I get it now, I'll move as far as I can towards the bug in a single move and do the same as above
Hoshiko Masaru Kodo

"Jhon do I still need to hold the rope or are you safe from drowning?" Hoshiko asks before letting go of the rope. (delay)
Jhon Doe

I only face drowing if I fall unconscious. So this bug should have the "mercy" to hit me hard, but not enough to kill me and then pass from eat me.
I´ll prefer if you hold your weapon instead of the rope, if you want my opinion

Sorry for delayed posting work has been very hectic
A swift flick of the rapier cuts the water bugs head clean off and it releases Jhon.
Jhon continues to pull the handle the was attached to. Once opened all of the water rushes in and pulls anyone in the water with it(DC15 Acrobatics to avoid). Anyone falling into the hole takes
falling dmg: 1d6 ⇒ 1 (DC10 Acrobatics to avoid the dmg.
Once everyone either falls in or walks in you notice that this area was all blocked off and if it wasnt for the sitting water that just rushed in you problably wouldnt have been able to move on.
A network of 6-foot-wide, arched tunnels connects doublevaulted ossuary chambers. The once ornate chambers are now a patchwork of brown stone walls, faded paint, and crumbling plaster. Water seeps through the walls and collects in floor cracks and ankle-deep puddles. The entire area is dark.
The link to the map will be used from now on. I need you to place your selves in the order you want on the stairs using the first 6 places from the left and tell me where you guys want to go

After the battle, Varuna inspects the hand and smells it. "Hmph, Human. Fresh." He then tosses it to the side and climbs down the hole after it drains.
I would say either myself or Ivaar goes first since we have darkvision.
Lissa Meadowlark

Trill is a Diminutive bird. She stays on my shoulder under most circumstances, but may move to aid one of my allies if necessary. (She can use my Lay on Hands). I can use a small separate piece to distinguish who she is with.

Lissa stands up and pulls out an Alexandrite gem that glows with a heatless flame.
"What is this place?"
Lissa lets Trill hold on to her gem as she picks up her glaive and leads the party down the hall. When everyone is assembled, she moves to look down the first hallway.

Agreed, somebody with dark vision should lead. Can anyone cast the light cantrip or are we torching it?
Acrobatics DC 15: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11 is this real life?
Caught off guard by the sudden rush if water, Buck gets flushed into the following room.

Ivaar, the Rolling Stone

Ivaar sees as his companions are flushed.
Looks like I was right. No water is good!
He follows his companions down.
"Well, I can see perfectly fine in the dark, so I can take the lead or the rear. I have to skills at find those pesky traps though..."
He thinks for a while.
"If I get hit by some trap, I can trust yah all will heal me, right?"
First mission on this char, so he does not have a wand of CLW. Also, I think Varuna is better going first, since he has better AC and Ref save.
Buck Swashler
|
I think having Varuna in front and Ivaar in the middle/back is a good idea. Light source for the rest in the middle then? I think everyone else has low-light vision, so one source in the middle should be pretty good for us.
Lissa Meadowlark
|
Feel free to arrange Lissa as you see fit. She does have high health and AC, and Trill has a decent perception. She can handle being in front, but she is also primarily a support character. Trill is securing Lissa's gem of continuous flame right now, but someone else can hold it if they have a free hand.
"Trill can help look for traps! And if we miss one and you fall down, I'll patch you right up!"
Varuna Varghese
