Agrippa sniffs the potions and says Healing here. Best to parcel these out to Momijii and Lizzie.

Can't see anywhere that infusion specialist or gather power would help here, not an infusion and not technically a blast, so someone has to take the burn.

Yeah seems that way Filbert. OK folks for the remaining healing are you using any of the healing potions you found or using Filbert's healing?

Agrippa & Filbert:
Nothing stirs, although you mistrust the mist that clings to this benighted place.

As the wand touched her Momijii suddenly gasped as the energy brought her back to the land of the breathing and conscious. She lay there and allowed Lizzie to heal her, the wand touching repeatedly, it didn't heal her completely but it was a start. She then felt Filbert slam power into her again stitching her wounds better but bruising her around the massive axe wound that had mostly closed up with the last bit of healing. She wasn't in perfect shape but she was better than she had been and rose. Turning to her friends Momijii gave her normal bow, though lower this time, and said, "My thanks."

As Filbert walks towards the bard, he notices evidence of neglect lies strewn across this once magnificent garden. The grass grows tall and yellowed, and weeds choke flowerbeds along the sides of the estate’s buildings, leaving only a smattering of color from the few flowers that survive. A few overgrown bushes once trimmed to look like humanoids stand in a rough circle around a brick well in the center of the estate. Suddenly there's movement among the hedges as several seem to animate and move to surround the party!

Kn:Nature DC 14:
These are Living Topiaries! While druidic lore tells of naturally occurring topiary creatures springing full-grown and alive from the depths of wild forests, places infused by strange magic, or portals to fey realms, these creatures can also be created in a fashion similar to most constructs. Rather than being cultivated by wizards and other arcane spellcasters, though, they are most often created by druids and servants of nature deities who summon spirits of the natural world to infuse their lovingly sculpted topiary shapes with life. Aside from requiring the creator to craft a topiary in a suitably lifelike shape, a variety of exotic herbs, salves, fertilizers, and rare earths are required to bring the plant to life, making the process a costly endeavor.

Filbert you didn't specify which bush you wish to attack so I'm going to assume you meant green.
Filbert summons his blade and tries to lay about with it. Should it hit it would inflict fearful damage, but the animated Topiary was way more agile than it had any right to be and nimbly dodged aside.

Lizzie tries to smash the bush in front of her, but it too dodged aside, as her weapon smashed harmlessly into the ground.

Momijii had better luck, her fist smashing through the foliage, smashing twigs and exiting with a shower of leaves.

Luxina mixes up a batch of unstable chemicals which she pours on her touch causing it to flare up.

Heinrich ignoring Filbert, throws another alchemist's fire but his foot snagged on a root ruining his aim. The vial landed a little south of the middle one, singing it and it's neighbor!

Withdraw action:
Withdrawing from melee combat is a full-round action. When you withdraw, you can move up to double your speed. The square you start out in is not considered threatened by any opponent you can see, and therefore visible enemies do not get attacks of opportunity against you when you move from that square. Invisible enemies still get attacks of opportunity against you, and you can’t withdraw from combat if you’re blinded. You can’t take a 5-foot step during the same round in which you withdraw.

If, during the process of withdrawing, you move out of a threatened square (other than the one you started in), enemies get attacks of opportunity as normal.

Filbert you almost certainly don't want to withdraw through Momijii's square because red and blue will get AOOs on you. Your best bet is to withdraw by initially going NE, that way only red gets an AOO when you leave that square. I'm going to assume you did that.

Filbert wisely realizes that discretion is the better part of valor, and withdraws but one of the animated Topiaries manages to rake the small of his back as he runs away!

Luxina I assume that's this?

Explosive Torch (Ex):
At 4th level, as a standard action, a blazing torchbearer can drop a special blend of explosive powders onto his torch before using it as a weapon. His next successful melee attack with the torch deals an additional 2d6 points of fire damage and sets the target on fire. This attack must be made within 1d4 rounds or the torch prematurely explodes at the end of the blazing torchbearer’s turn, dealing damage to the blazing torchbearer and setting him on fire.

Luxina's torch flares up greatly, as the unstable compounds react violently. She smashes the burning brand into the centre of the bush and a thin stream of dark smoke rises as it catches fire!

Heinrich moves to flank but Red Destiny gets lost in the foliage, and fails to hit anything vital.

The Topiary Luxina set on fire makes a thin piping wail before moving away from her and then it vanished in a shower of leaves! Likewise the one Momijii had been beating on moved away north east and vanished.

Spellcraft DC 19:

Lying on the ground Filbert remembers happier?!? times here at the estate.

earlier times:

The smell of hay permeated every inch of the loft and the dust created by it threatened to cause the gnome to sneeze it seemed every other minute. And that would be no good as Filbert tortured the stable boys from his hidden perch. He constantly moved the items behind them, sometime subtly and others quite a bit.

He came here to practice, the horses scared him to death, even the pony's hooves were as big as his head, while the big draft horses, their hooves were near the full size of his chest. But that terror helped him to learn to focus his skills or was it just simply power, he wasn't sure. He was a jeweler after all not magic user, regardless of what Grip said.

Anyways he reached out with his power to grab the reins behind Joseph and move them to the other side of the walkway between the stables, depositing it on a hook quickly. Joseph turned around to grab the bridle and finding it missing, a look of consternation mixed with fear crosses his face. The stable boys had whispered among themselves that the barn was haunted.

