Aravashnial comes out from the back after a couple hours of meditating, "I feel a bit better, can you please tell me where in the city we are located? I have some business that I would like looked into as well."

"There is an alchemy shop across the way, might still have a few things left in it. I don't remember seeing any looters really come by just that demon thing." The older man says

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Chr rrr - what?" Lynn snaps out of her dream - of dancing in her new dress over meadows full of beautiful flowers - and sits straight in her sleeping place.

She sorts through her thoughts what was dream and what was reality background noise with the important information in it for a few moments. Then she replies "Maybe there would be something to cure your eyes. Because that is really the first thing you should look into."

Human Paladin 3

Don dreams of the skulls of demons decorating the ground.

Very well, we will head to the alchemist shop to check for healing items and then head to Horgus' house, is that satisfactory?

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"I prefer to have my own magic available. But bottled magic will do." Lynn replies. "It's just over the street you say?"

Lynn gets up and puts her breast plate back on. "You look unharmed. Wanna take the lead?" she asks Don.

I'm at 26/33 HP. Iko is probably at 15/30 once he leveled. Anyone else hurt?

Human Paladin 3

Don takes the lead.

Bernerd goes to the door and gets ready to open it for you, "Just the shop across the street, Albertos, is the owner if he is still alive bring him here please."

Don peaks out the door, seeing nothing in the street he makes a quick run across to the other door. The building looks intact.

The Door is locked as Don tries to turn the knob.

Perception DC 20:

you could smash out the window to unlock the door but it would be noisy. Disable Device DC 15

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

Lynn grabs her glaive, double checks that no one is watching them outside and follows Don. Just in case.

Human Paladin 3

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24

Hmm..We could smash the window and reach an arm in if we don't mind the noise. Or is anyone here good with picking locks?

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Or we check if someone is in there who could unlock it without destroying property?" Lynn suggests knocking at the door.

Human Paladin 3

Hopefully a giant demon hasn't taken up residence. I hear they are horrible hosts and never offer tea.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"By the looks of the town I'd assume there would be a large hole in the wall. They don't seem keen on using doors and lock up behind them.

so what are you doing?

You cannot see or hear anyone inside the building. If they are hiding out like the couple across the street. There is a hole in the side of the building but something has been dragged in front of it.

DC 15 Str check to move the object

Human Paladin 3

Don tries moving the object
Str: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

As no one reacts to the knocking Lynn walks around the house to check for a second entrance. "Hey Don. I found where that giant demon went through. I'll remove the cover and you hit it on the head when it comes out - okay?"

"On three. One, two, three..."
Strength: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17

With a hard push she removes the cover from the hole in the wall.

Human Paladin 3

Dons tops pushing and gets ready.

As Lynn pushes the heavy shelving unit aside, nothing comes rushing out to attack the pair. The interior of the building has some shadow in it from the mid afternoon sun beginning to set over the World Wound. The interior of the building is fairly destroyed like the Tailor shop across the road, there is the stench of decay as well inside the building.

Once inside I am going to move Tink as well with you guys you can see the body of what was probably once a man. The body is mutilated with claw and bite marks, most likely the same Demon that was killed across the road.

The wares on the wall are all but destroyed and a search of the back room reveals a chest tucked away but is locked DC 25.

Tink goes about the shop in his regular manor of looking for magical trinkets, he finds a set of paint brushes that give off a magical aura, other things do as well but they are dried stains on the floor form broken vials and potions.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

Lynn searches the dead man for keys.
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
She searches really thorough.

Human Paladin 3

Don looks around as well.
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21 Anyone good with locks? I could bash it but risk breaking anything fragile.

Lynn finds a key under the body, it looks like he may have been trying to get it out when he succumbed to his wounds.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"I am." Lynn replies while holding up the key. She moves to the box and checks if she is able to unlock and open the chest.

Human Paladin 3

Nothing bad happens at all

Lynn unlocks the box, inside is a note. Under the note is a wand and a few potions that are all tucked away inside of molding to keep them safe even if they are dropped.

I must restock this, it is missing a potion of invisibility and the wand is almost out of magic. That Crusader Vhane keeps showing up beaten and bruised, no one has been going into the World Wound and fighting Demons lately I wonder what happened to him. I must also remember to add my paint brushes to this box, I don't want to loose those."

