The campaign is set in the Wilderlands, a points-of-light setting. Your part of the world is dominated by the Hygelak, the Invincible Overlord, and most cities pay tribute to him.
The nearest town is Byrny, but you will probably spend most of your time for now in the dungeon or in the Inn of the Slumbering Drake.
