Kiri, Lydia and Leora are up.
Kiri Windfeather
Kiri saw an opportunity to finally punch a hole through the fools trying to keep them in here, the stupid Thrune sympathizers. She once again gathered the air, it took more effort this time as her target was out of her reach with a normal blast. Around her body a veritable tornado began as she pulled in more air than normal, Leroa was close enough to be buffeted by the strong surge of swirling winds. When she had enough air gathered she sent yet another blast at her first target but all of the distractions going on, the chaotic fighting, caused her aim to be way off and she missed her target, the blast plowing into the ground at his feet.

Leora Scileana
Leora attempts a shield bash as the thug withdraws, but she misses, not used to wielding the shield, let alone using it as a weapon. "Take heart, Kiri! If you did it once, you can get him again!" she insists to her companion.
Noticing that the Chelish sympathizer is moving away, towards a group holding their own near some benches to the north, she lets Kiri know he's escaping. "C'mon! We won't let him get away that easily!" Her bravado is diminished by her slowness - the heavy armor and the thick crowd slow her progress towards the escaping thug.

Lydia Tivyr
"You attack an unarmed priest with a club, and I'm the coward? I suppose a mind like that is why you're the thug rather than the mastermind." Lydia really wanted to give the brute a taste of Shelyn's power, but she could not cast effectively without giving up her defenses; she had been lucky enough to get off the armor spell, and her attempt to cast an offensive spell fizzles.

Lydia, any move action or 5-ft step?
GM Paladin

Oh right, I said that, didn't I? At some point in the rounds, the crowd thins out enough that it's no longer difficult terrain, I need to check how long that is in the book. How about this:
Lydia steps back, and the swinging thug is unable to reach her with his club.

Nox, her throat still bleeding from the dagger wound, croaks out, "You two with me; you two find whoever cast that wind spell!" as she ducks into the opera house and two of the dottari follow. The other two begin pushing their way through the scrum, heading generally towards Kiri, whose gathering of wind power apparently attracted a lot of attention.

Jessi's breath catches in her throat as she hears Nox bark some order and two of the dottari start in the general direction of herself, Sabrina, and Domitius. Her heartrate goes down a tick when the dottari take a more southerly track, pushing through the crowd west of the trio, their attention apparently on someone else in the crowd. The bard works on the few remaining buckles and restraints, hoping to be free of her creation in time to run from the scene.
Davina Eradon
Davina stands up from where she had crawled. She'd like to move away, but won't leave Lydia alone with the thug who has shown no respect for a priestess. She tries bluff him into moving away instead. "You heard Nox. Search for the person who cast the wind. She points in the opposite direction of where she thinks the caster is. That's toward the opera house. "It came from that direction."
Using my move action to stand up. If the bluff doesn't work she'll pull out her rapier and ready an action to attack the thug if he attacks either her or Lydia.

Jessibel unconsciously winces and looks up from her work at the sound of Dom's sap connecting with the skull of the threatening thug.
"Almost got it...I think."
GM Paladin

Domitius knocks his foe to the pavement with a powerful blow. The unconscious thug is bleeding from his mouth and a nasty abrasion on his temple, but he'll probably live.
"Almost got these laces undone!" Sabrina says through clenched teeth.
Only 2 more full-round actions are required to free Jessibel from the costume. Presumably, that will be complete next turn. Either Sabrina and Jessibel or Sabrina and Dom could spend those actions, giving Dom or Jessibel the chance to act, respectively.

Lucius glares at the man in front of him. He almost wanted to offer one final warning before firing, but looking behind him he saw two ladies being threatened by a few more thugs Lucius decides to stand his ground. He'd warn the man after he'd had a taste of gunpowder and iron. Aiming his musket at the man Lucius smiles for a split second before firing.

