Fixing a broken Dominion Invader

I recently bought some new/sealed WR booster packs, and one of the minis is a Dominion Invader. Sadly, it arrived broken - the front-right leg is snapped off at the body. I have tried repairing it with Plasti-Zap Medium CA, but I can hold the pieces together for several minutes and the glue won't even set up - it wipes right off and THEN it will set. I've tried several times to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks!

I just called Paizo when one of my Sea Drakes arrived snapped of its base. They sent me a new one, no problem.
