Sorry everyone for yet another delay. I've been working long days this whole week and then my kid's hockey team (which I coach) is in playoffs, which isn't leaving me any time to properly post.

So for some reason, I'm still getting TCP RST errors with the Paizo website on my PC and when I use anything except an LTE connection on my phone. So yeah, El will delay for now.

Well, it would be completely out of character for Dumah to suggest this. And it may be seen as perpetuating a sensitive stereotype for halflings... What if Myron ran into view of the two guards clutching a heavy purse like he just stole it. He could make a show of taking out valuables to try and lure them out where we can jump them.

It has sometimes been really slow to post, may have timed out once.
It has been very hit or miss for me. Sometimes I give up, come back a few hours later and then have no problem.
A few times lately I haven't been able to post as the "submit post" button has functioned like the "preview" button. I can see what my post would look like but it doesn't actually post it. Seems to be working atm.

I had a chance to download the 2nd edition playtest rulebook and give it a quick look over on my vacation. Anyone in a playtest group? Any thoughts to share?
I've downloaded it, but I haven't really looked at it yet. I'll be curious to see what other longtime players have to say about it. Unless one of my games here on the boards switches over, I probably won't. I have one game IRL, and that is D&D 5e. I will still read through it when I get a chance though. Just in case one of my games here does switch, and also out of curiosity about my favorite hobby.
My expectation was a tweaking of the rules to fix issues and possibly re-balance some things but the system would remain largely the same. The more I read the more it seems like a completely new system.
I don't recognize vast swaths of things like spells, feats, etc.
I'm not sure how I feel about it at this point. I'm not sure I'm up to learning a whole new system to play. :P
I haven’t looked at it at all. I also play X-wing miniatures, where a 2.0 rules set will kick in early september. One rules revision at a time is more than enough for me.
For the next week and a half, I am going to be in the process of moving. That means my time online may be spotty since I’ll be off work (where I am often able to post on breaks) and without home internet as utilities are switched. I’ll try to post regularly still, but feel free to bot me at any time if I am holding things up.
