Touch attack triggers mesmeric mirror, though if she has true seeing that'll do squat against her. If it does hit, Bashiel is immune vs. compulsions thanks to Aura of Righteousness, so unless Ileosa has some special ability to pierce through, he'll just shrug it off.

@Kalem: Caster's usually have worse CMD, so stealing might work. Unfortunately, it'll be tough to do so while she's mirror imaged. I'm also a little worried that the crown can take over people it touches.

Bashiel quickly strikes out as Ileosa starts to slip away. The sudden blur of mirror images around her vexes him, but even had they not been there, it was a sloppy stab. He follows after her "You cannot outrun your crimes and the city is lost to you. This is the end." He strikes once more, hoping to somehow find the right image among many.

Still singing, Zamanda sees what the queen is trying to do, and steps aside so that Kalem can more easily attack. She stays close enough for her Discordant Voice to be effective, however... not sure it will work on the evil bard/devil/whatever combination, but might as well try everything possible.

Then she takes a single shot, knowing she will have to get lucky to be able to hit her hyped up defenses.

This gives Bashiel, Kalem and Ilsa an opportunity to attack her.

The Queen finishes her dance at Ilsa's round.

EDIT:
The Crown of Fangs shines using magic on Ileosa.

You can see the crown used mislead and the Ileosa everyone is seeing is only an illusion. The real one became invisible.

"She's an illusion!" Ilsa exclaims to her allies, pointing toward where she's really gone. "A mislead spell!"

As Ileosa's health quickly drops, her contingency spell kicks in casting a heal on her, restoring a large amount of vitality, and removing the feeblemind state if Ilsa would had been successful on it.

Things are looking pretty badly for the Queen, as she looks badly injured even after the heal and her wounds are not regenerating.

On hearing about the mislead spell, Laori runs hastened after Zamanda. Taking a small bottle she applies an ointment there on her eyes, casting true seeing over the aasimar. All the illusions surrounding the Queen suddenly become clear for Zamanda, and she can shot freely at her without penalty "Zamanda, kill the monster!!!! It is yours!!!"

Zamanda looked at the hope in Laori's eyes, and could for the first time see in her what Kalem did. She knew she would disappoint that hope, since her arrows up to now hadn't been able to hit the queen at all... they bounced off like toothpicks. ... But those eyes meant that she would try anyway.

She nodded her thanks and her agreement, then still singing, turned towards the true queen, trying again to hit her with the adamantine arrows, and praying mentally for help from whoever cared to make a difference for good to guide her hand.

I don't think that is a confirm because a 41 didn't hit her before... but at least the 20 means I hit her once.

Iron Gods: Iron maps;

Zamanda puts her faith in her shots, and her preparation, as she well chose adamantine arrows for the fight. Two of her arrows effectively bounce again, but one, one strikes true, and with the diminished defenses due to the Queen's dance, the strike goes through her heart.
Triple damage, taking Damage 2 and 3 without the extra die and adding burst: 46 + 25 + 27 + 1d10 ⇒ 46 + 25 + 27 + (7) = 105

Ileosa opens her eyes wide, lurches for the arrow stopping her dance, and removes it from her heart, looking at it and the blood filling her hands and arms. She looks in shock as the wounds are not regenerating, halted by Serithial "No... i-it... can... not... be..." her eyes slowly close and she collapses to the ground, quickly bleeding to death!

Combat is over!

Ilsa watches as Zamanda's killing blow strikes the Queen in the heart.

Hardly believing they had done it, Ilsa reaches out with her mind to ensure the former ruler was truly dead. Raising her arm, the despot rises from the ground to mirror Ilsa's actions, blood continuing to pour from her wounds. Using Continued Animation--mainly to make sure it works and that she's truly dead, and maybe partly to creep everyone out.

Once Ilsa is satisfied she is no more, she drops her arm to her side and Ileosa's form collapses with it.

