It is entirely normal that you have not received this order yet. The Playtest materials have a release date of August 2nd. The shipping method we are using for these items will deliver these materials to their destinations in an estimated shipping window around that release date.

Keep an eye out around August 2nd for the Playtest materials!


Sam, thanks for answering back in a timely fashion especially during the CONVENTION SEASON. I take umbrage at the word complete attached to an order. An order is not complete until it has been baptized in coffee, it is dog-eared, and dice are thumping on its cover. thank you. You are a joy to communicate with.


I didn't receive the until Tuesday of this week doe that qualify for that reimbursement that they gave to the ones that were scourged by the Chaotic Evil Lords of Postage and Third Class Shipping.

I also did not get an HC bestiary in my package?

TriOmegaZero is correct. You should have received the store credit on your account earlier this week. There is not a physical copy of the bestiary.
