I believe the classes can be 'too confining' at times. There is no problem with Terion continuing to be a straight fighter and serve a higher purpose. I would allow the events that affect your character to shape you and influence you but not define you.
Iomedae appreciates martial prowess, so there is no doubt she smiles upon the fighter class.

I have a ton of healing thanks to the lay on hands, and have bought some potions to help. In a pinch it will do,but having more healing isn't a terrible idea. If I might suggest just getting a wand of healing or something rather than actually going down the cleric route though, as having the additional feats etc that you have as a fighter is imho more valuable.

Terion Stoutheart |

Ranger, much more than cleric, has a good sinergy with fighter - and let us not forget that we do have a cleric - in fact, Ama is the one responsible for Terion still being around [apart from Iomedae of course :D).
That being said, a couple of ranger levels would probably bring a good set of skills to the table, which would complement the group, without losing the fighting capability.

Terion Stoutheart |

By the way GM Tribute, two things:
- Not that being able to keep ma boy Terion isn't reward enough but... Did we get any loot? :D
[By the way guys, I will be going through Magn and Felgarr gear to see what we can use - assuming their aliases are still in place - since we did bring their gear along ;)]
- I am not familiar with the module we are playing, and I have said this before, but I hope you are planning to continue this into other modules. And that being the case, do you have already anything in store for us? Just curious ;)

Me'mori |

Ama, you going monk?
Another thing that may hurt my ranger progression is the low Wisdom, though level 2 spells would not be too shabby at all, if he ever gets there.
Negative. Ama is alternating Monk and Cleric.
Ah, alternate Ranger options are in the APG, I forgot we were using just core.

Are we rolling hit points?

Ama donated the glaives she had (initial and second) back to the temple, picked up a staff, sold her initial armor (to repay the elves), and is currently sitting on it. I suspect the group will meet and inventory before heading out again. Please feel free to suggest additions.
I totally forgot Ama regained her crossbow on the 2nd floor.

Terion Stoutheart |

My bad if I understood that we were in the same town ;)

Ranger multiclass is not bad, but in my opinion not worth it for a one level dip. You would gain the same BAB, and that is about it. In order to get something like the animal companion you are looking at 4 levels, which is bloody ages in a PBP setting, and you lose out on the fighter specific stuff which is pretty amazing in my opinion. Its up to you obviously, but imho it isn't really worth it due to the trade off where you lose a lot of feats etc, and don't really gain a lot.

Bizzlemont Blacktop |

Ack. Sorry, meant to post last night. Bizzlemont definitely wants to buy some scrolls and that wand. Is it too late?

Bizzlemont Blacktop |

Bizzlemont buys the wand (80gp) and the following scrolls:
1st:
Grease
Charm Person
Feather Fall
Comprehend Languages
Identify
Magic Weapon
--6*22.5=135
2nd:
Hideous Laughter
Invisibility
See Invisibility
Mirror image
--4*135=504
Total: 80+135+504=719gp
Taking 10 on his Spellcraft rolls will let the gnome add all the spells to his spellbook.

My apologies for the delay; my spare time at work has completely disappeared and it's final exams time for my evening classes and otherwise lots of excuses about every night I intended to fulfill my obligations but then failed to do so.

I think we are all alive Cole.
GM Tribute, I would like to see this continuing forward. The game is not the fastest paced I have been in, but it is consistent, and fast paced is not always a good thing, because it can alienate some of the players - if everyone is on the same page it can work perfectly fine the way it is. At least that is my opinion.
As for the game itself:
- For me, it is a pleasure to revisit the gold of D&D and AD&D modules, and I could do it forever. There are a lot of classics that I never got the opportunity to play. I am a sucker for the massive ones byt the way - Night Below, City of the Spider Queen, Tomb of HOrrors, Return to the Tomb of Horrors - I could go on :D
- I think you are right in asking for a moment's ponder regarding our game - while, as I said above, we do not need a frantic pace, we do need everyone to chip in, mainly during combats. If there is a round when one of us does not act, it becomes a problem;
- Ramne really did burst out in power by the end of the game, and I got the feeling you added him there to help us survive - am I correct in that assumption? Or was it simply as supposed to be?
- If you think our group needs re-balancing, I am all in favour of that. I would even go as far as dropping Terion (and I guess by now everyone has understood I like the character - Heck! I LOVE fighters) for another that would balance us further if necessary;
- If we do go forward, my opinion is that you, GM Tribute, should be the one deciding what to play next, since as a GM you really need to enjoy what you are GMing, or it becomes a dull game. However, if you could present us a list of your choices, perhaps we could vote on it? :D
All in all, I am having great fun with this, and hope it continues.
Those are my two cents.

Cole Honeybottom |
A slower paced game is better for me also, as university comes first for me, and if we were to have 20 or 30 posts a day then I would soon fall far behind.
I believe that we have hit the right balance in regards to speed. With regards to character classes, I cannot see any immediate weaknesses, but then again I haven't been with the group for long.
I will more than happily play any and all modules.
