Alright, so I haven't played PFS in a long while (over 2 years now) due to life circumstances, one of those being a falling out with my father and step-mother nearly 4 years ago. I was going about creating a new PFS character and decided to log in to my Paizo account for once to see which character number I was on (mainly since I have been wanting to get back into the swing of things) to find that they have been using my PFS number to create new characters to presumably fill out any sessions they happen to be in.
So I go to my account settings to change my email address since the one I have listed is one I stopped using a few years ago and can no longer access, and input everything correctly. I get the email to click the link to verify the address, and it takes me to the Paizo home page. I go back to my account settings page and it's still the old email address.
As a side note, how can I delete PFS characters and/or character sessions off of my account AND still be able to use that character's number since it appears that I cannot remove sessions on my end, nor can I delete characters that have sessions attached to them.....

Hi jacobc62,
I'm not sure what may be going wrong with the email address. Can you please try again, taking some screenshots that you can email to us so we can help troubleshoot more?
As for your PFS characters - I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Are you trying to use the numbers that have already been registered/have sessions reported on to make new characters?

Short answer - Yes and No. I am trying to use numbers that were (without my knowledge) being used and have had sessions attached to them, but the character I wish to register has yet to be played in a session.
Long Answer - I wish to remove the characters and/or sessions that were played using my account without my knowledge so that I can register a new character that I have actually created will have the correct number attached to them. After looking over my account, it appears that I have 4 characters I do not recognize, one of which is repeated... For some reason. Currently, my profile has 14 characters attached to it. I should only have 9, and therefore should be having my new character's number be 56665-10, not 56665-15.
