Was this meant to give us a chance to detect the creatures so we wouldn't be flat-footed? If so, it appears you rolled a 1d2 rather than a 1d20, but not sure if that would have altered their actions if we'd detected them...i.e., if we lost initiative, Tylur would still be flat-footed, but I guess the second one could have drawn an Attack of Opportunity while squeezing to flank?

I actually have no idea why I rolled for Perception at all. They have life sense, so I gave them a free hit on you guys, essentially. Figured I would start it back off with a bang. I am not looking to kill anyone though, just though I would scare you. Did mean I did a lot of damage to you though. Honestly most of that post was during sleep deprivation.. so I apologize
Tylur strikes the first Akata over the head, crashing into it. Yon fires off a shot, but it seems to be absorbed into the creature and cause no damage.

A 10 minute rest and a resolve point would probably be a good idea to restore Tylur's Stamina points back to full again...especially if there's a risk of running into more combat situations.

Everyone should take a 10 minute break and use a resolve, if you wish. Just mention it in your next post if you have used the break to take a breather.
The only other areas of the ship you have not resolved yet are the port cargo container, as well as the one shut door near the galley.
After everyone takes a minute, looking around the cargo hold, they feel much better. Though, those of you bitten by the creature are not feeling great.
Retconning my own misunderstanding of how deseases work
Everyone effected by the bite (Yon and Sybil), starts to feel very unwell. Both of you are Weakened.
Both Sickened (-2 on attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks) and fatigued (-1 to AC, Attack rolls, Damage rolls, Reflex saves, init checks, and strength and Dex based skill and ability checks. Bulk you can carry is reduced by 1.)
Please update conditions to stay "Void Death (Weakened) 0/2 saves"

"I have to agree, taking a rest is perhaps best for everyone." Dee agreed with Tylur. "At some point may I suggest even resting for the day. I have depleted my arsenal of spells."
The elf droid magics was a big part of her tactical contribution, if she didn't have access to its energies then the only thing she had left were her weapons. Unlike the rest of her team, the elf-droid wasn't the best shooter in the group.

Tylur sits down in the hard won cargo hold to give his weary body a rest. "Those akata can pack a mean bite," he comments, "My armor's holding up, but I'm sure I've got a host of bruises under it all. One of 'em got me right here on my arm, just below the elbow. I hope it doesn't throw off my aim if we run across any more of 'em."
The soldier looks around at the rest of the group. "Some of you look pretty worn out, too. Maybe we should hole up and take a full rest with a bit of shuteye after we clear the rest of the ship? It's been a long day, and Dee could use the time to prepare a few more spells. They've proven pretty pivotal in a few battles already, so I'd prefer having us all at full strength before we check out the Drift Rock. Before that, though, I think we can still check out the remaining rooms. There's one more cargo hold on the port side, I think? We'll need to see what else the Acreon's crew might have been carrying...especially if it was for delivery to Absalom Station. And, on the off chance there's any more survivors, let's check the crew quarters..."

As the group rests and recovers a bit from their ordeal, they eventually move on to the other cargo hold. Carefully sneaking into the room, not noticing any movement, they eventually decide it is safe to enter.
The most prominent aspect of this room is an approximately 8 foot square, shipping container. On a brief inspection it is addressed to the Eoxian Embassy on Absalom Station.
The container looks sealed and there is no manifest detailing its contents.
Also in this room are the ships supplies, extra food, water, replacement air filters, and a few spare parts.

"I think we should do a short rest and then finish examining the ship before we consider stopping to rest. I think your skills are still quite exceptional, Dee, even if you don't currently have access to your technomagic. It would seem best to make sure there are no more hostiles."
Yon starts to feel rather unwell.
"Tylur is right, those bites are quite nasty, in more than just one way. Sybil, I'm starting to feel the effects of the bite, it would seem pertinent that we should use the Medkit and try to treat ourselves. My biomechanical nature will help me with shrugging off their nasty bite. We should function on getting the antiviral injections in you and then, if we have time, me next."
Going to use the Medkit on Sybil (assuming you consent), and then if there is time (another 10 min), or another medkit then treat Yon.
My Understanding is that then when we make saving throws, the person who treated the disease will roll Medicine against the DC of the Disease and then if they succeed the victim will get a +4 on their save.
Not spending any Resolve.

---After Resting---
Yon groans as he gets ready to move, not really feeling like going anywhere as he slightly staggers after getting upright.
"Those bites really are quite terrible."
He tries to smile it off.
"Onward then?"

"There is a high probability that we have found the Ambassador's cargo. It is larger than I anticipated."
Is there anyway to examine it?

As most of the group is rest the halfling woman takes a seat and after a few minutes it is evident that she is not doing well. She seems more flush and is concentrating on her breaths with her eyes closed
"Not feeling so good. I think it is whatever those creatures got into me." She says in a quite voice. As the group moves on she stands but you can see that she strains. She looks at the arc rife she has be carrying and slides it off her shoulder and places it on a small crate. it seems to help as she can more freely move.
As the move on and search the other compartment Sybil is quiet. As Yon approchers her and nods, "Please... I am not feeling well."
((Those are crazy penalties to this poison. Just saying...))

Upon reaching the second cargo hold, Tylur does a thorough check of everything inside. "Seems we've got enough supplies here that we can take advantage of an extended rest. Yon? Let's get that medical treatment going after we clear the rest of the ship. We can set up here alongside the cargo and the food. If any of you need to make use of a bunk, we can relocate to the crew quarters...as long as they're all safe."
The soldier checks the action on his handgun and shakes off some of the gore from the hammer he's been using to take down the akata. Tucking them away for now, he tries to find some empty shipping crates he can position near the Eoxian ambassador's container. "Assuming we make it back to Absalom, we should consider rounding up all those noqual shards from the akata cocoons and readying them for transit. After all, if they really are valuable, we might as well take them with us...provided they pass quarantine inspection, of course. Maybe we can repay some of the families that lost loved ones in the Hardscrabble Collective?"
