We will be delaying the June auth as we have 3 outstanding issues that must be corrected first. In the meantime if you have not yet received your May order, let customer service know so we can poke it.

↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
↬ If you have a licensed subscription you can choose to have it shipped as soon as possible, or with your monthly subscription shipment. This setting is available on a per subscription basis on your My Subscription page.

All 3 issues have been completed by our software devs and are going through testing. The UPS Intl issue we believe is fixed at this time so if you notice anything amiss let us know right away!

Since I got no reply to my email from last Saturday, I'll try it here: When will the second part of the May shipment ship? As of now, it is in the sidecard, including the one item which has already shipped (and arrived here in Germany). I dearly hope that that this item will not ship twice; and I dearly hope that sidecard will ship before the June shipment (but I doubt that — which means that I have two monthly shipments in one fiscal month on my credit card).

I think it’s already shipped for “as soon as possible” people. If you’re set for monthly shipment it’ll go out in June.

My May subscription finally shipped yesterday and included SoB3.

I updated the thread. Erik K is testing out the changes and we hope to be able to start spawning orders tomorrow afternoon. This means shipping would begin on Thursday or Friday.

I've updated the thread. The tech team rolled code changes today, but it's too late in the day to start order spawning.

We'll be starting order spawning tomorrow (13th) and estimate that shipping will begin on Friday the 15th.

We're still about a week out from the "end shipping" date, but I haven't seen anything to indicate my monthly shipment is in the queue. Should I be concerned, or is this normal? :)


It should be showing as “pending” in your account history (and you should have got a “spawning” email at the end of last week giving you a list of what items are coming to you, how they’re going to ship and an estimate of the cost).

After that, there’s no way to tell when you’ll get your actual shipment.

That's where part of my concern lies. On the "My Account" page, it shows I have one pending order, but the "Order History" page doesn't show any pending orders (and, IIRC, it has in the past). So I haven't received any email, and the "pending" order isn't showing up in my order history.

To rule out the possibility that the order is deeply buried in your order history, you could try going to this page and looking at the top of the page for that product (which should be part of one of your Starfinder subscriptions). There should be a note at the top of the page saying that you purchased this item last week along with a "View Order" link.

If that link exists, you should be able to click on that link and see the status of your order.

If that link does not exist, then something went wrong with the authorization and you should ask them to either re-send the e-mail telling you about the problem or fix the problem as appropriate.

That's an awesome idea, thank you. Unfortunately, there's no indication at the top of the page that I've already purchased AP book. So it does look like there's a problem with the order somewhere along the way. But since I haven't gotten an official response from any Paizo employees, this may be the wrong thread to get it resolved. If I haven't heard anything by tomorrow, I'll start a new thread.

Thanks for letting us know. For future reference, it likely is better to start a new thread. It's a little easier for us to keep track of things that way.

I'm not sure what happened here, but it does look like your June order had trouble generating. Sorry about that! I'll manually create that for you, and you should get an order confirmation email once it's done.

May I ask how the shipping is going?

I have some preorders which have developed some attachment issues with your warehouse staff in recent months - I'm not sure if my order just hasn't got to the front of the queue yet or if there are some clingy card protectors hiding under a bench somewhere.

Hello Steve,

The warehouse tells me that they are mostly done. There are still a handful of unique orders they need to finish, and some payment method failure orders need to be retried. I looked at your account and yours may be one of the unique orders they are still working on. I only see one item in your sidecart that is ready to go, the Goblin Dice. I have moved that into the order and you will be receiving an email confirmation.

I can also tell you that I got a heads up from the webstore team that we are expecting a very large order from Campaign Coins next week, which should include the items in your sidecart.

You probably should make your own thread with the Order number presented.

It is hard for the CS-Team to keep track of things if they aren't in their own thread.