"She's--dead," Ilsa murmurs, barely believing it still. Her niece, Brigit, would be safe and Ilsa could raise her. She thought of her companions that had been lost along the way. She thought of her hometown--Korvosa--safe once more.

"We did it!" she exclaims to her companions, happier than she had been since this started. "We did it!"

Suddenly thinking of something important, the mesermist quickly removes the crown from the Queen's head, kicking it with her toe.

"Uh--just in case."

The flames on Kalem’s scythe died and his wings faded, leaving him standing before the fallen queen. ”It doesn’t feel real.” He said, looking at the corpse. ”Is that it? Did we do it? Is it all done?” He asked, looking around at his companions.

Zamanda looks shocked for a second that her arrow actually did that much damage and the queen wasn't healing from it, but then she smiled. Of course, her prayers had been answered. Someone was listening after all. Korvosa could continue to heal... the queen would not be returning.

She stops singing, assuming that the other duplicates would be dispatched quickly now that the queen was dead.

After Ilsa has her fun, Zamanda starts looting the queen's body. She glances at the crown but doesn't approach it from where it has been kicked. She asks Bash

So, what do we do with that? Can Serithial break it, perhaps? I'm not sure that will work, but it would be something.

To the group she adds

...I also think we need to trace these crystal tubes back and destroy the ability for this place to do whatever blood magic it does. I don't pretend to understand it, but hopefully we can break it anyway. ... Might have to kill that fish Ilsa made friends with after all though. Err... unless you think he would be calmed by feeding him her body? I'm still a little bitter, have to admit, and I wouldn't mind seeing that, but since she was his friend and all, it also might upset him.

After gathering up any loot, Zamanda will take a look at the crystal tubes up here and see if there is anything she can do... would they melt/shatter if she applied a lot of fire magic, for instance? Or could Kalem hack them enough to break them?

Rolling Perception and Disable Device since they both seem relevant to the task

Fearful of the crown's continuing influence, Bashiel doesn't think to celebrate. Instead, he marches right over to where the crown lies kicked and strikes at it with Serithial. The blade's purpose was to fight against Kazavon... so perhaps it would serve to destroy the crown's teeth, or at least end its powers.

Bashiel directs his attacks at the fallen crown.

The Crown of Fangs can only be destroyed if struck, while unattended, by a holy sword forged by a once-mortal god. Fortunately, the blade Serithtial is one such blade. As soon as Bashiel strikes it the crown shatters in pieces with a howl of fury!

When this happens, the pool of blood shudders and shakes once more. A draconic talon lances out from one side, an immense skeletal wing from another. The entire room trembles and heaves, and a growing roar fills the air, quickly rising to deafening levels.

The room exploded in a cacophony of sound and violence, of which Kalem was shielded by the clones of the queen. When the dust settled, only one still stood. Kalem flew over with his scythe and put an end to the last one, fairly certain that doing so was needed for their cleanup job.

"If Serithial can't keep this thing in check, then we'll really be in trouble." Bashiel ducks and weaves as the chains and lightning fill the room. He braces himself against the noise and maddening influence of the... remnant of Kazavon? He wasn't really sure if this was just some manifestation, or truly Kazavon returning to life.

He traces the tip of Serithial through the air, making the sign of Osiris' crook and flail. He calls out "Lord of the Living, please grant us the strength needed to repel this shadow of blood and pain!" and suddenly floods the room in golden light that clings to himself and each of his allies. (Activating Aura of Justice as a free action. This grants Bashiel, Laori and Kalem, and Zamanda if she was within 10ft, the ability to smite the blood dragon with Bashiel's bonuses of +3/+21) Bashiel immediately directs the light summoned into the blood dragon. Iron Gods: Iron maps;

As per the vision request discussed in Discussion...

Bashiel questions Osiris about what is going on. The group is responded with a vision of what will happen if they do not stop the ritual before it is too late...

