Jack Burton Big Trouble in Little Absolom build advice

I have an idea for a Jack Burton like character. I'm thinking of Dwarf Operative (Daredevil). Any suggestions on how to build him?

Lightning Reflexes and Improved Lightning Reflexes!

Unfortunately an operative can't take Reflect Projectiles, but maybe Deflect Projectiles anyways?