As Davina tries to stand, the cruel man in front of her takes advantage and swings his cudgel, dealing her a painful blow to her side. "Don't try getting all smart with me, you stuck up bint," he growls as she staggers to her feet. 7 nonlethal damage to Davina.
As Lucius sets up his Musket, the thug takes advantage of the momentary inattention this requires, belting him across the chest just as the gunpowder explodes, driving the musket ball into his assailant's shoulder. "Bloody hell!" he groans as he clutches one hand at his wound. 7 Nonlethal damage to Lucius.
Davina's attacker knocks aside her rapier and rams his weapon into her gut, knocking the wind out of her and causing her to fall back down to the cobbles, blacking out from pain and lack of air. 5 NL damage, 3 of which becomes lethal. Davina's total damage is 9 NL and 3 Lethal; she is unconscious but not in danger of death.
Lydia's magic shield blocks another attack.
Lucius is not so lucky. The thug yells at him, "F+$# orders, you're dead you little shit!" and swings for his head, dealing him a glancing blow that still rattles him, doing more serious injury than before. Lucius takes 3 Lethal damage (total: 7 NL, 3 L). He then backs away, leaving an opening for Lucius to hit him if he wants to use his musket as an improvised club. "We gotta get this guy, he's got some kind of magic staff that hurts like hell! he mutters to his compatriot.
The two that Kiri blasted are still fleeing her power.
While studying his opponent, Domitius noticed a few things: he is wielding a light mace, has a bronze pendant in the symbol of the House of Thrune around his neck, and a pair of manacles looped through his belt next to his coin purse. His studded leather armor is outfitted in black and red, matching the colors, though lacking the sense of style, of Sabrina's and Jessibel's.

Kirri realize they were going to be in trouble now, the guards were beginning to block off the exit and they might need numbers to get away. While she normally wouldn't go out of her way to help others this time it was in her own best interests. She saw one person dropped by the goons in a cluster that was fighting well against the thugs and figured they'd be the best bet at helping her get out of her in one piece. She moved over to get in range and said, to Leora, "We need them if we want out of here alive." With that she sent a burst of wind at the thug that knocked the woman unconscious.

Lydia Tivyr
Woops, sorry about that, lost track of the turn order.
Lydia is grateful to see she and Davina are not the only ones resisting the thugs, though her saviors were rather odd; a strix capable of creating great gusts of wind and a heavily disguised man wielding some sort of large, explosive wand is not the sort of company Lydia usually keeps but they were quite welcome at this time.
"I do not know who you are, but I hope I can assume allies? We will have to speak further when these ruffians are dealt with."
Lydia manages to get off a spell; now that she knows there are some people capable of creating wounds she can instead focus on making that process simpler. "Power Word: Wrack."

The crowd is thinning out now. Though there are plenty of people lying on the ground -- hopefully just unconscious -- and many others are still fighting, a sizable minority are getting away, pushing past the dottari and the thugs to escape down alleyways and sidestreets. 5-ft steps are now possible, and moving at full speed is possible with a DC 10 acrobatics check.
Lydia's spell sends wracking pain through the thug's muscles, causing him to groan in pain. "Bloody... spellcasters..." he growls through clenched teeth.
One of the Dottari continues towards the site where Kiri gathered power before, but the other sees her use her magic again and dodges through the crowd nimbly. "You! You're under arrest!" she barks at Kiri, drawing her heavy mace and readying her shield, emblazoned with the Thrune crest.

The thug doesn't try to swing at Davina as she drinks an extract and stands. He seems to regret his forbearance when she suddenly opens her mouth and breathes fire in a toasty cone, hitting him and the other two thugs behind him. He falls to the ground, overwhelmed by his injuries. The others are singed, but still standing. "Screw this!" one cries out, swinging angrily at Lydia who cast a spell on him. Unfortunately, his anger gives him strength, and he breaks through her force shield. He's not pulling his punches, either, and the spiked ball hits her right in the face, crushing her nose, left eye socket, and left cheekbone, and knocking her down. Confirmed critical to Lydia for 15 lethal damage. Lydia is at -7 and needs to make a stabilization roll on her turn.

Jessibel sees the blonde half-elf take a horrific belt to the side of the face from one of the Thrune Goons and hears the man call out to the dottari to arrest the young woman while she's 'knocked out.' Knocked out??!! She's dying! Jessi determines that saving the half-elf's life is worth risking arrest herself, but a dottari's potentially blocking her way to the fallen lady.
Before she can react, though, another woman uses magic to revive the downed half-elf and the nearest dottari heads southeast for some reason. The peaceful protest she'd expected to attend had become a riot, and she was unarmed and unarmored, so she shifts to the fallen Thrune thug and grabs his mace. Acting on impulse, she also snatches up his Thrune pendant for later examination.
She keeps the mace tucked under the folds of her cloak to maintain the illusion that she's unarmed.
