Here's the Crypt of the Everflame Thread. I'm running this PFS legal, so your characters can get credit for this one!

Here's the intro blurb:
An adventure for 1st-level characters

The young heroes of the town of Kassen are ready for their coming-of-age ceremony, an old tradition in which they retrieve a piece of the eternal flame burning in the tomb of the town’s founder. Yet when they arrive there, they find only the corpses of their fellow townsfolk, dead bandits, and mysterious animated skeletons. The novice heroes must brave the traps and perils of the Crypt of the Everflame, discover the source of the corruption that has awakened an ancient evil, and defeat a menace that seeks vengeance against Kassen and its people.

Crypt of the Everflame is a dungeon adventure for 1st-level characters, written for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and compatible with the 3.5 edition of the world’s oldest RPG. The adventure map uses the same layout as the 2009 edition of Paizo’s GameMastery Flip-Mat: Dungeon. This adventure is set in the forested land of Nirmathas in the Pathfinder Chronicles campaign setting, but can easily be set in any game world. It can be used on its own or combined with its sequels, Masks of the Living God and City of Golden Death to create an even greater campaign arc.

Designed specifically for the new Pathfinder Roleplaying Game rules and designed by the new game’s primary designer, Crypt of the Everflame spotlights exciting new rules updates and character abilities, making the ideal introductory adventure for Pathfinder RPG players. A new era in fantasy roleplaying begins here!

Liberty's Edge

You are all the young heroes of Kassen. Either born here or moved here at an early age, you have all grown to adulthood in this town. Today is the annual quest for the Everflame, the coming of age ceremony for the young adults of the town. You have been told that this year is your year. Today you will start your quest to the crypt of Ekat to light a lantern from the Everflame in his crypt.

You were to meet in the town square at noon. Usually this place is a cross section of the village with people working or talking. However, today when you arrive it is empty except for the others chosen to enter the crypt.

Just then, the bells atop the Temple of Erastil toll their midday song, echoing through the quiet town. As the peals begin t fade, the first of the townsfolk make their way into the square, dressed in black, as if attending a funeral. They slowly fill the square, moving quietly across the cold, hard ground, their eyes downcast and mournful. After a few moments, a murmur passes through the crowd as it slowly parts to let Mayor Uptal through. he leads the way with a tarnished silver lantern. Behind him, an old pony drags a cart laden with backpacks and supplies.

Once he reaches the center of the crown, Mayor Uptal stops and calls out to the assembled townsfolk Once again the winter winds blow through the Fangwood, marking the end of another harvest. There are wolves in the woods, howling at our walls, and serpents in our shadows, waiting to strike. Just as it was one hundred and seventy-four years ago, when Kassen himself left these walls to protect us, so it is today. Where are the heroes? Where are the brave folk that will venture out to Kassen's tomb and retrieve the flame to keep this community safe for another winter?

A skinny tall tiefling does one step to the front, speaking loudly.

I offer myself for the task.

Years ago, this town accepted me as one of yours, even not being of your kin and neither of your country.

Here, in Kassen, I found friends, a mentor and a life. You had helped me many time before, now is my turn to repair the debt.

This winter, I´ll face the wolves, I´ll face the serpents, I´ll go to the tomb of Kassen to retrieve the flame.

He stoods firmly, knowing he isn´t appreciated by many of the townsfolk due to his heritage and his ankward aspect. But this don´t mind to him, even that people helped him to became one with the community, and now is time to be part of the ceremony.

A tall, fit, and attractive woman with hair of sparkling silver steps forward. Though mostly human in appearance, it is clear celestial blood flows through her veins.

She stands in sharp contrast to the infernal features of the tiefling; if she bears any prejudice against him, her eyes do not betray it.

"I have also been adopted by this town, and commit all that I am to this cause. May Iomedae bless our endeavor," she says.

where are the heroes? Well you are in luck, I'm one of the heroes you search for Tusk says with a very positive attitude.

Liberty's Edge

The mayor turns from the people who have stepped forward and begins to gather large backpacks. Here! Each of you take one! For Maldrek, since you spoke up, I give the lantern. Carry with care! He then turns to the rest of the town and booms I PRESENT TO YOU THE BRAVE HEROES WHO WILL FOLLOW IN KASSEN'S FOOTSTEPS TO RETRIEVE THE EVERFLAME! SOME OF THEM MAY NOT RETURN, BUT I SAY TO YOU THAT THEIR SACRIFICE SHALL NOT BE FORGOTTEN. GO, BRAVE HEROES, AND DO NOT RETURN UNTIL YOU HAVE THE ENTERAL FIRE!"

And with that the may points to the south, the direction of kassen's tomb. The townsfolk begin to wave goodbye with cold, solemn looks on most of their faces.

With that I will need a walking order. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1LXeaCzO8P5d5yKLG-ZYicGqWGjuYCTO1wvN mvwYj4Mg/edit?usp=sharing Go here, post a picture of your character and where you are in relation to the other characters. Also, make sure I know your perception modifier for things.

I assume we're walking up on the map. Gorwyn is the long-haired guy whose token is in a gold circle, and his eidolon Conflaviel is the angel-looking thing next to him. I couldn't find a good forum avatar for him; the one I'm using is the best I could do. His token is more what he really looks like. He and Conflaviel are both happy to be near the front.

Gorwyn steps forward to join the other fledgling heroes accepting the task. With him is a tall, quiet, golden-looking angelic figure. Doubtless it turns some heads, but those who have known him for a little while know that this is Conflaviel, his eidolon-- an outsider that Gorwyn has a special connection with, and it was that connection that prompted Gorwyn to try to become an adventurer in the first place. Indeed, those who know him well know that Gorwyn has already joined the Pathfinder society and gone through his Confirmation, and that he has the wayfinder to show it.

(That's the only scenario he's played.)

Gorwyn already has lamellar leather armor and a loaded backpack of his own, but he says, "I can carry about another ten pounds of gear. Conflaviel here, however, does not really wear the armor it appears he wears, for they are actually part of his own form. Conflaviel is quite strong, and can carry a lot of gear."

Conflaviel can carry 60 or so pounds of gear, but there is the danger that if he gets unsummoned, it won't be available for a day until Gorwyn can resummon him!

Both Conflaviel and Gorwyn are armed with morningstars, and those who have known them know that they pratice fighting together.

You set off. It's a colder day. It hasn't snowed much, but it is still cold as you make your way into the woods. As you go deeper, you see the natural path that leads through the forest to the crypt that is indicated by your map. It's not well worn, but it's used enough to lead you in the right direction. As you make you way deeper into the forest, you see a suprize awaiting you. To your left three orcs emerge from the forest. They stare are you, grunt, and ready their rusty swords. They do not look friendly.
