Well done GM Rah, Well Done. These are good moments in roleplaying. Great moments actually, and I appreciate the fact you are writing out stuff for a split party... which makes your job twice as challenging.

Long day. I'll get a post up in the morning.

I totally dug the soundtrack for today's post.
I am used to the version (Original?) by Concrete Blonde. In fact, Bloodletting was one of my favorite discs to listen too a couple decades ago.
Anyway, it was a good audio to listen to.. and was the perfect mood music.
I played it twice as i had it in my head 3 hours later!
Keep up the good work GM RAH. I totally felt like C-3PO when Captain York betrayed us. The scene on Bespin where C-3PO goes into the room away from his friends ....and runs into the Stormtroopers and is immediately blasted.
That was set up so well. I really thought we had done a good job as a group... and then BAM we are all screwed.

The version I chose was the original, written and sung by Leonard Cohen about two years before Concret Blonde covered it. Until you mentioned their version I hadn't remembered it, which is funny because I liked the Bloodletting album too.
I still want my dinner!
If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding!
And we were promised a razor!
Heh. That razor has a whole plot dedicated to it.
FYI: the actual beginning of the adventure path from the book normally starts here, with the Pcs waking up for the first time in the dungeon. I didn't expect my prologue to be so extensive, but I really like how it developed the characters and set the stage. Thanks everyone for all the great roleplaying!

+1
The Razor has certainly been a pivitol NPC!
I am a bit shocked that the start of the adventure actually starts here. That was one heck of an involved and awesome prologue. Pathfinder should hear about how well this type of "party mixing" your prologue established. More adventures need this type of "reasons for strangers to band together".

I would like to also say that this has probably been my favorite start to any AP thus far (Sorry Tyr! I love Giantslayer as well!)
Great job on the prologue!

Happy Holidays, fellow inmates!

THAT is EPIC! Wow, I am very impressed.
Hope you enjoyed the roadtrip and the good reading. Lots of fun stuff in my little grouping. I can't imagine the other players.

I'm reorganizing the Loot List a little so that I can better keep track of things. I'm not sure we need to have a double entry system for claimed treasure. I think if the Party Treasure list is organized alphabetically by PC name that will create nice groups, but it might get cluttered or confused if we have a seperate list for consumables. If we remove the individual PC columns we would have space for consumables and items for sale.

(preface: read this with lots of sarcasm)
What is WRONG WITH YOU GUYS?! We are supposed to be fighting over loot and bickering over who gets what. I have never had a party - when the first spoils of war get dropped- not have some drawn out process to achieve equality.
Are you guys for real?
It's been, what 10 hours, and there's still MAGICAL stuff for people to claim. I even read posts from PC's who shunned the "trinkets".
Wow this adventure path really IS exploring the darker side of crazy.

Brother already stated that those who didn't enter the room don't get any shinies. You killed the shapeshifter before Twin entered, so he's good. ;-) He's just going to grump anyway, so it's all good.

Actually twin, you did make it in. You double moved. Your snake bit the doppleganger.
@ Cats-- I DID notice the headspikes... I just didn't have a good way to roleplay that yet. I think it's actually good for us to look bad a$$ to the barricade guys.
But seriously, you guys should get the good stuff. the haversack and pearl and sunrods are all yours.

While I like not knowing what anyone else is, BrotherButterfly, I think you're the only yahoo who can use that Pearl...so you might as well hold on to it until I'm proven wrong (usually takes about 8 posts).

Pinkie - I have to say that your post was terrific roleplaying. I mean, it was just powerful.
you could have (and I do it all the time) glossed over or fast forwarded. But you really made me (as an observer) be there with you and Mauve.
Wow. I already favorited the post, but I wanted to drop some props on this message board.

Happy Birthday to The Twin! I know you will enjoy the bourbon's and beer as you celebrate!
It's been great knowing the characters and I find it intriguing as I learn fellow players are in places like Kentucky.

I am having some real life issues at the moment. I will try and get up a post tomorrow. Apologies for the poor post rate.

Hey all, I'm free most of the day today and hanging around the house and I thought I would leave a chat open in the Combat Map link for anyone who wants to hang out there and talk about the game, life, whatever.
If anyone is interested, leave a note here as to what time (Pacific Standard) they will be there.

Twin is updated!

I don't understand the free feats idea. Maybe I'm not reading this right. I also feel Fighters are always powerful.
Especially if they have a buff cleric (Like BB probably is going to be)
backing them up.
Otherwise, I personally like rolling HP's but can go either way with consensus.