Wand DC 16:

Wand of CMW with 10 charges left

Potions DC 16:

3 Potions of CLW

Potion DC 16:

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"I wonder why no one ever cares to label these things." Lynn comments.

Spellcraft Potion: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Spellcraft Brushes: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
"Yay. Healing! I just can't tell what this one is. Tink - want to take a look?"

Human Paladin 3

Let us go to Horgus' place next, we can examine these on the way.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
30/33HP
Lynn imbibes a potion. "We'll have to fix Iko before we move on. Tink, what about you? Or your metal companion? Can it be healed or has it to be repaired?"

She takes the small chest with her as it is a sturdy container for the breakable content. Back in the clothes shop she puts all the stuff on the table together with the three potions of CLW and the potion on CMW she has in her pack. "I suggest healing now on potions. Maybe save the stronger healing potion for emergencies when no one is around who can use the wand."

"But for in combat the wand is better as I don't risk getting hit when using it." Lynn suggests.

5 potions of CLW now, one CMW on the table. Wand with Lynn.

Human Paladin 3

Use as many as needed to get ko healed if no one has any problems.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Iko, help yourself." Lynn tells pointing with her hand to the potions on the table.

After Iko heals, supper is made.

"Do you plan to head out tonight?" Sophie asks.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"There are a lot of our travel companions that want to get home as fast as possible. And now that we are all back to full health I guess for one or two we can make that wish come true." Lynn replies.

Human Paladin 3

Indeed. We will deliver Horgus first.

are people ready to go?

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

As supper is served and eaten Lynn says "Thank you for your hospitality."

"Now Horgus - it's your turn to take the lead. On to your house then."

CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

"Thank you. This will do." Iko stands and downs low before gathering his things and making ready.

The group sets out with the 3 others in tow, Aniva and Aravashnial riding in the back of the cart. The group makes it's way slight NE towards where Horgus' house is. After about 20 minutes they arrive at a deep rend in the ground.

The Wagon will be unable to continue this way unless you want to drag it and risk destroying it. The group and Survivors can make it to the other side but it will take a lot of work and be dangerous for those who are severely hurt.

Perception DC 20:

To the North a mans voice can he heard, Aniva says that BlackWing Ruins is that way. Once she mentions that Aravashnial makes a plea to head there first since this way will be difficult for him.

Human Paladin 3

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

We could use rope and the cloudwalking magic scale to get it past. We still have our scales, right?

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Has worked once will work again. But at least one would have to get across first. Any volunteers? Or shall we simply walk around that?" Lynn asks.

Human Paladin 3

I will go! Don heads over after securing the wagon and handing over the cloudwalking scale to Lynn.

As the group gets the Cart to float over the rend in the ground, the wagon does rock a bit as people shift on comfortably in the wagon.

As the wagon is pulled to the other side by Don, there are no mishaps. On the far side you can see you have reached the richer potion of the city, the houses are less but beautiful with manicured lawns and elaborate gardens.

Most of the house have large holes in the them, the lawns are torn up and the gardens have been burned to ash. A loud noise can be heard from further up in the area, it sounds like fighting and people shouting.

Human Paladin 3

Don gets out his crossbow. We might have more demons, get ready. He advances.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Where is your house Horgus? Do we have to go this way where the noise comes from?" Lynn inquires.

"It is most like just past that area, I live closer to middle of this district." Horgus looks nervous about being in the open.

Human Paladin 3

Well let us get moving.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Onwards." Lynn comments without excitement and walks in the direction Horgus pointed.

The group moves from house to house, attempting to keep in some cover as you never know what is flying in the smoke filled skies.

After about the third house, the voices get louder, you can hear wavering in the voices that are shouting and some other squeaky voices.

"We... don't want to ... kill each other..." A female voice cries.

"You Will For Our Enjoyment!!!" A squeaky and evil voice sounds out.

More crying can be heard as well as weapons clashing

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Yay! An endless stream of people in need of saving." Lynn comments looking tired. She falls into a jog nonetheless. "Lets go save the day. Again."

Aniva comments to Aravashnial.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"I heard that!" Lynn replies while moving forward.