Suddenly several multiple sharp pains made their way into Filbert's consciousness, and the gnome found himself flying from the loft to land in the stable floor face first. Turning he finds Momijii standing were he once was, pitchfork in hand. "One should always be aware of their surroundings when attacking the enemy, Master Springbit" she says solemnly......

Momijii hear Lizzie and said, "Stop them, I bet they're healing themselves or something!" That said Momijii unleashed another pair of blows on the plant before her. The strikes came in hard, fast, and accurate as she smashed at the plant thing with brutal force.

Filbert:
All is darkness for a while before you start dreaming. It is with a sense of dejavu you dream of being a knight riding home to Thrushmoor with important dispatches from the capitol. It is imperative you get to Iris Hill in time and you are tired, you've been riding your faithful mare Black Pearl for two days now and you are both sore and dusty from the road. The fort is only an hour away and you are keen to be back in barracks and slake your thirst with wine. You sense Black Pearl is keen to be back in the safety and comfort of the stables too. The ostler always had a soft spot for her and treated her to apples and sugar cubes. About half a mile from the town Black Pearl suddenly shies and your nose wrinkles. You smell something that reminds you of the deep sea, and the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. There is movement out of the corner of your eye!

"Easy girl, steady now!" you call reaching down to pat the horses neck while maintaining pressure on the reins, turning towards the movement captured in the corner of his eye. "Now what in the name of Davy Jone's locker is going on here?" The hand he'd patted the horse neck straying back towards the sword he now carried. What's going on here…

Startled you turn to look, but there's nothing there! For a long moment you pause, your heavy backsabre a comforting weight in your hand. The moment passes and you curse yourself for being so twitchy, for jumping at shadows. The pair of you make your way to the fort and you sense the great relief of Black Perl as you hand her to the Ostler and things fade.

After an indeterminate length of time the dream repeats itself exactly like this and then the third time you see things from the perspective of Black Perl. You are tired, your coat lathered, your rider had been heavy with the crop. This wasn't normal, usually he was kinder than that but you could sense something was upsetting him. You were passing down the lane when you smelt something rotten like the sea. Something moved, it frightened you and you nearly threw your rider. Then it simply wasn't there and half an hour later you where in your stable and the ostler had a sugar cube.

Time passes, day turns into night and the other horses in the stable wicker softly. Suddenly you are alert, that smell again mixed with something else - blood! Visceral panic starts to take over. You have to warn the men - but how? You snort in frustration, that smell, bad things go with that smell! Despite whinning and rearing the smell won't go away and pawing at the door and neighing at the handlers wasn't working either, for some reason they wern’t answering! Turning around Black Pearl lines up with the door and let loose a tremendous kick with both hind feet, shaking dust down as the rafters rattled. A second kick resolved the issue of the door as the splinters covered the handler coming to see what the commotion was about. Rearing up and neighing loudly Black Pearl rushes out past the handler towards the offending smell. It takes several attempts, but your determined hooves burst the door open. You rush out to see what the commotion is, only to see half a dozen of your fellow horses butchered! Wild eyed you see the stallion Jet battling with a lumbering creature, a gray-green thing glistening with moisture that smells of the sea! It's wicked cleaver flashes out and Jet screams and falls down thrashing! The cleaver lashes out again, spittle dribbles the thing's fishlike maw. It glances at you and the torch light glinting of the accursed cleaver fills your equine heart with dread!

Ready to rush the creature battling his stablemate, Black Pearl stomps his front feet in preparation for his rush. Skidding to an abrupt stop as Jet is savagely brought down. The creature's attention sends a bone deep chill running down the horse back, flight finally winning out against fight. Eyes rolling he turns and runs out the other end of the barn, searching for his rider, but instead you spot a trio of strange swarthy muscle bound man-things dressed in rags with red warpaint and teeth filed down to points. They seem to be directing the other grey things that smell of the sea.

You experience a sudden wrenching sensation and your perspective abruptly changes. You see Black pearl screaming as it bolts, it's perused by numerous gray-green abominations. They slowly corner the proud horse, ignoring it's kicks and bites. The one with the cleaver butchers it and they drag it's twitching corpse to the stables. They callously pile it next to nearly a dozen other horses. The one with cleaver places it point first into the corpse of a stallion and laughs viciously as it departs. Something about that final act fills you with revulsion and things go dark as the dream fades as the sense of deja vu becomes overwhelming. Despite this somehow you are sure the dream wasn't quite the same as before...

Lizzie manages the strike the animated bush solidly once more, shattering wood and tearing a clump of foliage away. Thin and reedy, the bush shrieks!

Momijii however came in hard and fast and her blows shattered the bush, sending large lumps of it flying. The thing shrieks once more before falling silent. From the south a pair of mournful piping calls answer the death of the topiary.

Heinrich feel free to do something else.

Agrippa pours an infusion down poor Filbert's neck, some of the blunt trauma vanishes and he awakens spluttering. Filbert you're awake but prone.

With her torch leaving a trail of super bright sparks, Luxina sprints towards the nearest topiary and thrusts the unstable mixture into it's innards. A thin wail precedes a WHOOMPH as the bush spectacularly catches fire!

Burning strongly, the bush wails as it blunders towards Luxina who easily side steps it's feeble attack.
