I know it was warm. Like it was weird that Elise was wearing a jacket. But I'm pretty sure it was during the school year. Early to mid september perhaps?

Considering this is New York, early-mid September isn't too bad of a placement. You can get away with wearing a jacket, but it still looks odd.

Now to find out what happened to our good doctor.

The instant Axel opens the door, it's clear why Dr. Rassmussen stopped messaging last night: he's dead.

His chest has a large hole in it, and his shirt around it is soaked with blood and some black liquid that has long since dried. The office is in a state of disarray like it was torn apart in the search for something.

Written on the wall in large, lopsided black letters is a chilling warning.

"ALL WHO WOULD STOP THE POWER WILL DIE!"

Sorry for the delay. Those of you who are also in the Avalon game know I haven't been feeling well lately. I'll try to get a post or two up later.

Yes. If I'm using Draconian Narrater, it's an NPC.

Ok people, you've got a little more than a day in-game before the Doc's memorial in Central Park. What are you doing until then? Don't be shy, step right up and give me something to turn against you in a(hopefully) unexpected way! Bwahaha! :)

Not sure I've got anything you don't already know to turn against Elise. She's in a holding pattern. Working a part-time job in the evenings and trying to get a hold of her kids on the phone without the Evil Mother-in-law<tm> interfering. And maybe making an appointment with a place that does free legal consultation.

DB3, what happens to the blood when it is exposed to extreme cold?

The blood doesn't react like normal blood. It doesn't freeze at the normal temperature, or even slow down if allowed to flow. It takes a much lower temperature to chill the blood, let alone freeze it.

As a side note, the wings don't allow flight. They are just thematic till I take the feat.

I looked up the Garuda-blooded to make sure. I'm okay with it. :)

No change to the point buy yet, but you gain the mofiers of your new race if you didn't have tham already(remember that this is in addition to you stats from being human).