With each passing round, an immense shape of blood and darkness emerges from the Everdawn Pool, assuming the form of a blue dragon from the skeleton out. Lightning crackles and iron chain writhe and snap through the room. Each round, more and more of the dragon’s body reforms as the chains seem to wrap around its form and transform into flesh, organs, and muscles.

After a minute of crescendo, the blood of the Everdawn Pool exhausts itself and goes dormant once again as a new life—Kazavon reborn—appears.

Iron Gods: Iron maps;

The vision happens just before Bashiel attacks with Serithtial, the aura of justice is not spent yet, but he can activate it as soon as his turn comes up.

Kalem attacks with all of his rage left. Without his defensive spells prepared on the instant of his apparition, the dragon defenses are overtaken by the furious scythe in three times, opening deep gashes. The dragon does not seem impressed by the Cornugon Smash.

Zamanda's arrow goes for the colossal dragon, but the scales just deflect the adamantine head. AC

Bashiel, momentarily disoriented by the strange sense that this situation isn't quite right, takes a second or two to gather himself. By the time he's ready to act, the dragon has already unleashed a flurry of magic. He offers his plea to Osiris for aid - not only for himself but also all of his companions. (Bashiel, Laori and Kalem gain the ability to smite with Bashiel's bonuses of +3/+21. This bonus will last 1 minute)

He invokes his smite against Kazavon (swift), then hesitates for a moment. The dragon was a dreadful foe - like something of a previous, mythic age. There were no guarantees that any of them could last more than a few seconds against such a creature - already Kalem looked in serious danger. He whispers "Have another true seeing Laori? We might need it." then does something that might seem incredibly reckless...

He spends a few moments removing his shield, then drops into a guarded stance with one hand free. (move action) He looks to Zamanda and Ilsa for guidance on which of the two dragons to attack, then delivers a single careful stab.

My trigger condition for mesmeric mirror is now "any attack made against me". I'm gambling on it not currently having true seeing... just the fact that it cast mage armor makes me think it didn't resurrect with buffs intact. I suspect its AC and attack bonus will both be sky high, so I'm switching to the best offensive option I have.

Sorry, you mentioned it, but I don't know what the aura of justice benefit is, so I can't include a number in my rolls. I don't see it listed in a post or in the party or individual buffs. If it is at least one though, then with my forgotten +5 from the ring and that point from Bash, I wouldn't be shaken from last turn, and I would make the save below as well, for half damage, so going with that, but let me know if I am applying it inappropriately.

Kalem dove to the side, avoiding the worst of the dragon’s breath. Even so, it still hurt something fierce. Forewarned about whom to attack, he rolled to his feet and used his wings to shoot himself forward. His scythe blazed with his own energy, though it also hit with the Sonic force of Zamanda’s voice and glowed with Bashiel’s divine might. Already Kalem was a warrior with few peers, but with his companions adding their strength, his scythe became all the more deadly.

Driven to the brink of death, Kalem knew that he was outmatched. In seconds he would die and nothing could stop it. It was sad, given how many things there was that he wanted to do. He had fallen in love, overcome his personal demons (literally) and was going to have all of the time in the world. But now? He had but seconds. That was, until he felt Laori’s touch, healing his wounds. Realizing how close she was, he launched himself forward into a suicidal charge, striking the dragon clean between the eyes. It was the kind of blow that would fell a lessor wyrm…

:O I think Kazavon power attacking saved you Kalem! And that crack back! If the dragon doesn't have fortification or some special immunity, that might be enough?

Bashiel feels Serithial tugging, the blade desperate to use him to put an end to Kazavon. He raises from a defensive stance to an aggressive one as he makes a sign in the air with his free hand. Serithial's blade tightens to a fine line, scarcely more than a thread. (Casting dimensional blade as a swift) Then, while Kalem is occupying Kazavon's attention, he darts two steps in to get under the dragon and unleashes a lightning flurry of delicate stabs. Each one enters and leaves with a quiet *thwoop*.

