She's punching well above her weight class because of the crits...I've rolled and confirmed three times in seven or eight attacks.

Good point about the moving penalty - I totally whiffed on that, so at a -5 that was still a 42. And yes Seamus intends to drop more bombs on her head. I figure he's got one shot at it with the amount of damage she's outputting - fight fire with fire.

Haftor can act!

Male Dwarf Warpriest 5 (AC: 21 [25 against monsters of the giant subtype], HP: 50/50) Giants Slain: Cave Giant x1, Hill Giant x1, Hill Giant Skeleton x1, Marsh Giant x1

Haftor looks down and sees Jarrek lying in the bottom of the boat. "Hrmph. This won't do." He reaches down and intones a brief prayer to Torag, healing the half-orc. "Wakey, Wakey, Tea and Cakey!" With that, he steps carefully off the boat and onto blissfully solid ground, intoning as he moves, "No laying down on the job, Jarrek. This ain't a slumber party."

Cast CMW on Jarrek 2d8 + 4 ⇒ (5, 1) + 4 = 10 and then moves as far as he can in the direction of the archer. I don't think being large actually increases my move rate, and I'm not sure how much of my move action is taken up by getting out of the boat.

Jarrek jerks back to consciousness with a furious roar. "Dammit! Who killed me?" He shakes his head to get himself back into gear and stands up, scanning the shore. Seeing Svarog advancing on a target in the brush, he levels his huge sword and bares his teeth at the archer.

"I'm gonna cut off your shooting hand and stake you out in the sun for the ants! I'm gonna take that bow and stick it..." Jarrek's promised revenge gets more graphic and anatomically unlikely the longer he goes on, and he goes on for a while.

Move action to stand from prone, standard to Intimidate.

I should point out, Jarrek, that if you threaten to do anything that you don't actually intend to do, you'll immediately become sickened for the next 24 hours. You're also out of range for an attempt to demoralize, I believe.

Male Dwarf Warpriest 5 (AC: 21 [25 against monsters of the giant subtype], HP: 50/50) Giants Slain: Cave Giant x1, Hill Giant x1, Hill Giant Skeleton x1, Marsh Giant x1

It would be a crime against humanity to waste that roll. Get yer arse in range! (Being sickened is no big deal.)

Unfortunately, he has to wait until next round--move action to stand, and he can't 5' step out of the boat.

Dammit, I even checked the page to see if there was a range! OK, move action to stand and move action to move into range, he just yells while moving.

That's an interesting take on "lie or break an oath". Are exaggerations lies? What if he's just talking trash, does that count as serious talk that falls under his curse? It's an interesting thing to think about. In any case, he will absolutely cut off her hand and stake her out for ants to eat her eyes, totally serious about that.

Perhaps unreasonably, the dire situation doesn't seem to trouble Haftor. He's put his faith in Torag, and he's confident that righteousness will prevail. In any case, he imagines his afterlife should be pretty cushy.

Haftor will do as many of the following things as he can before Mel breaks the spell:
As per my last post, next action is to expend 2 uses of his fervor to channel energy: 1d6 ⇒ 4 to Trianne, Svarog and himself. I don't think this gets either one of them conscious, but at least Trianne won't die.
He then takes as many move actions as necessary to get to Mel.
He yanks her bow out of her hands and flings it in Svarog's general direction.
He takes out his rope and ties her hands behind her back, then drags her back to a spot on the bank by the boat.
Use last Fervor on Jarrek 1d6 ⇒ 5
That's probably enough for now.

EDIT: scratch the last action. I just realized that I actually get 5 uses of fervor per day at 4th level, so I can do another channel. I'll drag everyone (except Mel) into my 30' radius area of effect and channel instead of just healing Jarrek.

Haftor struggles through the heavy underbrush towards the archer, but before he can reach her she shakes off the spell.

For reference, she blew her save at Haftor's action in Round 11. At her action in the same round, she started the full-round action required to attempt a new save. At his action on Round 12, Haftor started moving towards her. At her action on Round 12, she completed her full-round action, attempted a second save, and succeeded. Once I'm able to check the map, I'll determine what she's going to do with her Round 12 action.
