Grand Lodge

So, here's a question- i have an Envoy who just hit 5th lvl, and rather than using a Feat to get Long-Arm Proficiency, I've decided to dip into Soldier for a couple levels. Seems fitting as i based the character off Malcolm Reynolds from Firefly- not Hans Solo. >rolleyes<

His Stats upon hitting 5th-
16 (+2 Racial, +2 Implant) Str/17 Dex (+1 Theme, Outlaw)/14 Con/12 Int/11 Wis/16 Cha
So, as it stands, he has 5 Resolve: Charisma + half envoy level. Do i get any from my new found Soldier class?

Resolve is based on half your character level, rounded down (page 22), so no, he doesn't, but only because his one soldier level doesn't increase his character level to an even number and his STR and DEX modifiers are the same as his CHA modifier. If his next level is Soldier (actually, regardless what class he takes for his next level) he'll gain a Resolve point.

I would not consider either Malcolm Reynolds or Han Solo to be Envoys. Both would be Operative/Soldiers. Now Qi'ra from the 'Solo' movie was an Envoy, complete with grenade proficiency.

Han Trick attacked first?

It is important to keen in mind that you use whatever key ability that you wish when calculating RP.

Also, I just realized that at 5th level you get a stat bump.
