Yeah, that fight reminds me of one very early fight featuring two evil clerics with the Trickery domain. They made for very nasty low level bad guys. Maybe robin remembers.
It's an interesting idea to take Tacey with the party. If more of you feel that it might be a good idea, I think I'll recruit a player to run her. But I'll leave the decision to you.

We happen to be lacking a roguish type so I'll endorse it. I'm fine either way, though - I know the standard AP is 4 characters. To be honest, I thought it would make sense to ask in-character, but I was really just expecting her to decline.

Yeah, you'll get the xp. Just waiting to see how the dialogue with Tacey would pan out, so you'll get xp for both of them.
You get 320 xp each for Tacey, Rohkar and the skeletons. Unfortunately I don't think that's enough for you. There was a typo: the ambushing bandits should give you 80 xp, not 801.

Eianar would not let the sprite free .... wants to speak to him to find out what's going on, why they wanted the Lady. Need to see if he can use call of cold to get the sprite to be his servant, would make it easier then for him to tell us what's going on ... even though I doubt Eianar can do that. Probably sprite has more than 2HD.
Also we should have Lady Argenta's signet ring, we should give it back to her, and any other of her personal possessions we found.

Eianar is right; everyone but Tacey gets 120 xp and a hero point for rescuing the Lady Argentea, so that should get you to level 2. Feel free to level up.
You should have the lady's ring, but the ring mentioned isn't it so you can still count it as loot.

On Rohkar: a scroll of animate dead (10 HD), two vials that are probably poison; a set of masterwork studded leather armor, dagger, light crossbow with 10 bolts, mwk short sword, white fur coat that radiates magic, mwk thieves’ tools, ring of keys (to the trapdoor, a chest and a cage to be mentioned below, a spellbook and a wooden unholy symbol of Norgorber, as well as 15 gp.
In his room: a gold ingot engraved with the Taldan royal seal (worth 50 gp), a spyglass , a silver lady’s ring (worth 25 gp), three shards of tiger’s eye gemstones (worth 10 gp each), a fine pair of leather riding boots of elven make (worth 15 gp), a silver dagger with a hidden compartment in the hilt containing 1 dose of some sort of poison, and a leather portfolio containing several pieces of parchment, including a scroll of endure elements, two scrolls of magic weapon, and a scroll of unseen servant.
In the storeroom: a birdcage containing a trapped blue fairy, just like the ones you battled, three scrolls of lesser animate dead(2 HD), as well as 2 more doses of poison and a small lockbox containing 25 pp, 150 gp, 180 sp, and a blue quartz “ice diamond” worth 100 gp. There is also three oils of magic weapon and 10 f lasks of alchemist’s fire.

I think either me or Dom makes the most sense with the armor.
EDIT: Never mind. I can use the short sword the most. Everything else is a toss-up.

I would also recommend the cloak go to Domitian since he has the Intimidate skill, could use the armor bonus and I'm way less susceptible to cold weather.
While I'm going the archer route at low levels, (and the way I've been shooting) I'm almost as effective in melee so the armor would be pretty useful for me.

So here are the suggested or claimed so far.
Domitian - white fur coat that radiates magic
Tacey - mwk short sword, , mwk thieves’ tools (only person who can use), masterwork studded leather armor
Damiano – spellbook, , scroll of endure elements, two scrolls of magic weapon, and a scroll of unseen servant.

Erland will keep the animate scrolls, if everyone is not dead set against it.
He can't really use them as of yet, but will be improving his UMD as he goes.
Not to mention, only Damiano & Erland can read them to know what they are...

That is absurdly unbalanced. I only wanted the shortsword because that's what my finesse training applies to and I only have one, so my damage would be quite a bit higher, I think, but yeah I'm literally the only one who can use the tools, so obviously I'd get that. The armor does the most good with me given that I will probably be using the ACP skills the most, but I think Ingrit and Dom would also get some use out of it. Plus, I'm already higher level than you guys anyway.
The bolts I can use but probably won't. Can Erland use some of the scrolls that Damiano is taking?

While he CAN use unseen servant & magic weapon, I don't forsee them being very useful in his hands.
Remember, he's a hex-based Int caster who doesn't wear armor.
As far as balance goes - Erland is also your healer, so keeping you lot better protected and between the baddies and him is to his advantage.
I'm not too concerned about the loot distribution, as it stands.
It's not like Erland can really use any of the stuff, although the silver dagger might be worthwhile, just in case we run into something with DR/Silver...

You do benefit the most from the sword and the armor. Just something we should be aware of the next time we have a loot distribution. The people who get nothing or very little this time get priority selection next time.
