Hobgoblin fighter help.

Advice

Hello all. I was recently perusing the fighter advanced weapon training and came across 2 options.

Effortless dual wielding and fighters finesse. I am correct in assuming that if the proper feats were taken before that I could be dual wielding Falcata's as light weapons?

If that is the case any idea of how I would construct this character?
I know the basic feats like power attack and such.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated since I am to be the meat shield of the party but I want to do as being a DPR nightmare.

There's the Rondelero for the Swashbuckler that gives Falcata access to all the weapon finesse stuffs, but you can't two-weapon fight with that archetype.

You won't be able to pick up Adv. Weapon Training until 9th for Fighters Finesse.

If you plan on attempting to finesse a Falcata, Piranha Strike and Slashing Grace may be a better way to go,

any reason for the Hobgoblin choice? what's the stat array- like point buy or die roll?

Hobgoblin for flair, no other reasoning.

You can't use Piranha Strike with falcatas even with Effortless Dual Wielding and Fighters Finesse. They're still not light weapons.
