is it possible to take the Vishkanya feats as sleep venom with the magic item ?

Once per day as a swift action, the wearer can envenom a wielded weapon with her saliva or blood as though she were a vishkanya.

raw ,no. as the requirment for the sleep feat is not having the abbility to have venom in blood or spit, that the item give, but to BE a Vishkanya, and the weapon doesn't turn u to into one.

Nope. Have to be vishkanya or otherwise count as one for the purposes of prerequisites. Being able to mimic a single quality of vishkanya isn't sufficient.
