Ready or Loose a Shield
Strapping a shield to your arm to gain its shield bonus to your AC, or unstrapping and dropping a shield so you can use your shield hand for another purpose, requires a move action. If you have a base attack bonus of +1 or higher, you can ready or loose a shield as a free action combined with a regular move.
Can Borrum be moved to L25 as was posted as part of his double move action. That will eliminate the unneeded move action to move up to the lizardfolk.

Heward's Handy Haversack: holds 2 cu ft/20 lbs in each side pouch and 8 cu ft/80 lb in main compartment
Makeshift Canvas Sling (6 sq ft): holds approximately 7-8 cu ft/70-80 lb
So a backpack could hold 2 eggs, a Heward's Handy Haversack could hold 12 eggs, and the canvas sling could hold 7-8 eggs. (21-22 eggs)
approximate weight: 65.1-68.2 lb / 29.4-30.8 kg

The party explore that last room in the town hall. This large room might have once been a well appointed library, but now its shelves lie in disarray along the east and west wall. No signs of any books are apparent. A large portion of the floor is missing which opens into the dark waters of the lake below.
Searching this room the party fine a suite of (magic: week aura of transmutation) full plate armor with embedded symbol of the city of Rhest (the elves can tell you that is was the suite of the city's champion), a periapt (magic: week aura of transmutation), a heavy silver mace (magic: week aura of transmutation).
Hidden away in a strong box: a horn 8 800 sp, 2 300 gp 130 pp a gold necklace (800gp) en 11 small gesm (each 30gp).
And inside a secret compartment well hidden at the bottom of one of the bookshelf a delicate adamantine chain on whics are threaded a lion's claw and teeth (Strong aura of necromancy / evil)
The only place the party currently have no explored is the structure attached to the town hall by the wooden gang plank

CLW are not the most practical while in combat now.

OK, let me ask it another way. How many items are magical and need to be identified yet. We can cast another detect magic to determine what all we are carrying and don't know what they are yet.

Sheet 2 of the loot list is indeed what the party has not sold and not divided.
You can buy the healing items mentioned. and the elves will buy from you what you want to sell at the usual 1/2 total value of items.
