You will need to open the locked fence to fire your bow. It is locked on your side of the with two posts that go into the ground and tow latches across the door. A good full round action to open.

He raises his weapon high and shouts a warcry, invoking another prayer of protection.

Deflection Aura - Allies within 20 feet gain a +2 deflection bonus to AC. It doesn't do anything for the LA but it should buff the rest of us.