Dimensional blade allows this round's attacks to resolve against touch AC + any bonuses from mage armor or shield. I can't use power attack since these are touch attacks, so I'll instead use dazing assault. Each successful hit requires a DC27 Fort save or be dazed 1 rd.

Since this is a vision, I'm mixing it up and making it a choose your own adventure.

Basically, since every square is threatened and will draw an AOO, there isn't anything for her to do without risking death, so I came up with some death-defying options.

--If you would like to escape, turn to Random Option #1
--If you would like to have the dragon leave, turn to Random Option #2
--If you want to try something a little more outlandish, please turn to Random Option #3

Random Option 1:

Zamanda sees that the fight is lost already, and casts Bard's Escape to move everyone to the dry hallway two levels below that leads to the secret exit.

Concentration (Cast Defensively): 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (8) + 20 = 28

That's a pass... DC would be 15 +double spell level, so 25. Squeaks by more closely than I would like, but prevents the dragon from AOOing Zamanda to instant death while casting.

No save, no SR, but subjects do have to be willing... so if you aren't, you stay. If you are, you move. Can move 7 people besides myself, and we're all within 30 feet of someone else in the group, so distance should be fine.

Random Option 2:

Zamanda pulls her portable hole out of her pocket, and tumbles over to Ileosa's body.

Tumbling (move through threatened squares): 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (4) + 20 = 24

I have no idea what the dragon's CMD is, but I'm guessing that is a fail. However, dropping something is a free action, and she *is* 10 feet tall, so, continuing...

The dragon catches her moving, and lashes out, but as she falls and is dying, she reaches over and drops her portable hole into Ileosa's portable hole, causing an extradimensional cataclysm, destroying them both, and sending both her own expiring corpse AND the dragon to the Astral Plane.

Random Option 3:

Knowing she is going to die, Zamanda can only think of one way out. She unstoppers her Decanter of Endless Water, and aims for the dragon's maw. There's no way she can make the shot...

Throw Decanter into Dragon's Mouth: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (20) + 19 = 39

But amazingly, with the luck of the gods, she DOES. At the last moment, as it is disappearing down his throat she says the command word, forcing it to bring forth a geyser.

30 gallons a round. I have no idea how big dragon stomachs are, but I'm betting it can't handle that for very long.

The dragon's proximity zaps the Bashiel and Laori, but Kalem resists the damage.

The particulate form fast heals you.

Feeling the colossal strength of the dragon nearby, Kalem gives the best of himself with a mighty cut of his furious scythe that opens a large wound in a sensitive area of the dragon's neck. Incredibly, the dragon does not fall and stops all his other attacks.

Guided by the gods, Bashiel founds the weakness of the dragon, and pleading for help, Serithtial becomes a thin layer of bleed that cuts through the dragon scales as if they were no more than butter. With a rightful follow up of stabs, the holy warrior destroys the vital organs of the beast, all his attacks hitting the easy giant target.

Zamanda has no time to choose her adventure, chopped in multiple parts, the great wyrm falls like a giant tree over the ground of the pyramid, his body crumbles swiftly, and is soon reduced to little more than dust.

Behind only his fangs remain behind amid the dust.

Combat is over!

Mid twirl of his thread-like rapier, Bashiel opens his eyes and sees Serithial instead buried deep within the Everdawn Pool. He sighs in pure relief "Yes, somehow." he whispers to Ilsa.

"Did everyone just see that? Osiris saw fit to grant me a vision of what would have happened had we failed here... a nigh-unstoppable immortal Kazavon." He eyes the pool, a little nervous that maybe the dragon's claw would emerge just as in the vision. "Thankfully, we got here in time to stop that from happening."

For once in his life, Kalem looked pale of the face. He leaned on his scythe in stunned silence, staring at the pool with a distant look in his face. Just as rare, he couldn’t find any words that could do the situation justice.
