@Lem this is a Sceaduinar. This gargoyle-like creature has long spiky legs and a bat-like head—its body seems to be made of living, dark purple crystal. You have one question.

Round 1: Erwin is now declaring a smite Evil against the gargoyle. And he's moving to strike that enemy down at the expense of defense using both hands.

Will save vs. Blindness: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26

Will save vs. the void: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 30

Resisting both magics, Erwin shakes his head free of the blinding light and engulfing darkness. His head snapped up as he heard the beating of wings following the crystalline Gargoyle's movements. As the creature struck at the now glimmering outline Seoni with dark power, his vision blocked out all else. Drawing his sword, he found himself leaping at it.

Question re the Sceaduinar would be it's energy resistances.

First action will be to caste haste on us all (last one, but I think this may be a major fight).
Plus, as move action, initiate courage.

"I think we've wound up this clockwork toy long enough."

Total effects: +1 AC, +1 Reflex, +3 to hit, +2 damage, bonus attack on full attack, +30'/20' move

Then, if the 'gargoyle' has exited the room next to Seoni, I'd better take a 5' step back.

Order as above is
Barm: 23
Bramble: 21
Seoni: 19 plus enemys: 19
Merisiel: 18
Erwin: 17
Kyra: 1

Does Seoni get to act before whatever befalls her?
Can I tell her its resistances (if any) before she does?
And Erwin has the option of an extra attack, if he chose full attack, plus an iterative. With smite, that could add up to a heap more bonus damage (3xCHA) than vital strike.

@GMHelikon:
GM did the bad guys get a surprise round? and if so why? We were all ready for a fight. I don't know where Bardu was on the initiative list (maybe enemies) but certainly Barm and Bramble (and Maybe Seoni) would have been able to act before he pulled the scroll Of (presume glitter dust?) and cast it. (it doesn't matter because both made their will saves but it might for Seoni Ie. it would be good to know if she acts first or the enemies {it looks like the enemies modifier is +0 and Seoni is +6; making Seoni's action first} I say all this because the Sceaduinar's action and Seoni's fort save will happen after Seoni's first actions giving her a chance to either put up a defensive spell, buff, or just plain old start tossing some magic around. We kind of need to know. As for my character she's dead last so I'll wait until I've seen the 'fallout' of what transpired before until I act.

If for some reason Erwin doesn't hold action and moves away from Kyra before she cast air walk on him:
GM can you just keep me in the space I moved, and roll a channel (to heal) for Kyra (4d6+7) using selective channel to exclude enemies.

Kyra then reaches in her gear and retrieves another scroll.

I assume I'm out of the reach of the flying gargoyle ? So I don't provoke an AoO while casting? If I was within reach I would have just cast the spell and risked the AoO
