein of platinum. They start at level one, but they could be immensely rich quickly. ...The game seems designed to solve most things with money, so it would be challenging to design situations and challenges that couldn't be overcome just through the newest/best gear.

I like the flavor of the spell, but I think Azen is right. It destroying the coins makes it pretty bad for anything but in a pinch. That said I can think of some cases where it would be useful.

BTW do we have any vacancies in our kingdom roster, or do we anticipate any NPCs leaving (such as Oleg)? I have some Recruits slots and can recruit NPCs to fill jobs if needed.

It's usually terrible because having minions four levels below you just means they get killed, but since they can explicitly run downtime stuff it rocks for KM.

Yeah and for things like that it doesn't matter what level the Treasurer is, just that they exist and have a good primary stat for the job.
On a side note, not that I plan on using it anytime soon but I like that issuing a manhunt is one of my role abilities. "The Royal Enforcer may grant civilians the authority to kill in the name of the law."

Yup, since they tend to use the NPC array they usually have a +2 or +3 in the relevant stat, which is way better than just having an empty role.

Talking about the squire feat? I've made a character with that once. I wasn't in the game all that long though.

Ok, real talk. Based on how lycanthropy works in PF, we have 3 days to find a 12th-level cleric to cast remove curse on those of us who failed our saving throws. Barring that, we turn into werewolves and our alignment inevitably shifts to Chaotic Evil.
Just FYI, if Celebeth succumbs to the curse, which seems likely, she will commit suicide with one of her mithral weapons.
This is not a problem, b/c making new characters is easy, just noting that barring some kind of miracle, this is a character-ender.

Yikes. ... Could the fey help us? The cost might be high, but maybe some kind of treaty in return for their help? I'm guessing returning to civilization will take too long.
... Isn't there a cure with wolfsbane or something as well? Or is it magic or nothing?
